preferably, the method further comprises the steps of: (5) sterilizing the paste by a magnetic sterilization method; and (6) filling and sealing the sterilized paste, and performing secondary sterilization after filling.
In the above method, if the hair cream to be prepared does not contain the corresponding component, the component is not added when referring to the component. The paste can be made into various specifications of packages, for example, 120 g/package or a plurality of small packages.
The hairdressing cream contains yolk powder, and yolk is rich in yolk antibody IgY which is an antibody generally found by scientists in birds, reptiles and amphibians and is functionally equivalent to mammal IgG. Compared to IgG produced in mammals, IgY has a number of distinct advantages: due to the large distance between the germ lines, cross serological reactions between the avian IgY and the mammalian immunoglobulins do not occur; the complement system of the mammal is not activated, and the immune complex is not combined with rheumatoid factors or Fc receptors, so that false negative or positive results are avoided in the immune detection process; acid resistance, no inactivation at pasteurization temperature and stable activity at pH less than 3; is safer and more sanitary than the antibody extracted from mammals; high reactivity to mammalian antigens; the special antibody has high forming rate.
The hair beautifying cream contains egg yolk lecithin, which is different from soybean lecithin, and the phospholipid components of the egg yolk lecithin and the soybean lecithin are greatly different. Egg yolk lecithin is notable for its high content of Phosphatidylcholine (PC) (up to 70-80%) and for the substantial absence of Phosphatidylinositol (PI) and Phosphatidic Acid (PA) compared to soybean lecithin. Most reports have shown that PC inhibits serum triglycerides and total cholesterol, while increasing high density lipoproteins.
Egg yolk lecithin and soybean lecithin have different coordinated fatty acids. In egg yolk lecithin R1 is almost a saturated fatty acid, R2 is usually an unsaturated fatty acid, and soybean phospholipids R1 and R2 are mixed coordination of a saturated acid and an unsaturated acid. Egg yolk lecithin has many fatty acid components including palmitic acid and oleic acid, stearic acid and linoleic acid, and further contains polyunsaturated fatty acids and odd-numbered fatty acids (e.g., heptadecanoic acid) which have attracted attention in recent years, such as arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoic acid; soybean lecithin contains linoleic acid about 50%, and contains almost no fatty acid of C20 or above.
Egg yolk lecithin contains a certain amount of arachidonic acid, and is beneficial to pet health. Arachidonic acid belongs to a series of essential fatty acids, is closely related to maintaining the biological function of a cell membrane, is a precursor of an endogenous cell regulatory factor, and has the functions of reducing serum cholesterol, protecting the liver and the like. However, since soybean phospholipids generally do not contain fatty acids having 20 or more carbon atoms, they are inferior to egg yolk lecithin in functions of lowering serum cholesterol and protecting the liver.
In addition, egg yolk lecithin is derived from animal embryo yolk and is therefore easily absorbed by pets, while soybean lecithin is derived from vegetable oils.
The hair beautifying cream of the invention is also added with B vitamins: helps the skin, nails and hair of pets to utilize oxygen and assist the absorption of iron and other vitamins. Vitamin B deficiency in pets is manifested by slow or even stopped growth, alopecia, dermatitis, inflammation, ophthalmia, loss of appetite, etc.
The hair-beautifying cream is further added with cystine and lysine through formula screening. Wherein, the cystine can promote hair growth, is contained in keratin such as hair and finger claw, and can be used for treating hair loss and promoting skin formation. Lysine, in turn, is an essential nutrient in animals and must be obtained through daily diet and nutritional supplements. Lysine supplementation can promote wound and cartilage damage. Since lysine is one of the main components of hair, effective supplement of lysine can promote hair health.
The deep sea fish oil in the hair beautifying paste is a high-quality oil source, contains rich unsaturated fatty acid and oil, and is beneficial to improving the hair state.
In addition, the seaweed powder (kelp extract) in the hair beautifying cream has the function of supplementing intestinal mucus; increasing intestinal villus height, and promoting intestinal canal structural integrity.
