In some embodiments, it is still exemplified that the nodes of the organization may be various departments of the company, and accordingly, the nodes may include personnel information of various departments. The nodes of the organization may include a department a and a department B, and lower nodes of the department a and the department B are a group a and a group B, respectively, and the group a and the group B include personal information a and personal information B, respectively. The selected at least one node may be department a and department B, and the node information includes the selected node and the nodes of the lower level, i.e., the node information is department a and department B, and the group a and the group B.
Step 203, determining at least one corresponding group information according to the selected at least one node information, wherein the node information comprises the personnel information of the node.
In some embodiments, the example in step 202 is still taken as an example, that is, the node information is department a and department B, and group a and group B. The node information includes the person information of the node, i.e., the person information a and the person information B are also included in the node information. And determining at least one corresponding group information, namely determining the group information according to the department A, the department B, the group a, the group B and the corresponding personnel information. That is, the at least one group information includes a department a, a department B, a group a, a group B, and their corresponding person information, respectively.
And step 204, creating at least one corresponding department group according to the determined at least one group information.

As an example, a manager may initiate a background management system, and directly add a department group in batch according to an organization directory in a unit, where the creation of the department group includes selecting an organization, creating a group task, traversing an organization node to be created, determining whether the department group exists, obtaining a preferred user in the organization and setting the user as a group owner, obtaining a department personnel set as a group member, determining whether the personnel exceeds a maximum limit of 2000 people, cyclically increasing the group members and counting the number of failed people, generating an EXCEL file from a data file and uploading the EXCEL file to a server, and creating success/failure. See figure 6 for a specific flow.
As shown in fig. 6, when a user clicks batch creation, the organization structure permission set (including organization node information, orggroup) of the user may be queried according to the current orgCode permission of the user; the front page displays and organizes the organization tree, and a user selects and creates a department group (organization nodes have the ash placing of the org group and cannot be clicked); the organizational node data may be the orggroupoorglds task id (type): taskType; acquiring administrator information and related data required by a task creation; creating a my task-department group task; judging whether the task is successfully created, if the task is failed to be created, prompting the task to be failed to be created, and ending, if the task is successfully created, returning to the page, displaying that the task is successfully created by the page, and asynchronously executing the task:
1. the front-end page displays that the task is successfully established and skips the My task page;
2. and (4) continuing to run in the background:
step a, segmenting an orgGroupOrglds character string, and circularly traversing organizational nodes needing to be created, wherein the orgGroupOrglds character string is the node information of an organizational structure;
b, inquiring whether the organization has a department group according to the orgld, namely inquiring whether the organization has the department group according to the orgld parameter, wherein the orgld parameter is that the Spring Cache method can ensure that the caching method has the same return result for the same method parameter, and the method and the tool for inquiring whether the organization has the department group are not limited;
step c, judging whether the node has a department group, if so, directly executing the step j, and if not, executing the step d to the step j;
d, acquiring all child nodes of the node, and inquiring the set of all users of the organization according to the node and all child nodes, wherein the inquired node can not include personnel information;
step e, judging whether the personnel set is empty, if so, directly executing the step j, and if not, executing the step f to the step j;
and f, acquiring the first ranked user in the self node from the es as a group owner, and placing the first ranked user in the set. Elastic Search, es for short, is a Search server based on Lucene. The full-text search engine with distributed multi-user capability is provided and is based on a RESTful web interface;
step g, judging whether the personnel of the department group exceed the maximum department group limit (2000); if the number of people exceeds the maximum limit, intercepting the set, keeping the maximum number of limited people, counting the number of redundant people, recording as the number of failed people, and creating a group according to the related default setting of department groups; if not, creating a group according to related default settings of department groups, wherein the maximum limit can be set according to specific needs;
judging whether the establishment is successful, if the group establishment is failed, directly executing the step j, and if the group establishment is successful, executing the step h to the step j;
step h, circularly pulling the added group members, and counting the number of failed people;
step i, associating organizations according to the group id;
step j, constructing an abnormal or successful data set of the created group according to the internationalized parameters;
step k, judging whether other department groups are to be created currently, if not, executing the step l, and if so, executing the steps b to k;
and step l, organizing the result data into excel files and uploading the excel files to the server, and ending the task.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, if the group creation request is an organization group creation request, in response to the received group creation request, displaying an organization interface, including: responding to the received group creation request, and displaying a group basic information interface; receiving group basic information input in a group basic information interface; responding to the received information storage request, storing the group basic information, and displaying an organization interface; in response to the received group information, creating a corresponding group, comprising: receiving information of at least one selected node in the organization interface; displaying personnel information of the corresponding at least one node in the organization interface according to the selected at least one node information; receiving at least one piece of selected personnel information in the organization interface; determining group information according to the selected at least one person information and the stored group basic information; an organization group is created based on the determined group information.
As an example, a group in the group creation request may be an organizational group, and in response to receiving the group creation request, presenting the organizational interface may be: and in response to the received group creation request, displaying a group basic information interface, wherein the group basic information interface can display group member information, group owner information or group icons which need to be selected, then receiving the group basic information input in the group basic information interface, in response to the received information storage request, storing the group basic information, and displaying an organization interface.
Also taking the above example as an example, in response to the received group information, creating the corresponding group may be: the method comprises the steps of responding to a received group creation request, displaying a group basic information interface, receiving group basic information input in the group basic information interface, responding to a received information storage request, storing the group basic information, and displaying an organization interface, so as to obtain required information required for creating a group, namely, in an organization group diagram, calling a group service according to group information, creating an organization group, wherein the organization interface can be displayed according to the authority of a creator.
