Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
According to one aspect of the embodiment of the invention, a method for auditing the digital copyright of the card surface picture of the payment institution is provided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for checking digital rights of a card face picture of a payment institution according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, a method for auditing digital rights of a card side picture of a payment institution according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: step S101-step S103.
Step S101, card face picture information of the payment mechanism to be checked and card face picture information which is submitted by each payment mechanism in history and is not recorded in the blockchain and card face picture information recorded in the blockchain are obtained.
In the existing payment application program operating mechanism (or called operator, operating company), various card surface pictures of payment mechanisms such as multiple commercial banks are packaged in the payment application program or website operated by the payment application program operating mechanism, and the card surface picture information is not completely stored in a block chain. Therefore, for the card face picture to be checked, it is necessary to compare the card face picture to be checked with the card face pictures stored on the blockchain and the card face pictures not stored on the blockchain comprehensively, so as to check the card face picture with stable copyright (also called copyright). In specific use, card face picture information of a payment mechanism to be checked and card face picture information which is submitted by each payment mechanism in history and is not recorded in a block chain need to be obtained at first. The following are merely exemplary examples, but practical applications are not limited to the following examples. Such as the digital rmb App of the chinese bank, which is currently working with 6 commercial banks (or called payment institutions). In the using process of the user, the digital RMB App displays card surface pictures of all payment mechanisms on the page of the digital RMB App for the user to select. The copyright of the displayed card face picture must meet the legal standard. Therefore, in order to ensure that card surface pictures packed into the digital rmb App have no copyright dispute, card surface picture information submitted by a payment mechanism to be audited needs to be acquired, and various card surface picture information historically submitted by each payment mechanism needs to be acquired or collected, wherein the information includes information which is not recorded on the blockchain and information which is recorded on the blockchain. To prepare sufficient data for subsequent review. And the card face picture information recorded in the blockchain is processed, so that the auditing speed and efficiency can be improved by acquiring the card face picture information recorded in the blockchain.
Optionally, after obtaining card surface picture information of the payment mechanism to be audited, the method further includes:
and pre-checking the card face picture content information of the payment mechanism, and extracting the metadata information of the card face picture when the card face picture content information passes the pre-checking.
At present, a supervision department has strict requirements on the design of a card face picture of a payment mechanism, and the content of the card face picture strictly relates to sensitive words, prohibited articles, advertisements and the like except that copyright disputes are not related. Therefore, after the card face picture information of the payment mechanism to be checked is obtained, the method further comprises a pre-checking step, and the content information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism is pre-checked, so that card face pictures which do not accord with the supervision standard are filtered, the workload of checking in the next step is reduced, and the checking efficiency is improved. And when the card face picture submitted by the payment mechanism passes the pre-examination, extracting the metadata information of the card face picture to prepare for the subsequent copyright examination. Illustratively, the image elements of the card face picture can be extracted through an image recognition technology, and whether the image elements meet the supervision standard or not is automatically analyzed one by one, so that the pre-examination step is completed. Of course, the pre-review step can also be completed in a manner of manually reading the contents of the card face picture.
Step S102, extracting metadata information of each card face picture, and when the similarity between the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism to be audited and the metadata information of the card face picture which is submitted historically and is not recorded in the block chain is smaller than a preset threshold value, recalculating the similarity between the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism to be audited and the metadata information of the card face picture of each payment mechanism recorded in the card face picture information database of the block chain; and when the similarity calculation result is smaller than a preset threshold value, the copyright is approved.
