as shown in fig. 3, in the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention, the U-shaped mesh cage 1122 is made of a high temperature resistant flame retardant material; the U-shaped mesh cage 1122 is laid on a plurality of pressure reduction pads 1131, and the pressure reduction pads 1131 are uniformly attached to the U-shaped mesh cage 1122 in a strip shape; the pressure reducing pad 1131 is made of a silica gel pad.
In the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device according to the embodiment of the application, the U-shaped mesh cage 1122 is used for placing limbs, and in order to improve the comfort of the patient, the plurality of pressure reduction pads 1131 are arranged above the U-shaped mesh cage 1122; meanwhile, the burn patient may contaminate the pressure-reducing pad 1131 every time he changes dressings, so the pressure-reducing pad 1131 may be frequently replaced with a new one.
As shown in fig. 5, in the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention, the heating components 13 are three groups of heating pipes 131, which are respectively and uniformly distributed at the front section, the middle section and the rear section of the base cover 1121; each group of heating pipes 131 is uniformly arranged on the bottom wall and the front and rear side walls of the base cover 1121; the heating pipes 131 are electrically connected to the microprocessor 31, and the on/off of the heating pipes 131 is controlled by a heating switch 47.
According to the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device provided by the embodiment of the application, the three groups of heating components 13 can ensure that the heating is carried out in a sectional mode, and because the limb burning conditions of different patients are different, some patients do not need to heat the whole limb, so that the patients can be selectively heated according to the conditions;
as shown in fig. 1, the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention further comprises temperature sensors 33 respectively disposed at the front, middle and rear sections of the U-shaped mesh cage 1122, and electrically connected to the microprocessor 31; the temperature sensor 33 is a PT100 sensor.
In the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device according to the embodiment of the application, in order to monitor the heating condition of each section in real time, the temperature sensor 33 is specially arranged at the position of the U-shaped mesh 1122 corresponding to each section, so that the real-time temperature can be monitored in real time, and the heating can be controlled to continue or be stopped; the intelligent heating protection device has the function of overheat protection and achieves the purpose of intelligent heating protection.
As shown in fig. 1, the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention further comprises a display screen 45 and a control switch, which are disposed on the outer wall of the base 111; the display screen 45 and the control switch are respectively electrically connected with the microprocessor 31; the control switches comprise a power switch 46, three heating switches 47 corresponding to the heating pipes 131, a blower knob 48, a temperature setting knob and an infrared treatment knob 49.
As shown in fig. 3, in the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention, the connecting seat 23 is a U-shaped seat; the connecting seat 23 is clamped on the base 111 and connected with the base 111 through bolts; a magnet is arranged in the U-shaped seat, and a soft magnetic strip is arranged on the bottom wall of the base 111; the length of the U-shaped seat is 20 cm.
In the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device in the embodiment of the application, the connecting seat 23 is connected with the base 111 through a bolt, and meanwhile, the connecting seat is also connected in a magnetic adsorption manner; the user can adjust the angle of the base 111 by adjusting the electric rotating mechanism 24 between the lower part of the connecting seat 23 and the lifting rod 21.
As shown in fig. 3, the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention, the electric rotating mechanism 24 includes a rotating base 241, a micro motor 242 disposed in the rotating base 241, and a rotating shaft 243 connected to the output end of the micro motor 242; the micro motor 242 is electrically connected with the micro processor 31 in the base through a wire group 245;
the lifting rod 21 is formed by sleeving two rod bodies which are fixedly connected through a positioning bolt 25; the mobile base 22 includes a base plate 114 and a caster wheel 26 having a brake assembly disposed below the base plate 114.
In the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the embodiment of the application, the electric rotating mechanism 24 is powered by the microprocessor 31 and controlled to be opened and closed, so that the aim of quickly adjusting the rotating angle of the nursing support is fulfilled;
in the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device according to the embodiment of the present application, an electrical connector 246 is disposed at one end of the wire set 245, and the electrical connector can be inserted into an electrical socket 247 correspondingly disposed on the sidewall of the base 111, so as to achieve the purposes of data exchange and power supply.
The patient can adjust the rotation angle by rotating the rotation knob 244 on the remote control device 40.
In the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the embodiment of the application, the electric rotating mechanism 24 is a currently common rotating shaft, and the rotation control of the electric rotating mechanism is only regulated and controlled by the regulating knob 242;
meanwhile, the lifting rod 21 can move up and down; the height of the device can be conveniently adjusted according to the requirement to meet the requirement; the bottom wall of the movable base 22 is provided with universal wheels 26, which can facilitate the whole body to move rapidly.
As shown in fig. 8, in the portable limb heating and blowing nursing device of the present invention, a dumping power-off switch is disposed on the bottom wall of the base plate 114 and electrically connected to the microprocessor 31.
The dumping power-off switch adopts a BL-2500N omnibearing 360-degree vibration sensor, and when the nursing frame is dumped, the dumping power-off switch transmits the monitored signals to the microprocessor 31 for analysis and processing; when the dumping angle is larger than 90 degrees and the vibration parameter is larger than a preset value, the micro-processor 31 generates a signal to cut off the power supply of the power supply, so that the inclination angle detection and the anti-dumping automatic power-off protection of the nursing frame are realized; effectively improve the use safety of the nursing frame.

the lifting moving component is arranged below the limb supporting and nursing component; it comprises a lifting rod and a movable base; the top end of the lifting rod is provided with a connecting seat, the lifting rod is connected with the connecting seat through an electric rotating mechanism, and the connecting seat can rotate around the lifting rod; the base is detachably connected to the connecting seat.
2. A portable limb heating and blowing nursing device according to claim 1, which is characterized in that:
the base is a hollow rectangular box body; the base is internally provided with an air supply assembly, a microprocessor, a power supply assembly and a wireless receiving assembly; the microprocessor is wirelessly connected with a remote control device through the wireless receiving assembly;
the air supply assembly is a micro fan, an air supply pipe is connected to the outside of an air outlet of the micro fan, the air supply pipe is annularly arranged on the inner wall of the base, and a plurality of air supply outlets are uniformly distributed on the air supply pipe.
