Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of new textile materials, and particularly relates to a high-color-fastness flame-retardant polyester color master batch, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The polyester fiber has excellent performances of high strength, high modulus, good shape retention, high dimensional stability and the like, and is an ideal textile material. The polyester molecules are arranged closely, and have less hydrophilic groups and poor dyeing property. The conventional dyeing method of polyester is to dye under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure or adding carriers, and the dyeing method has the disadvantages of high energy consumption, low efficiency and serious pollution. In addition, because of the chemical structure and the combustion characteristic of the polyester, the Limit Oxygen Index (LOI) of the polyester is determined to be lower, the polyester belongs to flammable materials, and the polyester fiber needs to be subjected to flame retardant finishing.
The dope coloring technology is a novel production technology for obtaining colored polyester fiber through melt spinning by adding coloring into polyester spinning solution in the form of color master batch. Wherein the color master batch is the key of the stock solution coloring technology. In addition, the flame retardant and the colorant are simultaneously added into a polyester carrier to prepare the functional color master batch, and then the functional color master batch is mixed with polyester chips for melt spinning, so that the polyester fiber with flame retardant property can be obtained at one time. However, the existing flame-retardant master batch has poor compatibility of the flame retardant and the colorant in a polyester carrier, so that the polyester fiber obtained by mixing the flame retardant and the colorant with a polyester melt has unsatisfactory color fastness and flame retardance.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