Before copyright verification, metadata information of each card face picture needs to be extracted according to the acquired card face picture information. The metadata information comprises one or more of picture name, payment mechanism name, picture purpose, image element information, color information, picture pixel size, description label which can be identified by a machine model or designated by a designer, picture generation time and other picture attributes and content information. The type of the metadata information and the corresponding content are only examples, and the type of the metadata information and the corresponding content may be supplemented as needed in the actual use process. In the process of copyright verification, the metadata information of the card face picture to be verified needs to be compared with the card face picture information which is submitted by each payment mechanism in history and is not recorded in the block chain and the card face picture information which is recorded in the block chain. Specifically, when the similarity between the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism to be audited and the metadata information of the card face picture which is submitted in the history and is not recorded in the block chain is smaller than a preset threshold value, the similarity between the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism to be audited and the metadata information of the card face pictures of each payment mechanism recorded in the card face picture information database of the block chain is calculated again; and when the similarity calculation result is smaller than a preset threshold value, the copyright is approved. The process comprises the steps that firstly, card face pictures to be audited are compared with card face picture information which is submitted by each payment mechanism in a historical mode and is not recorded in a block chain, and after the card face pictures are audited in the stage, the card face pictures are compared with card face picture information which is submitted in the historical mode and is recorded in the block chain; obviously, the above-mentioned auditing sequence may also be changed, that is, the card surface picture to be audited is compared with the card surface picture information recorded in the block chain and historically submitted by each payment authority, and after the card surface picture passes the auditing in this stage, the card surface picture information is compared with the card surface picture information which is historically submitted and not recorded in the block chain. Specifically, when the similarity between the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism to be audited and the metadata information of the card face pictures of each payment mechanism recorded in the card face picture information database of the block chain is smaller than a preset threshold value, the similarity between the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism to be audited and the metadata information of the card face pictures which are submitted historically and are not recorded in the block chain is calculated again; and when the similarity calculation result is smaller than a preset threshold value, the copyright is approved. As shown in fig. 2, it shows a flow of performing copyright verification confirmation on a card side picture to be verified by using information accumulated in the block chain card side picture information database. Different similarity determination methods may be employed for different types of picture metadata information, such as for text and image elements. One of the methods for calculating the similarity of the images, such as the euclidean distance method, the cosine distance method, the manhattan distance method, the fingerprint information method, and the like, is exemplarily selected according to an embodiment of the present invention. It can be understood that, the applicable situations of each similarity calculation method are different, and in the actual use process, some card surface pictures can be selected for calculation tests to select the required similarity calculation method. Of course, two or more similarity algorithms can be combined to judge the similarity of two card face pictures comprehensively. In order to facilitate visual understanding and statistics of the similarity between two card face pictures, an embodiment of the present invention exemplarily converts a result obtained by a similarity calculation method into a value between 0% and 100%, and a larger value indicates a higher similarity.
Optionally, before calculating the similarity of the metadata information of the card surface picture, the method further includes:
and setting the corresponding preset threshold according to the adopted similarity calculation method.
Because different similarity calculation methods have different calculation principles and different corresponding calculation results, in an actual use process, a corresponding similarity threshold (i.e., a preset threshold) needs to be reasonably set according to the selected similarity calculation method, so as to determine whether the card surface picture to be audited is infringed. Before setting, tests can be carried out appropriately to ensure the reasonableness of the threshold value selection.
And step S103, generating non-homogeneous token information by using the metadata information of the card surface picture of the payment mechanism passing the audit and a non-homogeneous token generation protocol, and recording the non-homogeneous token information on the block chain.
A Blockchain (Blockchain) is essentially a shared database, and the data or information stored therein has the characteristics of "unforgeable", "whole-course traceable", "public transparency", and "collective maintenance". Non-homogeneous tokens (NFTs), or Non-homogeneous tokens, have Non-resolvable and unique properties, are unique Non-resolvable tokens, and are innovative by providing a method of marking native digital asset ownership (i.e., assets that exist in or originate from the digital world). For a card face picture passing copyright audit, an exemplary option of an embodiment of the present invention records the card face picture by using a block chain and NFT technology. The block chain technology is adopted to record card face picture metadata information of an application mechanism, and historical picture metadata information applied by a payment mechanism is accurately and really recorded by utilizing the characteristic that block chain data cannot be tampered. And generating NFT information on the block chain by using the metadata of the picture, marking the picture submitted by an application institution, and accurately proving the ownership and copyright of the card face picture by the application institution. With the increase of the audit data, a special card face picture information database can be formed, and the audit process of the card face pictures of the application organization is accelerated. The NFT technology can effectively solve the problem of copyright of different mechanisms on the same picture by recording the application picture information. Therefore, in order to construct a card face picture information database, accelerate the verification speed of the copyright of the subsequent card face picture and facilitate the right confirmation of the copyright, an embodiment of the invention exemplarily adopts a block chain and an NFT technology to process the card face picture after verification. Specifically, the metadata information of the card face picture of the payment mechanism passing the audit is used, the non-homogeneous token information is generated through a non-homogeneous token generation protocol, and the non-homogeneous token information is recorded on the block chain, so that the copyright information of the card face picture after the audit is accurately recorded by utilizing the characteristics of the NFT information. Wherein the non-homogeneous token generation protocol may employ standard protocols in the art such as ERC721, ERC1155, ERC998, and the like. Protocols can of course be custom-defined or self-designed. The card face picture and its corresponding metadata information may be stored on the blockchain or under the blockchain, i.e. the data is not linked.
Optionally, after recording the non-homogeneous token information on the blockchain, further comprising:
and sending the non-homogeneous token information corresponding to the card surface picture of the payment mechanism passing the verification to the payment mechanism submitting the verification.
In the actual use process, after the non-homogeneous token information is recorded on the block chain, the non-homogeneous token information corresponding to the card face picture of the payment mechanism passing the audit can be sent to the payment mechanism submitting the audit, so as to prompt the payment mechanism submitting the card face picture to be audited that the picture passes the audit. As shown in fig. 2, one embodiment of the present invention illustratively selects that audit failure information is also fed back to the payment authority at various stages of non-audit failure. Of course, the existing picture information with the failed reason and/or the high similarity can be selected to be sent to the payment institution submitting the audit.
