Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid level probe blowing device of a macerator, which comprises an air inlet pipe, a liquid level probe blowing device and a liquid level probe blowing device, wherein the air outlet end side of the air inlet pipe is provided with three air outlet pipes which are respectively and correspondingly arranged in a low liquid level hole, a middle liquid level hole and a high liquid level hole of the macerator; the temperature detectors are respectively arranged in the air outlet pipes in the three liquid level holes; and the electromagnetic stop valve is arranged on the air inlet pipe and used for opening or closing a compressed air path of the air inlet pipe. Can effectively finish the cleaning and blowing of the impurities attached to the liquid level hole of the impregnator and the temperature probe, and ensure the smooth production.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of impregnators, in particular to a liquid level probe blowing device of an impregnator.
Background
In a 1140kg/h carbon dioxide expanded tobacco production line, an impregnator is main process equipment for tobacco shred expansion, the tobacco shreds are soaked in carbon dioxide liquid with certain pressure in the impregnator, so that the carbon dioxide liquid can be fully soaked into tobacco shred cell tissues, and then the carbon dioxide liquid in the tobacco shred cell tissues is converted into dry ice (solid) by means of liquid drainage, pressure reduction and the like, so that dry ice tobacco shreds are formed.
When the impregnator is in a filling step, in order to control the filling amount of the carbon dioxide, three liquid level holes, namely a low liquid level hole, a middle liquid level hole and a high liquid level hole, are arranged in the impregnator, and the control mode is that temperature probes are arranged in the low liquid level hole, the middle liquid level hole and the high liquid level hole, and the liquid level detection is realized by detecting the temperature through the temperature probes by utilizing the low-temperature property of the carbon dioxide liquid. In a 1140kg/h carbon dioxide expanded tobacco production line, when carbon dioxide liquid is filled into an impregnator, the liquid filling is stopped when the temperature of low and medium liquid levels is lower than-2 ℃, after tobacco shreds are soaked for a certain time, the impregnator discharges the carbon dioxide liquid into a process tank, the air pressure in the impregnator is discharged through primary pressure discharge and secondary pressure discharge, then the bottom cover of the impregnator is opened, and the tobacco shreds enter the next working procedure.
In the tobacco shred dipping process, impurities such as tobacco powder, smoke dust and the like in the tobacco shred can float on the carbon dioxide liquid level, partial tobacco powder and smoke dust can float at the liquid level probe hole due to the fact that the carbon dioxide liquid level and the middle liquid level hole are basically horizontal, when the tobacco shred dipping step is finished, after carbon dioxide liquid is recovered and carbon dioxide gas is discharged, the lower bottom cover of the dipping device is opened, rapid changes of temperature and pressure can possibly form partial tobacco powder, smoke dust and carbon dioxide to be frozen and remain in the liquid level probe hole, and the temperature probe or the liquid level hole is blocked. When the next pot is produced, the temperature probe can not contact carbon dioxide liquid, the liquid level judgment is wrong due to inaccurate temperature measurement, and V23 liquid adding weight and a liquid level switch are generated to alarm, so that the equipment is stopped, and the production is stopped. Meanwhile, the temperature probe needs to be manually disassembled to manually blow the liquid level hole, so that the production efficiency is seriously influenced, and the risk of material breakage in production also exists.

the liquid level probe blowing device of the impregnator comprises an air inlet pipe, wherein three air outlet pipes are arranged on the air outlet side of the air inlet pipe and are respectively and correspondingly arranged in three liquid level holes, namely a low liquid level hole, a middle liquid level hole and a high liquid level hole of the impregnator; the temperature detectors are respectively arranged in the air outlet pipes in the three liquid level holes; and the electromagnetic stop valve is arranged on the air inlet pipe and used for opening or closing a compressed air path of the air inlet pipe.
In some embodiments, the air inlet pipe further comprises a manual ball valve, wherein the manual ball valve is arranged at the end part of the air inlet pipe and is used for opening or closing a compressed air path of the air inlet pipe.
