Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a translational wiper for vehicles and ships, in particular to a translational wiper device based on lead screw transmission.
Background
The translational wiper is widely applied to the fields of vehicles, ships and the like and is used for removing water of personnel windows. However, the translation stroke of the wiper arm is long, and the wiper arm needs to move in a translation area through an opening in the body shell, so that the inner cavity of the wiper and the external environment are difficult to completely seal, and substances such as external water, sand and dust easily enter the cavity of the transmission part. The wipers of conventional ships and vehicles are only used in rainy days and the like, and the influence of external rainwater and a small amount of dust entering the cavity of the transmission part on the wipers is small.
The hovercraft is a special ship, and the whole hovercraft is supported by inflating a booster fan to an apron at the bottom of the hovercraft, so that the hovercraft can sail at high speed and freely sail between the water surface and the land. Because the apron at the bottom of the hovercraft is not a closed structure and has larger gas leakage, when the hovercraft sails on water, large water mist can be stirred to splash, and when the hovercraft sails on land, large sand dust can be stirred, and the water mist and the sand dust can cover the whole hull, so that a wiper is needed to remove the water and the sand dust on the driving window to ensure the sight of a driver. The hovercraft needs to use the wipers once sailing, and the service time of the wipers is much longer than that of a conventional ship. Sea water with high corrosivity and a large amount of dust are stirred up when the hovercraft sails on the sea and on the land, and the operation of the wiper is greatly influenced after the sea water enters the inner cavity of the transmission part. Various wipers are replaced in the long-term use process of the hovercraft, and faults are easy to occur after the hovercraft is used for a period of time.
Therefore, the translation wiper needs to be invented, so that the problem of sealing between the cavity of the transmission part of the wiper and the external environment is solved, and the use reliability of the translation wiper in the severe environment is improved.

Furthermore, the machine body is divided into a sealed cavity and a semi-sealed cavity by a fixed partition.
Further, the driving part is installed in the sealed cavity, and the screw rod transmission part is installed in the semi-sealed cavity.
Furthermore, the screw rod transmission part consists of a screw rod, a polished rod and a sliding block.
Furthermore, one end of the screw rod extends into the sealed cavity of the machine body to be connected with the driving part, and the driving part operates to drive the screw rod to rotate.
Further, adopt the sealing washer to seal between lead screw and the seal chamber, ensure seal chamber's the nature to guarantee that the drive assembly of core is not influenced by external steam, sand and dust, improve the wiper reliability.
Furthermore, one side of the sliding block is provided with a unthreaded hole matched with the polished rod, the other side of the sliding block is provided with threads matched with the screw rod, the rotation of the sliding block is limited by the combination of the screw rod and the polished rod, and the sliding block can move in parallel when the screw rod rotates.
Further, the two sides of the sliding block are provided with the organ covers to further improve the sealing performance.
Furthermore, the scraping arm extends into an opening on the machine body for the sliding of the scraping arm and is fixedly connected with the lower end of a sliding block in the screw rod transmission part.
Further, set up two elastic sealing strips that have between the opening on arm of scraping and the organism, scrape the arm and can slide between two sealing strips.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the prior art, the translation type wiper based on the screw rod transmission has higher reliability when used in a severe environment on the basis of realizing translation type water and dust removal.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the invention mainly comprises a fixed machine body 1, a driving part 2, a screw rod 3, a polished rod 4, a sliding block 5, an organ cover 6, a sealing strip 7 and a scraping arm 8.
As shown in fig. 2. The machine body 1 is divided into a sealed cavity 10 and a semi-sealed cavity 11, and the two cavities are separated by a fixed partition 9. The driving part 2 is arranged in the sealed cavity, one end of the screw rod 3 extends into the sealed cavity to be connected with the driving part 2, and the driving part 2 can drive the screw rod 3 to rotate. The screw rod 3 can be sealed in mature modes such as a sealing ring and the like as a rotating part to ensure the tightness of a sealed cavity, so that a core driving part is ensured not to be influenced by external water vapor and sand dust, and the reliability of the wiper is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the screw rod 3 is provided with threads; the polish rod 4 is a whole cylinder; one side of the sliding block 5 is provided with a threaded hole, and the other side of the sliding block is provided with a unthreaded hole which is respectively matched with the screw rod 3 and the polished rod 4. The screw rod 3 and the polished rod 4 can jointly limit the rotation of the sliding block 5. Similar to a bolt and a nut, when the screw rod 3 rotates and the slide block 5 cannot rotate, the thread on the slide block 5 is matched with the thread on the screw rod to realize the translational motion of the slide block. The scraping arm 8 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 5, and the sliding block 5 moves to drive the scraping arm 8 to move horizontally, so that the horizontal-moving type water scraping function is realized.
As shown in fig. 5, since the wiper arm 8 needs to be translated, an opening is necessarily required in the body 1 to provide a space for the wiper arm 8 to be translated. 2 sealing strips 7 with elasticity are arranged at the opening of the machine body 1, and the scraping arm 8 can slide between the 2 sealing strips 7. At the position 2 with the scraping arm 8, the sealing strip 7 is squeezed open, and at the position 2 without the scraping arm 8, the sealing strip 7 rebounds to seal the opening. When the external environment is severe, the sealing measure still has the possibility of leakage of a small amount of water vapor and sand dust, but compared with a conventional wiper which does not take any measures, the environment in the semi-sealed cavity can be greatly improved. On the basis of the sealing measure, 1 organ cover 6 is arranged on both sides of the sliding block 5 to further improve the sealing property: the organ cover 6 surrounds the screw rod 3 and the polished rod 4, one end of the organ cover 6 is connected to the sliding block 5, the other end of the organ cover 6 is connected to the machine body 1, the organ cover 6 can be compressed or stretched, and the organ cover 6 cannot be broken when being pulled and pressed; when the sliding block 5 moves, the organ cover 6 on one side is stretched, and meanwhile, the organ cover 6 on the other side is compressed, but the lead screw in the organ cover 6 can be ensured to be always in a sealing state, so that the moving part is ensured not to be influenced by external water vapor and sand dust.
The above detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is given by way of example only, and the present invention is not limited to the above described embodiments, and any equivalent modifications and substitutions may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered by the present invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents.
