Specifically, a first mounting opening is formed in the first transverse vertical plate 32, a second mounting opening is formed in the flange 39, and a space for mounting the inspection door 310 is formed by the first mounting opening and the second mounting opening. The inspection door 310 may be bolted to the vertical cover plate 3 in a space formed by the first and second mounting openings. The inspection door 310 includes two portions bent at a certain angle and respectively and correspondingly located in the first and second mounting openings. The height of the inspection door is determined according to the positioning of the lower swing arm of the vehicle door after installation, and the upper part and the lower part of the inspection door are respectively 20mm higher than the lower swing arm, so that the interference between the vertical cover plate 3 and the lower swing arm area in the inserting process is eliminated.
Optionally, the bottom of the vertical cover plate 3 is provided with a skirting line 311. Specifically, skirting lines 311 are arranged at the bottoms of the longitudinal vertical plate 31, the first transverse vertical plate 32 and the second transverse vertical plate 33, so as to form a three-side protection structure.
The connection between the vertical cover plate 3 and the side top plate 4 can be performed by a tension lock in addition to the connection by the first connector 51 and the second connector 52. Specifically, the present embodiment provides an implementation manner of the side top plate 4: fig. 16 is a front view of a side top panel provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 17 is a plan view of the side top panel provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 18 is a left side view of the side top panel provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 19 is an enlarged view of a region G in fig. 16, and fig. 20 is an enlarged view of a region H in fig. 18.
As shown in fig. 16 to 20, the side top panel 4 includes: the top of the upper cover plate 41 is connected with the vehicle body, and the middle of the upper cover plate 41 is provided with a display window 411 for installing a dynamic map. The lower cover plate 42 is connected to the bottom end of the upper cover plate 41, and the lower cover plate 42 and the upper cover plate 41 form an included angle therebetween, which may be a right angle or an obtuse angle. The upper cover plate 41 is further provided with a plurality of openings for mounting indicator lamps.
Specifically, the top of the upper shroud plate 41 is provided with a plurality of coupling assemblies 43, which are bolted to the vehicle body. The number of the second connectors 52 is two, and they are respectively disposed at both longitudinal ends of the upper housing plate 41. The number of the tension locks 44 is two, and the two tension locks are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower housing plate 42 and connected with the vertical housing plate 3 at the corresponding end. The tensioning lock 44 may be of a construction commonly used in the art and the manner of attachment to the upright housing panel 3 may be referred to as such.
In the above, the side wall plate 2 can be connected with the side wall frame of the vehicle body through the bolts by the clamping pieces 21. In addition, this embodiment still provides the connected mode of a side wall board 2 and automobile body: fig. 21 is a cross-sectional view of a vehicle compartment provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 22 is an enlarged view of an area I in fig. 21, and fig. 23 is an enlarged view of an area J in fig. 21. As shown in fig. 21 to 23, the top end of the side wall panel 2 is connected to the vehicle body by a top end connection assembly. Specifically, the top end coupling assembling includes: vertical connector 22, first connector 23 and slider 24. The bottom end of the vertical connecting piece 22 is connected with the side wall plate 2 through a first connecting code 23, specifically, one end of the first connecting code 23 is connected with the vertical connecting piece 22 through a bolt, and the other end of the first connecting code is connected to the built-in top plate 16. The first connecting code is also provided with a slot, and the top end of the side wall plate 2 is inserted into the slot. The top end of the vertical connecting piece 22 is connected with a slide block 24 through a bolt, and the slide block 24 is arranged in a slide groove on the inner side of the vehicle body framework 14.
The bottom end of the side wall plate 2 is connected with an inserting framework arranged on the floor of the vehicle body. Specifically, as shown in fig. 23, the floor cloth 18 is laid on the upper surface of the vehicle compartment floor 17, and the side edges of the floor cloth 18 are bent upward to abut against the inner surface of the vehicle body frame 14. The U-shaped splicing framework 19 is adopted, the opening end of the framework is upward, and the bottom end of the framework can sequentially penetrate through the floor cloth 18 through bolts to be fixed on the carriage floor 17. The side wall plug connectors 110 are fixed on the outer side surfaces of the side wall plates 2, and plug gaps for accommodating the plug frameworks 19 are formed between the side wall plates 2. Specifically, the side wall plug 110 includes: the connecting part and the inserting part are respectively connected to two ends of the connecting part and extend in opposite directions. The connecting part is connected to the outer side surface of the side wall plate 2, and an inserting gap capable of accommodating the inserting framework is formed between the inserting part and the side wall plate. One end of the inserting framework 19 is inserted into the inserting gap to fix the side wall plate 2.