In some embodiments, the air source processing piece is arranged on the air inlet pipe between the manual ball valve and the electromagnetic stop valve.
In some embodiments, the air outlet pipe is provided with a pressure detection switch, and the pressure detection switch is arranged on the air inlet pipe between the electromagnetic stop valve and the air outlet pipe.
In some embodiments, each outlet duct further comprises a right angle seat valve, which is of a normally closed type and is pneumatically controlled, and which opens when compressed air is fed to the right angle seat valve.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner further comprises a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve, wherein the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is of a normally closed type, one end of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with compressed air, and the other end of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with the right-angle seat valve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can be suitable for automatically blowing and cleaning the impurities in the liquid level hole and the liquid level temperature probe of the impregnator in the 1140kg/h carbon dioxide expanded cut tobacco production line. The control mode is scientific and reasonable, and the blowing is carried out when no tobacco shred, no carbon dioxide liquid and no air pressure exist in the impregnator, so that the production efficiency and the product quality are not influenced; and secondly, the pipe diameter and the compressed air pressure are selected and adjusted reasonably, so that the cleaning and blowing of impurities attached to the liquid level hole of the impregnator and the temperature probe can be effectively finished, and the smooth production is guaranteed.

In the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, the liquid level probe blowing device of the impregnator may include an air inlet pipe 5, wherein three air outlet pipes are arranged on the air outlet side of the air inlet pipe 5, and the three air outlet pipes are correspondingly arranged in three liquid level holes of the impregnator, namely a low liquid level hole, a middle liquid level hole and a high liquid level hole respectively; the temperature detectors 9 are respectively arranged in the air outlet pipes in the three liquid level holes; and the electromagnetic stop valve 3 is arranged on the air inlet pipe 5 and used for opening or closing a compressed air path of the air inlet pipe 5.
In the embodiment, the air inlet pipe 5 is made of a DN15 seamless steel pipe, the air outlet pipe is made of a DN10 seamless steel pipe 8, the invention designs a liquid level probe blowing device aiming at the problems that a temperature probe of a impregnator in a 1140kg/h carbon dioxide expanded tobacco production line is blocked with a liquid level hole, and the device is stopped by alarming and stops due to failure of liquid level judgment, the material is broken in production, and the maintenance intensity is high, the device is composed of a pipeline, an electromagnetic stop valve 3, a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve 7, a right-angle seat valve 6, a pressure detection switch 4 and other devices, industrial automatic control is carried out by using a PLC, and the automatic blowing of the impregnator liquid level hole is realized by using compressed air. The problem of the blockage of the liquid level hole and the temperature probe of the impregnator is solved, and the labor intensity of maintenance is reduced.
The blowing device is designed as follows by combining the practical situation of the level probe and the level hole of the impregnator in the production line of 1140kg/h carbon dioxide expanded cut tobacco. The automatic injection device comprises a FESTO VZXF-L-M22C-M-B-G12-130-M1-V4V4T-50-40 standard right-angle seat valve 6, a DN15 seamless steel pipe, a DN10 seamless steel pipe 8, a FESTO VZWD-L-M22C-M-G18-40-V-1P4-8-R1 standard two-position three-way electromagnetic valve 7, an ASCO 262 universal electromagnetic stop valve 3, a pressure detection switch 4, a manual ball valve 1, a dual air source processing part 2 and a temperature detector 9, and the automatic injection device realizes the fixed-point automatic injection of a liquid level hole of an impregnator by adopting a structure that a main pipeline is changed into a three-way and an electric control mode of the electromagnetic valve and a PLC.
