As shown in fig. 1-5, the invention discloses a flexible top cover material frame, which comprises a material frame bottom plate 5, a turnover upright post mechanism, a material frame 3, a part guide 7 and a locking mechanism, wherein the turnover upright post mechanism, the material frame 3 and the part guide 7 are respectively arranged on the material frame bottom plate 5, the turnover upright post mechanism comprises a turnover upright post 2, a plurality of supporting and positioning frames 6 and an upright post rotating shaft 13, the side edges of the turnover upright post 2 are respectively provided with the supporting and positioning frames 6, the upright post rotating shaft 13 is arranged below the turnover upright post 2, the supporting and positioning frames 6 can move through the upright post rotating shaft 13, the locking mechanism is arranged at the joint of the upright post rotating shaft 13 and the turnover upright post 2, the material frame 3 is used as the mounting frame of the supporting and positioning frames 6 and is used for realizing the multi-layer mounting of the supporting and positioning frames 6 in the Z direction, the part guide 7 is used for ensuring the position of the part in the X direction

The flexible top cover material frame mainly comprises four parts, namely a material frame 3, a supporting and positioning frame 6, a switching upright post supporting buffer block 9 and a manual turnable upright post mechanism.
The flexible top cover material frame is additionally provided with a manual turnover mechanism for realizing the switching of vehicle types; the man-machine engineering of switching can be fully solved; the turnover mechanism can be conveniently and accurately positioned, and the replacement economy of each easily damaged spare part is fully considered.
Firstly, a turnover upright post mechanism is used, the cost of switching upright posts of material frames of multiple vehicle types is reduced, and the positioning precision is accurate;
secondly, the lifting handle 1, the upright post rotating shaft 13 and the switching upright post supporting buffer block 9 are designed, so that the vehicle type switching is convenient and quick, and the vehicle type switching is not stooped;

designing anti-loss measures: each handle bolt is additionally limited and self-locked, and cannot be detached, so that the handle bolt cannot be lost.