Preferably, the end of the insertion framework 19 is coated with a felt, specifically, two surfaces of the end of the insertion framework 19 are coated with felt pads 111, so that on one hand, the insertion firmness can be improved, and on the other hand, scratching in the assembling process can be avoided.
The assembly sequence of the structures is as follows:
in a first step, the side wall panels 2 are installed. And connecting the top and the bottom of the side wall plate 2 with a side wall framework in the vehicle body framework.
In the second step, the vertical cover plate 3 is installed. Specifically, the inspection door 310 on the vertical cover plate 3 is firstly detached, the vertical cover plate 3 is respectively assembled with the vehicle body framework, the floor and the side wall plate 2, and then the inspection door is fixed on the vertical cover plate 3 through screws.
Third, the side top plate 4 is installed. And connecting the connecting assembly on the side top plate 4 with the car body framework through the car body hanging weight, and pre-fastening. The side top plate 4 is spliced with the vertical cover plate 3 through a first splicing piece and a second splicing piece.
Fourthly, adjusting the positions of the two vertical cover plates 3 and the side top plate 4 to enable the distance between the two vertical cover plates 3 to be 1300mm and the positioning height of the bottom surface of the side top plate 4 to be 1865mm. The top is adjusted while ensuring the above positioning dimension so that the gap between the side top plate 4 and the two end upright cover plates 3 is 5mm.
And fifthly, fastening all the connecting pieces.
Adjust two side wall boards 2, two upright cover plate 3 and side roof 4 as a whole modular unit, the location and the installation of two side wall boards 2 are as the benchmark of this modular unit, and it carries out in fixed to correspond inserting side wall board 2 with two upright cover plate 3 respectively, then links to each other side roof 4 with the automobile body, through the marking location with the center of side roof 4 with door space center coincidence, then the bolt at fastening side roof 4 top. And then, the positions of the two vertical cover plates 3 are adjusted by reversing the positions of the side top plates 4 to ensure that gaps among the components are uniform, and then bolts of the vertical cover plates 3 are fastened. Unevenness between the standing cover plate 3 and the side top plate 4 can be adjusted by the first plug connector and the second plug connector. The adjustment mode can ensure uniform gaps of the module units and attractive appearance.
When the vertical cover plate 3 is required to be disassembled to maintain parts in the vehicle door area, before the vertical cover plate is disassembled, only the side top plate 4 is required to be disassembled, and parts such as a side wall plate or a seat do not need to be disassembled.
In addition, the embodiment also provides a conventional scheme: fig. 24 is a top view of a neutral shroud assembly in another conventional solution. As shown in fig. 24, in this conventional solution, the side wall panels 2 are first installed and fixed to the C-shaped grooves of the vehicle body frame by bolts, respectively. Then, a door vertical cover plate 11 is installed, one side of the door vertical cover plate is connected with a door sealing frame 15 through bolts, the other side of the door vertical cover plate is fixed on a C-shaped groove of a vehicle body through an installation seat, and the installation seat and the installation of the side wall plate are alternately staggered. And finally, installing a door area side top plate, connecting the door area side top plate with the vehicle door vertical cover plate 11 through a tensioning lock, and wrapping the vehicle door vertical cover plate 11.
Because the door area side top plate covers the vehicle door vertical cover plate 11, the shape of the door area side top plate is larger, and a larger space above the vehicle door space is occupied. And the fastening point of door vertical cover plate 11 is more, and the dismouting is inconvenient. In addition, the fasteners such as bolts can be disassembled only by arranging the inspection door with larger size on the vertical cover plate 11 of the vehicle door, the requirement on the shape of the vertical cover plate is higher, and the design difficulty is improved.
And the technical scheme that this embodiment provided has also solved the defect that this traditional scheme exists, has not only reduced the molding size of side roof 4, has still reduced the fastening point of upright cover plate 3, has improved the dismouting convenience, also can reduce the size of inspection door, reduces the design degree of difficulty.
The present embodiment also provides a rail vehicle, including: the vehicle compartment provided in any one of the above. The rail vehicle provided by the embodiment has the same technical effects as the carriages.