Aiming at the problem that members in the group are unorganized and uncontrollable, an administrator initiates to select a person in the enterprise to create the group according to the requirements of the enterprise in a background management system, and chatting is carried out, namely the group information is determined according to at least one selected person information and the stored basic group information. The related organization structure and personnel can be displayed according to the data authority owned by the current administrator, and related enterprise personnel needing to enter the group can be inquired according to the inquiry condition, so that the group members in the group form clear.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, the group basic information interface further includes at least one group opening right, receives the group basic information input in the group basic information interface, and further includes: and receiving at least one selected group opening authority in the group basic information interface as group basic information.
As an example, the group opening right may also be self-defined, and the invention is not limited to how to set the group opening right. Aiming at the problems of group openness and the fact that anyone can apply to add a group for chatting, the group openness authority is set to be capable of being created by an administrator in a centralized mode through a background management system, the openness range of the group is standardized according to related control items, and the administrator can effectively control the range of group development according to the needs of the administrator.
In an optional implementation of some embodiments, the group opening permission comprises at least one of: whether group members are allowed to resign from the group, whether the group owner can dismiss/transfer the group, whether the group owner/administrator is allowed to invite others to the group, and whether group members are allowed to invite others to the group.
As an example, as shown in table 1, the creator fills in and selects the scope parameter of control in the organization group basic information.
TABLE 1 parameters in the basic information of the organization group

isAllowAdminInvite Whether to allow group owner/administrator to invite others to enter a group tinyint
isAllow Whether to allow group members to invite others to enter a group tinyint
activeExit Whether to allow group members to resign from a group tinyint
As an example, as shown in fig. 7, a specific operation of the process of creating the organization group may be as follows, where the process illustrates a process of creating the organization group, initiated by an administrator (the identity of the creator of the organization group is not limited by the present invention), creating the organization group in a background management system according to the request of the enterprise itself, and at the beginning of creating the organization group, a group opening authority needs to be filled in, where the group opening authority may include a group name, a group advertisement, whether to allow group members to leave the group, whether to allow a group owner to dismiss/transfer the group, whether to allow the group owner, whether to invite other people to enter the group, whether to allow group members to invite other contacts to enter the group, and the like. After the user selects the group members and the group owner, the group information and the group member and the group owner information need to be checked, if the check is not passed, page error information is returned, the user is prompted that the enterprise group creation fails, and the group establishment is finished; if the verification is passed, calling the group service according to the group information, creating an organization group, if the creation is failed, returning page error information, prompting that the creation is failed, and ending the group creation, otherwise, prompting that the creation of the enterprise group is successful, and ending the group creation.
As can be seen from fig. 2, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 1, the group creation method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 embodies how to create a department group and an organization group, where the department group is created according to node information of an organization, and the organization group is created according to personnel information and basic group information, both of which are established depending on the organization, so that a group owner can see the formation of members, that is, the establishment of the group is organized and controllable. In addition, the related organization structure and the personnel are displayed according to the authority owned by the current administrator, and related enterprise personnel needing to enter the group can be inquired according to the inquiry condition, so that the group members in the group are clear in composition. The basic group information specifies the open range of the group according to the related control items, and solves the problem of group openness, namely the problem that anyone can apply for adding the group for chatting.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a group personnel update method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the group personnel updating method includes the following steps:
step 301, acquiring the personnel information of the current organization according to the preset time.
Step 302, updating the personnel information in at least one department group according to the personnel information of the current organization.
In some embodiments, pre-cached personnel information for an organization may also be obtained.
In some embodiments, the at least one department group is determined according to at least one node information of the organization, the node information including the selected node and lower nodes of the node, the group information including staff information of the group, and the node information including staff information of the node. As an example, at least one department group may be a group a or a group B, the corresponding node information may be a group a or a group B, the personnel information may include names, positions, departments to which the personnel belong, and the like, and the department group may be a department group or an organization group.
In consideration of the problem that members in the group join or are not cleaned timely, an administrator can initiate to create groups in batches according to at least one piece of node information selected by an organization in a background management system. Because the group is created according to the organization, the update logic of the members in the group can adjust the personnel in the corresponding group in real time according to the change of the organization, and the group owner/administrator is not required to operate the members.
Specifically, taking the update of a department group as an example, since the department group is a group created according to a current organization and its nodes, when people under the current organization and its nodes change, the group members need to be synchronized with each other, and the operations of organization change are divided into two types: firstly, adding an organization mechanism, and secondly, removing the organization mechanism.
First, for the operation of joining an organization, if there is an affected department group, the operation of joining the department group can be directly performed.
As an example, the interface to add a group member may be: AddGroupMemberResult updated AddGroupMembers (1: OperateGroupMemberBean addGroupMemberBean)
And secondly, for the operation of moving out the organization, if the affected department group exists, the operation of moving out the department group can be directly carried out, but compared with the operation of adding the department group, the situation that the group members of the department group are complemented exists in the case of moving out the department group, the operation can be carried out by a given task, namely, the operation of adding or removing personnel to the department group is carried out according to the preset time, and the specific operation can be that one personnel is removed and then added, or all the personnel to be removed are removed and then all the personnel are added, so the operation of adding or removing the personnel is not limited.
