Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a colored rubber stair tread and the rubber stair tread. The method comprises the following steps: setting sawtooth lines on a lower die of a colorful rubber stair tread; according to the design width of the warning line film, flanges are arranged on two sides of the sawtooth lines, and the width of a tooth-shaped die cavity formed by the two flanges is equivalent to the width of the warning line film; the warning line film is placed into a tooth-shaped die cavity formed by the flanges; the main film covers the warning line film, and the main film is molded in one step by die assembly and vulcanization. The invention designs a special die structure and solves the existing problems, so that the quality of the manufactured rubber stair tread can meet the market demand, the service life is long, and the appearance is attractive.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber floors, in particular to a preparation method of a colored rubber stair tread and the rubber stair tread.
Background
Rubber floor with good anti-skid performance and comfortable foot feeling is made of rubber, and is widely applied and produced at home and abroad, and the production technical method is mature day by day; meanwhile, many enterprises and technicians also research and trial-produce colored rubber stair treads by utilizing the anti-skid property of rubber; at present, the rubber stair treads with different specifications and surface shapes can be seen in the market, the surface colors of the rubber stair treads can be manufactured by color matching, the stair treads which are the same as the rubber floors can be produced, and due to the successful application of the rubber stair treads with excellent anti-skid performance, the problem of surface anti-skid of a plurality of granite stairs, steel plate stairs and ceramic tile stairs is solved, and the safety of pedestrians walking up and down the stairs is ensured.
However, in the production process of the existing method, the produced product has the defects that: namely, the convex edge of the anti-slip strip at the external corner of the pedal is not provided with warning lines (such as yellow warning lines) with other colors, so that people cannot be reminded of stepping empty due to the fact that steps cannot be clearly distinguished when going upstairs and downstairs.
Later, some famous foreign enterprises adopt a cold bonding method, a groove is reserved at the anti-skid position of an external corner after the tread is vulcanized and formed, and then a vulcanized and cut yellow rubber strip is bonded into the groove by using a universal adhesive, so that the problem that the stair tread does not have a heterochromatic warning line is solved, but the following two defects exist: firstly, the joint of the cold-bonded heterochromatic adhesive tape and the pedal has obvious edge joint marks, which affects the beautiful effect of the appearance; secondly, the firmness of cold bonding is lower than the strength of combined vulcanization, and the heterochromatic adhesive tape is easy to fall off after treading and rubbing by upper and lower footsteps in use.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention designs a preparation method of a colored rubber stair tread and the rubber stair tread. The invention designs a special die structure, finds a new production method and solves the existing problems, thereby manufacturing a product which has the advantages of meeting the market demand on product quality, long service life, beautiful appearance and fully meeting the satisfaction of customers.

the depth of the sawtooth lines is 0.8mm-1.2mm, the tooth space is 1.8mm-2.2mm, and the tooth crest angle is 90 degrees.

the flanges are flanges with semicircular sections.
The rib is arranged in the mold, so that the color of the warning line can flow in a set interval in the vulcanization process, and the boundary between the warning line film and the main film is clear and straight; the phenomenon that the colors of two sizing materials are mutually staggered and the connected parts are uneven is avoided. The cross section of the flange is not limited, and the flange can be semicircular, arc-shaped, rectangular and the like, so long as the function of 'clear boundary between the warning line film and the main film in the vulcanization process' can be achieved. In the present invention, a rib having a semicircular sectional shape may be preferable.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
the height of the flange is 1.7mm-1.8 mm; the width of the flange is 2mm-3 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
the vulcanization temperature is 150-170 ℃; preferably 153 ℃ to 163 ℃;
the vulcanization time is 9-15 min.

the color of the warning line film is different from that of the main film.

the color of the warning line film is bright and striking, and is preferably yellow or red.

By the surface design of the model, when the heterochromatic sizing material is pressed to flow in the die cavity during die assembly, the heterochromatic sizing material can be guided by the sawtooth lines and blocked by the semi-circular arc edges to flow transversely in the groove with the width of 15mm, so that the edge of the warning line is ensured to be straight, and the phenomena that the two sizing materials are staggered in color and the connected parts are uneven are avoided.
3. Product die-filling vulcanization
The die filling is divided into two steps: firstly, putting a rectangular film with a warning line into a tooth-shaped die cavity with the width of 15 mm; and secondly, putting the main rubber sheet, and closing the die and vulcanizing.
The invention has the following effects:

The depth of the sawtooth lines is 1mm, the tooth space is 2mm, and the tooth crest angle is 90 degrees.
The flanges are flanges with semicircular sections; the height of the flange is 1.75 mm; the width of the flange is 2.5 mm.
The warning line film (yellow) is put into a tooth-shaped die cavity formed by the flanges; the main film (gray) is covered on the warning line film, and the die is closed and vulcanized for one-time forming.
The preparation method comprises the following specific steps:

The prepared rubber stair tread warning line is yellow, the main rubber sheet is gray, the boundary of the warning line is clear and straight, and after co-vulcanization, the warning line rubber sheet and the main rubber sheet are of an integrated structure and cannot fall off in the using process.
Example 2

the difference lies in that: the vulcanization temperature is 150 ℃; the vulcanization time is 12 min;
the prepared rubber stair tread warning line is yellow, the main rubber sheet is green, the boundary of the warning line is clear and straight, and after co-vulcanization, the warning line rubber sheet and the main rubber sheet are of an integrated structure and cannot fall off in the using process.
Example 3
The mold design was the same as example 1;
the preparation process is the same as example 1;
the difference lies in that: the vulcanization temperature is 170 ℃; the vulcanization time is 9 min;
the manufactured rubber stair tread warning line is green, the main rubber sheet is gray, the boundary of the warning line is clear and straight, and after co-vulcanization, the warning line rubber sheet and the main rubber sheet are of an integrated structure and cannot fall off in the using process.

setting sawtooth lines on a lower die of a colorful rubber stair tread; according to the design width of the warning line film, flanges are arranged on two sides of the sawtooth lines, and the width of a tooth-shaped die cavity formed by the two flanges is equivalent to the width of the warning line film;
the warning line film is placed into a tooth-shaped die cavity formed by the flanges; the main film covers the warning line film, and the main film is molded in one step by die assembly and vulcanization.