Claims (14)

1. A vehicle compartment, comprising:
a vehicle body;
the side wall plate is connected to the vehicle body;
erecting a cover plate; the top of the vertical cover plate is connected with the vehicle body; the side edge of the vertical cover plate is spliced with the side wall plate;
a side roof panel; the top of the side top plate is connected with the vehicle body; the side top plate is spliced with the vertical cover plate;
the top of the vertical cover plate is provided with a first plug connector; a second plug connector is arranged on the outer side surface of the side top plate and is plugged with the first plug connector;
the first connector includes:
a first clamping plate; one end of the first clamping plate is connected to the vertical cover plate;
the spring clamp is arranged at the other end of the first clamping plate and is positioned on the surface of the inner side, facing the interior of the carriage, of the first clamping plate; the spring clamp is of a structure with an opening at one end, a bayonet is formed at the opening end of the spring clamp, and the second plug connector penetrates through the bayonet and is clamped tightly;
the first card includes: the first installation part, the transition part and the first clamping part;
the first mounting part is provided with a first mounting hole; the first mounting part is connected to the outer side surface of the vertical cover plate through a bolt which can pass through the first mounting hole; the first mounting hole is a long round hole extending along the longitudinal direction of the carriage;
one end of the transition part is fixed with the first mounting part, and the other end of the transition part extends towards the outer side of the carriage along the transverse direction of the carriage;
the first clamping part is fixed with the other end of the transition part, and the first clamping part is parallel to the first installation part; the spring clip is fixed on the inner side surface of the first clamping portion, and the bayonet of the spring clip faces the inner side of the carriage.
2. The vehicle body of claim 1 wherein said second plug member comprises: a second mounting part and a second clamping part;
the second mounting part is provided with a second mounting hole; the second mounting portion is connected to an outer side surface of the side top plate by a bolt that can pass through the second mounting hole; the second mounting hole is a long round hole extending along the vertical direction;
the one end of second joint portion is fixed with the second installation department, the other end along the lateral direction in carriage extend towards the outside in carriage with spring card joint.
3. The carriage as claimed in claim 2, wherein the surface of the second clamping portion is provided with a protrusion, and the height of the protrusion is greater than the caliber of the bayonet in the spring clamp.
4. A carriage as claimed in any one of claims 2-3, characterized in that the riser panel comprises: the first transverse vertical plate and the second transverse vertical plate are respectively positioned on two sides of the longitudinal vertical plate;
one side, close to the first transverse vertical plate, of the top of the longitudinal vertical plate extends upwards to form a vertical connecting part, and a yielding notch for mounting a side top plate is formed between the vertical connecting part and the top surface of the longitudinal vertical plate; the first plug connector is arranged on the outer side surface of the vertical connecting portion.
5. The carriage as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer side end of the first transverse vertical plate is provided with a flange for plugging with a slot provided on the side wall plate.
6. The compartment of claim 5, wherein the riser panel further comprises: an inspection door;
the first transverse vertical plate is provided with a first mounting opening, and the flanging is correspondingly provided with a second mounting opening; the inspection door is arranged in a space formed by the first mounting opening and the second mounting opening.
7. The compartment of claim 4, wherein a door mounting plate is provided on an outer side of the second transverse upright for attachment to a door seal frame.
8. A carriage as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the top of the vertical connection is provided with a mounting seat for connection to a vehicle body;
and/or a mounting seat is arranged at the top of the second transverse vertical plate and is used for being connected with a vehicle body.
9. The compartment defined in claim 1, wherein the side roof panel comprises: an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate;
the top of the upper cover plate is connected with a vehicle body, and the second plug connector is arranged at the longitudinal end part of the upper cover plate; a display window is arranged in the middle of the upper cover plate;
the lower cover plate is connected with the bottom end of the upper cover plate; the lower cover plate is provided with a tensioning lock and is connected with the vertical cover plate.
10. A compartment as claimed in claim 1, in which the top end of the side wall panel is connected to the body by a top end connection assembly; the top end connection assembly includes: the device comprises a vertical connecting piece, a first connecting code and a sliding block;
the bottom end of the vertical connecting piece is connected with the side wall plate through a first connecting code; the top end of the vertical connecting piece is connected with the sliding block, and the sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove on the inner side of the vehicle body framework.
11. A carriage as claimed in claim 1 or 10, characterized in that the bottom ends of the side wall panels are plugged into a plug-in framework provided on the floor of the vehicle body.
12. The carriage as claimed in claim 11, wherein the insertion framework is of a U-shaped structure with an upward opening end; the bottom end of the splicing framework is fixed on the floor of the vehicle body.
13. The vehicle cabin of claim 12, further comprising: side wall plug connectors;
the side wall plug connector comprises: the connecting part and the inserting part are respectively connected to two ends of the connecting part and extend along opposite directions; the connecting part is connected to the outer side surface of the side wall plate, and an inserting gap capable of accommodating the inserting framework is formed between the inserting part and the side wall plate.
14. A rail vehicle, comprising: the compartment of any one of claims 1 to 13.
