For better extrusion, flexible rubber pads 809 are fixed on two side walls of each supporting plate 12; the outer end of the rubber pad 809 is larger and the inner end is smaller.
When the invention is used; firstly, four working areas 8, namely an upper working area, a lower working area, a left working area and a right working area, are divided through four supporting plates 12 on the fixed sleeve 2, and the four working areas 8 are alternately positioned at the uppermost positions by controlling a main motor to drive the disc 6 to rotate 90 degrees each time.
Then the auxiliary motor is controlled to rotate once by 180 degrees, the medicine residues on the material distribution plate 10 fall once, and the material distribution plate 10 can be rotated for multiple times as the case may be, so that the material discharge amount at each time is adjusted, and the extrusion is accelerated.
When medicine dregs fall into the uppermost working area 8 from the hopper 9, the medicine dregs can fall on the filter cloth 803, and two ends of the filter cloth 803 are wound on the scroll 801, so that the length of the filter cloth 803 is lengthened and the middle position is sunken under the action of the gravity of the medicine dregs, the bearing capacity of the medicine dregs can be improved, and the medicine dregs can be prevented from falling from the filter cloth 803.
Then, two electric cylinders in the box body 1 are started to simultaneously extrude the two lower extrusion plates 7 by the two electric cylinders, and the two opposite extrusion plates 7 are simultaneously rotated through the sleeve 806; therefore, after the lower two extrusion plates 7 are extruded, the upper two extrusion plates 7 are also extruded synchronously to form an X shape.
At the moment, as the rubber pad 809 is arranged on the extrusion plate 7, the medicine residue can be prevented from leaking from the upper part in the process of extruding the medicine residue under the action of the rubber pad 809; the extrusion capacity is improved, meanwhile, the purpose of buffering can be achieved, and the phenomenon that the extrusion plate 7 is damaged due to excessive extrusion is avoided. The formed area realizes the extrusion of the medicine dregs through the folding of the filter cloth 803 and the blocking of the front and the back discs 6. The extruded liquid medicine can penetrate through the filter cloth 803 under the action of self weight, enters the inside of the fixed sleeve 2 through the through groove 3 on the fixed sleeve 2, and then flows into the drain pipe 5 through the bearing disc 4 to be collected.
After extrusion, the electric cylinder resets, and four stripper plates 7 also reset under the effect of second extension spring. Then the whole disc 6 rotates 90 degrees again, so that the right working area 8 moves to the top to be extruded; whereas the original workspace 8 would move to the left.
By analogy, each extruded working area 8 will move to the left, lower, right side, and then back to the upper side.
During each pressing, the filter cloths 803 on the left and right sides are in a stretched state, and the filter cloths 803 on the lower side are in a contracted state by the torsion spring 802 of the reel 801. By stretching and shrinking of the filter cloth 803; the scraper 804 is matched to clean the filter cloth 803 by the scraper 804, so that the residue and soft medicinal materials attached to the upper part can be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaned medicine dregs can all fall into the box body 1 for uniform collection.
