Abstract
The invention provides a novel water-based vegetable oil-based polyurethane floor coating, which comprises a resin component and a curing agent component; the resin component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of water-based vegetable oil hydroxy resin; 8-10 parts of toner; 8-10 parts of barium sulfate; 2-5 parts of 1, 3-propanediol; 2-5 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether; 0.1-0.2 parts of thickening agent; 0.2-0.3 part of defoaming agent; 0.2-0.3 part of leveling agent; 0.2-0.4 part of wetting agent; the invention changes the resin type, adopts the water-based vegetable oil hydroxyl resin with wear resistance, flexibility and high and low temperature resistance, and greatly improves the defect of poor thermal wear effect.

Background
The modern industry puts forward more and more strict requirements on the terrace, for example, the industries such as food, medicine and the like require that the terrace has no dust, no harmful volatile matters and is clean and dustless; the mechanical industry requires resistance to strong mechanical impact, resistance to abrasion, ability to withstand rolling of forklift and other vehicles for a long time, and ease of maintenance even if locally damaged; the floors of industrial workshops such as machine tools, instruments and meters and the like are often corroded and leaked by various oils, are difficult to remove completely, and require good oil resistance, and the chemical industry requires that the floors can resist corrosion of various chemical media.
At present, hydroxy acrylic emulsion is commonly used for grinding pigment, adding filler, auxiliary agent and other components to prepare a resin component, and the resin component is matched with a waterborne polyurethane curing agent component to prepare a two-component waterborne polyurethane floor coating. However, the use of a hydroxy acrylic emulsion as the resin component is essential, and the brittleness and the thermal abrasion effect are poor.

The high-temperature wear-resistant floor paint disclosed by the invention is used as floor paint, has excellent high-temperature wear resistance, is applied outdoors, and can adapt to high-temperature use scenes with high ground temperature in summer and friction heating during automobile running. The invention changes the resin type, adopts the water-based vegetable oil hydroxyl resin with wear resistance, flexibility and high and low temperature resistance, and greatly improves the defect of poor thermal wear effect.

The invention adopts the water-based vegetable oil hydroxyl resin to replace the traditional hydroxyl acrylic resin, and the condensate is used as a pure polyurethane structure, has excellent hardness and weather resistance of the hydroxyl acrylic resin, and has better flexibility and high and low temperature resistance than the hydroxyl acrylic resin. The preparation method of the floor coating comprises the following steps:
step one, adding toner into the water-based vegetable oil hydroxyl resin according to a ratio, grinding, then adding barium sulfate, 1,3 propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and a wetting agent, stirring and dispersing, and adjusting the viscosity to a proper range.
And step two, before use, mixing the resin component and the curing agent component according to the proportion, and stirring uniformly for use.
In this example, paint films prepared from the similar product hydroxy acrylic resin, waterborne epoxy and paint films prepared according to the invention were used for high temperature abrasion resistance testing; comparing the friction loss amount by adopting a GB/T1768-2008 abrasion resistance test method (750g/500r) under the condition that the paint film is at 75 ℃:
water-based epoxy: 0.08 (middle)
Hydroxy acrylic resin: 0.12 (worst)
