the rear wheel assembly is arranged at the bottom of the rear part of the side guard plate, the front wheel assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the front part of the side guard plate, the pedal assembly is arranged on the side wall of the front part of the seat plate frame, the top of the rear part of the seat plate frame is connected with the backrest frame, and the locking mechanism between the backrest frame and the seat plate frame is positioned; when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the electric push rod is used for driving the seat plate frame and the bottom frame to synchronously fold, fold or unfold for forming;