In some embodiments, a manual ball valve 1 is further included, and the manual ball valve 1 is disposed at an end portion of the air inlet pipe 5 and is used for opening or closing a compressed air path of the air inlet pipe 5. The manual ball valve further comprises an air source processing part 2, and the air source processing part 2 is arranged on an air inlet pipe 5 between the manual ball valve 1 and the electromagnetic stop valve 3. Still include pressure detection switch 4, pressure detection switch 4 sets up on the intake pipe 5 between electromagnetism stop valve 3 and the outlet duct. The DN15 seamless steel tube and the DN10 seamless steel tube 8 can bear the pressure of at least 30bar, and the safety accidents caused by the pressure flowing backwards into the pipeline after the impregnator is stamped are prevented; the manual ball valve 1 is connected with a DN15 seamless steel tube, can be used for emergency situations such as failure of electronic devices in the device and operation and use when the pipelines and devices of the blowing device need to be maintained, controls the air intake and shutoff of the total compressed air by manually operating the manual ball valve 1, and ensures the safety of production and equipment.
The rear end is connected with the duplex air source processing part 2, and the duplex air source processing part can be used for reprocessing the oil and the water vapor of the compressed air, so that the dry and pure compressed air is ensured to enter the impregnator for injection, and the quality of the cut tobacco is prevented from being influenced; electromagnetic stop valve 3 is connected to the rear end, and electromagnetic stop valve 3 is connected with PLC control signal, and when not needing the jetting, compressed air gas circuit is closed to electromagnetic stop valve 3, and when needs jetting, compressed air is opened to electromagnetic stop valve 3 and is jetted, can solve the problem of artifical frequent operation manual valve control compressed air break-make, reduces artifical intensity of labour.
The rear end of the pressure detection switch is connected with a pressure detection switch 4, so that the pressure of compressed air in the pipeline can be detected, and an alarm signal can be generated to remind manual maintenance when the pressure is too high or too low; the rear end is connected to a right-angle seat valve 6, the right-angle seat valve 6 is a normally closed type, and is pneumatically controlled, and when compressed air is fed to the right-angle seat valve 6, the right-angle seat valve 6 is opened.
The rear end of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve 7 is normally closed, one end of the electromagnetic valve is connected with compressed air, the other end of the electromagnetic valve is connected with the right-angle seat valve 6, when the electromagnetic valve receives a PLC control signal, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the compressed air enters the right-angle seat valve 6, and therefore the opening/closing of the right-angle seat valve 6 is controlled, and automatic opening/closing control of the compressed air in the pipeline is achieved; the rear end DN10 seamless steel tube 8 is installed in the liquid level hole, the temperature detector 9 is connected in the DN10 seamless steel tube 8, when compressed air is blown, the liquid level hole can be blown, full-coverage blowing of the temperature probe can be guaranteed, and the blowing effect is enhanced.

Claims (6)
1. An infuser level probe blowing device, comprising:
the gas outlet side of the gas inlet pipe is provided with three gas outlet pipes which are correspondingly arranged in three liquid level holes, namely a low liquid level hole, a middle liquid level hole and a high liquid level hole of the impregnator respectively;
the temperature detectors are respectively arranged in the air outlet pipes in the three liquid level holes;
and the electromagnetic stop valve is arranged on the air inlet pipe and used for opening or closing a compressed air path of the air inlet pipe.
2. The infuser liquid level probe blowing device of claim 1 further comprising a manual ball valve disposed at an end of the inlet tube for opening or closing a compressed air path of the inlet tube.
3. The infuser level probe blowing device of claim 2 further including an air handling member disposed on the air inlet tube between the manual ball valve and the electromagnetic shut-off valve.
4. The infuser liquid level probe blowing device of claim 3 further comprising a pressure detection switch disposed on the inlet pipe between the electromagnetic shut-off valve and the outlet pipe.
5. The infuser level probe blowing apparatus of claim 4 further including a right angle seat valve on each outlet duct, said right angle seat valve being of a normally closed type and pneumatically controlled, the right angle seat valve opening when compressed air is fed to the right angle seat valve.
6. The impregnator liquid level probe blowing device as recited in claim 5, further comprising a two-position three-way solenoid valve, wherein the two-position three-way solenoid valve is normally closed, one end of the two-position three-way solenoid valve is connected with compressed air, and the other end of the two-position three-way solenoid valve is connected with a right-angle seat valve.
