The method for manufacturing a cosmetic brush using no adhesive according to the present invention comprises: a step of shaping bristles using a plurality of hair members; heating the lower end of the formed brush to form a welded portion; a step of pressing the capillary fixing tube inserted into the region of the welded portion to form a desired shape; and a step of pressurizing the bristle fixing tube after inserting the bristles into the bristle fixing tube to couple the bristles to the bristle fixing tube.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a brush, and more particularly, to a cosmetic brush using no adhesive, which can be manufactured without using an adhesive and can be manufactured using bristles shorter than conventional bristles, and a method of manufacturing the same.
Background
In general, cosmetics used for makeup are liquid, solid, and a mixture of liquid and solid. Among them, in order to apply cosmetics in a solid form, brushes of various shapes and sizes have been developed and used.
Color cosmetics require auxiliary tools such as mirrors, cosmetic brushes, etc., and for cosmetic brushes, various kinds such as Lip brushes (Lip brush), halation brushes (blade brush), Eye shadow brushes (Eye shadow brush), Mascara brushes (Mascara brush), and blush brushes (Cheek brush) are used according to the purpose of use.
The brush is formed to pick up the cosmetic made of the solid powder with a brush head portion of the brush so as to be able to be properly applied to the face and the like. Such brushes are held by a handle that can be grasped by the hand of the user; and a brush part formed at the front end of the handle and composed of a plurality of hairs.
Previously, the bristle portion was bonded to the handle using a chemical (e.g., an adhesive). In this case, since the adhesive is made of a chemical substance, there is a possibility of harmful effects on the human body, and when an adhesive harmless to the human body is used in consideration of this, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is increased.
Also, since the adhesive is a heat-labile substance, when exposed to a hot environment, the bonded portion will fall off, thereby posing a problem of low durability.
The technical structure is provided as a background for helping understanding of the present invention, and does not mean the prior art well known in the technical field to which the present invention pertains.

Problems to be solved by the invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic brush using no adhesive, which can be supported without using an adhesive and can be manufactured using bristles shorter than conventional bristles, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Means for solving the problems
According to an aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a method of manufacturing a cosmetic brush without using an adhesive, the method including: a step of shaping bristles using a plurality of hair members; heating the lower end of the formed bristles to form a welded portion; pressing the capillary fixing tube inserted into the region of the welded portion to form a desired shape; and a step of pressing the bristle fixing tube after inserting the bristles into the bristle fixing tube, so as to couple the bristles to the bristle fixing tube.
The fused part is formed to have a diameter smaller than that of the upper part of the brush and is formed by thermal fusion.
When the bristles are coupled to the bristle fixing tube, the welded portion is provided at the position of the processed and formed bristle fixing tube, so that the position of fixing the bristles may not be required.
In addition, according to another aspect of the present invention, there can be provided a cosmetic brush using no adhesive, which is manufactured by the above-described method, as a cosmetic brush.
Effects of the invention
The embodiment of the present invention can be manufactured without using an adhesive by heating the lower end portion of the molded bristle to form a welded portion, inserting the bristle into the bristle fixing tube, and then pressing the bristle fixing tube.
In addition, since the above method does not use an adhesive, it can be manufactured using bristles shorter than those of the related art, and thus bristles can be reduced.

Detailed Description
For a fuller understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and objects attained by its practice, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings which illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention and the contents of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to describe the present invention in detail. Like reference symbols in the various drawings indicate like elements.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of manufacturing a cosmetic brush without the use of an adhesive according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a view showing a bristle formed in a molten state by heating the lower end portion of the bristle after the bristle is formed, according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a view schematically showing that an upper region of a bristle fixing tube to which bristles are to be bonded is provided with a 1 st pressurization part as an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a view schematically showing the inside of a bristle fixing tube incorporating bristles as an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a view schematically showing bristles manufactured according to the present embodiment; fig. 6 is a view schematically showing that one side portion of the hair holding tube is cut after the 2 nd pressing portion is formed in the hair holding tube to complete the coupling as an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in these drawings, the method of manufacturing a cosmetic brush without using an adhesive according to the present embodiment includes: a step S10 of shaping the brush staple 10 using a plurality of bristle members; a step S20 of heating the lower end portions of the formed bristles 10 to form the welded portions 20; a step S30 of pressing the capillary fixation tube 30 for insertion into the region of the welded portion 20 to be processed into a desired shape; after the bristles 10 are inserted into the bristle fixing tube 30, the bristle fixing tube 30 is pressurized to couple the bristles 10 to the bristle fixing tube 30 at step S40.
As shown in fig. 2, step S10 of shaping the brush staple 10 using a plurality of hair members is a step of forming a circular upper part by collecting the plurality of hair members.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, step S20 of heating the lower end portions of the formed bristles 10 to form the welded portion 20 is a step of heating the lower end portions of the bristles 10 to form the welded portion 20.
As shown in the present embodiment, when the welding portion 20 is formed at the lower end portion of the bristle 10, the welding portion 20 may function as a position fixing unit. As a result, if the bristle 10 having the fusion-bonded part 20 is inserted into the bristle fixing tube 30, the fusion-bonded part 20 is engaged with and supported by the inner wall of the bristle fixing tube 30, and the position thereof is fixed, so that there is an advantage in that a process of adjusting the position can be omitted unlike a conventional method using an adhesive.
In the present embodiment, the fusion-spliced portion 20 may be formed by thermal fusion while having a diameter smaller than that of the upper portion of the bristle 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the step S30 of pressing the capillary fixation tube 30 for insertion into the region of the welded portion 20 into the desired shape is a step of pressing one side portion (e.g., upper side portion) of the capillary fixation tube 30 into the desired shape.
In the present embodiment, the first pressing portion 31 is formed by pressing the hair holding tube 30, and the upper portion of the hair holding tube 30 may have various known shapes such as a circular shape or an elliptical shape according to the degree of pressing of the first pressing portion 31.
Step S40 of inserting the bristles 10 into the bristle fixing tube 30 and then pressing the bristle fixing tube 30 to couple the bristles 10 to the bristle fixing tube 30 is a final step of coupling the bristles 10 to the inside of the bristle fixing tube 30 by pressing the outer wall of the bristle fixing tube 30 in a state where the fusion-spliced portion 20 is inserted into the inside of the bristle fixing tube 30 by a pressing device including a press machine, and in this step, the 2 nd pressing portion 32 shown in fig. 6 may be formed.
As described in the present embodiment, the fusion part 20 is formed at the bristle 10, and the 1 st pressing part 31 and the 2 nd pressing part 32 are sequentially formed at the bristle fixing tube 30, so that a result value almost similar to that of the conventional strength can be obtained by combining the bristle 10 to the bristle fixing tube 30 without using an adhesive at all, and since a bristle part shorter than the conventional product can be used for manufacturing, the cost for the bristle part can be greatly reduced.
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention can be manufactured without using an adhesive by heating the lower end portion of the molded bristle to form a welded portion, inserting the bristle into the bristle fixing tube, and then pressing the bristle fixing tube.
As described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, such modifications or variations are intended to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
