Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a latex foaming bra pad, which comprises the following steps: taking 100 parts of natural latex, 1-2 parts of foaming stabilizer, 2-3 parts of sulfur, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide and 2-2 parts of accelerator Mz1 in parts by weight, adding the materials into a foaming chamber of a foaming machine, pressing air with the volume 3-8 times of that of the natural latex, and stirring and mixing the materials to prepare a foaming material; injecting the foaming material into a mold, and vacuumizing to ensure that the foaming material is decompressed, expanded and filled in the mold; putting the mould into a refrigeration chamber for refrigeration, and then introducing carbon dioxide gas for 3-5 minutes, wherein the pressure of the introduced gas is greater than that of the foaming body; putting the mould into a plate press for heating and vulcanizing; and taking the bra pad out of the die, cleaning and drying to obtain the foamed bra pad. The invention does not contain harmful substances, is mite-proof and bacteriostatic, is light, soft, comfortable and healthy, is pressed with air with the volume of 3-8 times of that of natural latex, is stirred and mixed to prepare the foaming material, and has lighter weight, lower cost, better elasticity and better air permeability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bra pad manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of a latex foam bra pad.
Background
The inside of the bra is mostly provided with a liner which has the function of shaping breasts. Such a pad is required to have not only a certain strength to meet the shaping requirements but also good air permeability to meet the comfort requirements. However, the conventional sponge-made pad has difficulty in satisfying both of these requirements.
Therefore, the Chinese invention patent CN113004585A discloses a latex foaming process and a one-step formed latex bra cup pad, which comprises the steps of preparing latex raw materials according to a formula, uniformly stirring and pre-vulcanizing; injecting the latex mixture into a foaming machine, and foaming to obtain foamed latex; injecting the foam latex into a mould, vacuumizing and freezing; injecting carbon dioxide into the mold; heating the mould to form the foaming latex; opening the mould, taking out the latex, and cleaning by using ultrasonic hot water; and putting the washed latex into a drying box for drying. This scheme has reduced the chemistry in the middle of the latex through physical foaming and has remained to improve the homogeneity of latex foaming in-process, makeed latex goods have more elastic support effect and gas permeability, more be applicable to latex products such as latex brassiere use next to the shin. taking 100 parts of natural latex, 1-2 parts of foaming stabilizer, 2-3 parts of sulfur, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide and 2-2 parts of accelerator Mz1 according to parts by weight, adding the materials into a foaming chamber of a foaming machine, simultaneously pressing air with the volume of 3-8 times of that of the natural latex, stirring and mixing to prepare a foaming material;
injecting the foaming material into a mold, and vacuumizing to ensure that the foaming material is decompressed, expanded and filled in the mold;
putting the mould into a refrigeration chamber for refrigeration for 10-20 minutes, and then introducing carbon dioxide gas for keeping for 3-5 minutes, wherein the pressure of the introduced carbon dioxide gas is 0.1-0.5 Mpa;
putting the mould into a plate press for heating and vulcanizing;
and taking the bra pad out of the die, cleaning and drying to obtain the foamed bra pad.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the air flow meter controls the air to be pressed in 3 to 8 times the volume of the natural rubber latex.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the freezing temperature is-25 to-40 degrees.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the injected foaming material is 40% -60% of the volume of the mold.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the drying is performed in an oven at a temperature of 70 ℃ for 3 hours while the moisture is removed.
According to the technical scheme, the manufacturing method of the latex foaming bra pad solves the problems that the foaming process of the latex foam in the prior art is complex, and the air permeability needs to be further improved.

According to the scheme provided by the invention, the foam is frozen into an ice cream shape by freezing, the foam holes are different in size and have certain strength, when carbon dioxide gas is introduced, the hole wall is broken to form a full-open-hole structure due to the fact that the gas pressure is greater than the pressure of the foaming body, the foam holes are communicated with the gas holes, and the ice cream has more excellent air permeability, high elasticity, durability and strong support property.
In order to make the technical solution and implementation of the present invention more clearly explained and illustrated, several preferred embodiments for implementing the technical solution of the present invention are described below.

In the scheme of the application, air which is 3 to 8 times of the volume of the natural latex is pressed in through the control of the air flow meter, and the natural latex is stirred and mixed at a low speed. The stirring speed is 50-100 r/min, and bubbles with different sizes are formed in the foaming body.

The air permeability is greatly improved, and the foaming material can be gelled by carbon dioxide, so that the full-open-hole die block with the proper aperture size can be manufactured.
And step 140, putting the die into a heatable upper and lower parallel plate press for heating and vulcanizing, and heating at the temperature of 115 ℃ for 0.5 hour to finish the change of crosslinking large molecular weight by connecting a plurality of small molecular weights in series, thereby preparing the open pore bra pad with softness, high elasticity and ageing resistance.
And 150, demolding, taking out the bra pad, immediately putting the bra pad into a washing machine for washing, centrifuging, cleaning water, putting the water into an oven, drying for 3 hours at the temperature of 70 ℃, and dehumidifying while drying to prepare the latex foamed bra pad.
The latex foaming bra pad prepared by the method has excellent air permeability, the foaming material is frozen into a frozen ice cream shape by freezing, the foam holes have strength, and the parts which are not connected with adjacent holes when being pressed are broken because of thinness (particularly the parts of the atmospheric holes) to form a three-dimensional net structure. An electron microscope is shown at 1000 times magnification in fig. 2.
The natural latex used in the invention is breathable, not stuffy, has skin-like texture, is high-elastic and durable, and has antibacterial and anti-mite properties and strong support property.
With the above description of the specific embodiment, the method for manufacturing the latex foam bra pad provided by the invention has the following advantages compared with the prior art:
firstly, the main material is natural latex, which does not contain harmful substances, is anti-mite and bacteriostatic, light, soft, comfortable and healthy.
Second, in the foaming stage, the conventional method generally uses high-speed stirring to form uniform bubbles in the foam. In the application, low-speed stirring is adopted, so that bubbles with different sizes are naturally formed instead of uniform bubbles. And then, through freezing and introducing carbon dioxide gas with certain pressure, the wall of the bubble hole in the foaming body is broken to form a full-open-hole structure, the bubble hole in the foaming body is communicated with the gas hole to form an internal structure as shown in figure 2, so that the air permeability is greatly improved, and the elasticity is better.
Thirdly, the injected foaming material is not filled in the whole inner cavity of the mould, but is injected into 40-60% of the volume of the mould, so that the foaming material is decompressed and expanded to form secondary foaming to fill the mould during vacuumizing, and the foaming material has more air holes and the weight of a finished product is lighter.

putting the mould into a plate press for heating and vulcanizing;
and taking the bra pad out of the die, cleaning and drying to obtain the foamed bra pad.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the air pressure of 3 to 8 times the volume of the natural rubber latex is controlled by an air flow meter.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the freezing temperature is from-25 to-40 degrees.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the injected foam is 40% to 60% of the mold volume.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the drying is carried out in an oven at a temperature of 70 ℃ for 3 hours while dehumidifying the dried product.
