The new electric wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the middle part of back support (18) is installed and is backed pad (17), the both sides of back support (18) are all movable articulated to have handrail (3), every support frame (4) are all installed to the bottom of handrail (3), the spout has all been seted up to the both sides of seat cushion frame (1), every the bottom of support frame (4) all is located the spout that corresponds, one of them action bars (5) are installed to the front end of handrail (3).

The new electric wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pedal assembly (11) comprises a connecting plate (27), the connecting plate (27) is arranged between the bottoms of the two connecting rods (19) and fixedly connected with the two connecting rods (19), a trapezoidal frame (25) is fixedly arranged on the front surface of the connecting plate (27), a pair of symmetrical adjusting frames (23) are arranged on two sides of the trapezoidal frame (25), each adjusting frame (23) is movably hinged to one side of the connecting plate (27) at the rear end, a miniature double-shaft telescopic cylinder (29) is arranged in the trapezoidal frame (25), hinged rods (28) are movably hinged to two telescopic end portions of the miniature double-shaft telescopic cylinder (29), one end, far away from the miniature double-shaft telescopic cylinder (29), of each hinged rod (28) is movably hinged to the corresponding adjusting frame (23), and springs (24) are fixedly arranged inside two sides of the front end of the trapezoidal frame (25), the ends of the two springs (24) which are far away from each other are connected with the corresponding adjusting frames (23).
7. The new electric wheelchair as claimed in claim 6, wherein: trapezoidal footboard (26) are installed to the top surface of trapezoidal frame (25), and flexible footboard (22) are all installed to the top surface of every adjusting frame (23).