Optionally, after sending the non-homogeneous token information corresponding to the card face picture of the payment mechanism passing the audit to the payment mechanism submitting the audit, the method further includes:
obtaining card surface pictures to be used and corresponding non-homogeneous token information submitted by a payment mechanism;
extracting metadata information of a card face picture to be used, comparing the metadata information with metadata information associated with the corresponding non-homogeneous token information submitted by a payment mechanism, and when the metadata information of the card face picture to be used is verified to be the same as the metadata information associated with the corresponding non-homogeneous token information, verifying transaction information recorded by a block chain to confirm card face picture copyright ownership;
and after the copyright ownership is verified, sending the card face picture to be used submitted by the payment mechanism to an application module.
In the actual use process, the payment mechanism may have a plurality of card surface pictures which pass the audit, one or a plurality of card surface pictures may be selected and submitted to the payment application program operation mechanism, and the operation mechanism packages the card surface pictures into the payment application program or displays the card surface pictures on a webpage operated by the payment application program. Of course, in order to reduce the tedious process problem caused by repeatedly submitting pictures at a later stage, the payment institution usually selects to submit a plurality of card face pictures which are audited through the method at one time. For the condition that the card face picture and the corresponding metadata thereof are not stored on the blockchain, whether the content information of the card face picture is changed or not needs to be verified; meanwhile, the non-homogeneous token information is also verified to confirm whether the transaction behavior of one or more card pictures submitted to the payment application program operator by the payment mechanism exists or not, and whether the payment mechanism still has the copyright of the submitted card picture or pictures. According to the exemplary selection of the payment mechanism card surface picture processing method, after non-homogeneous token information corresponding to the approved payment mechanism card surface picture is sent to a payment mechanism submitting the approval, a card surface picture to be used and corresponding non-homogeneous token information submitted by the payment mechanism are obtained; the use includes, but is not limited to, displaying the submitted card face picture on a payment application page of the operating institution (such as packaging the card face picture to the payment application of the operating institution and displaying the card face picture through the payment application), or displaying the card face picture on a webpage of the operating institution. And then extracting metadata information of the card face picture to be used, and comparing the metadata information with metadata information associated with the corresponding non-homogeneous token information submitted by a payment mechanism to verify whether the picture content is modified. When the metadata information of the card face picture to be used is verified and confirmed to be the same as the metadata information related to the corresponding non-homogeneous token information, the transaction information recorded by the block chain is verified to confirm the copyright ownership of the card face picture; and after the copyright ownership is verified, sending the card face picture to be used submitted by the payment mechanism to an application module. The application module includes, but is not limited to, a picture folder associated with a payment application program of an operating organization or a folder associated with a webpage picture of the operating organization. Therefore, the card face picture can be called and displayed on the page of the payment application program or the webpage of the operation mechanism, and the user can select the newly displayed card face picture. It should be noted that, in an embodiment of the present invention, whether the picture content is modified is determined by using the same metadata information comparison result, but an extraction error, a calculation error or other interference factors may exist in the actual comparison process, so that the similarity comparison may also be performed by using a preset threshold, and when the preset threshold is met, the two card side pictures are determined to have the same content.

and recording the information of the non-homogeneous token corresponding to the card surface picture of the payment mechanism passing the verification in a block chain card surface picture information database.
In actual use, along with the increasing of the application pictures of the payment mechanism, the picture information recorded on the block chain can be gradually enriched, and then the non-homogeneous token information corresponding to the card surface picture of the payment mechanism passing the audit can be recorded in the card surface picture information database of the block chain, so that a unique ticket surface picture information base is formed. The database can not only accelerate the auditing speed and efficiency of subsequent card face pictures, but also query the card face pictures historically submitted by each organization. For example, for a certain payment institution, the image information submitted by the institution can be screened out through the name identification of the payment institution recorded in the image metadata information on the blockchain, so that the historical card surface images passed by the institution application can be completely seen in detail, and reference are provided for the card surface (or called ticket surface) update design of the institution. When different organizations dispute the copyright of the card pictures, the payment application program operating organization can determine the current owner of the copyright of the pictures and solve the copyright dispute by using the picture metadata information contained in the NFT information, the picture generation time recorded in the NFT information, the transaction information recorded in the blockchain and the like.
The embodiment of the invention takes the card surface picture as an example, and explains the auditing mode of the digital copyright in detail. It can be understood that the auditing method of the present invention can also be used for auditing the digital copyright of other types of works such as pictures, words, videos, etc. In a specific using process, corresponding metadata information suitable for auditing and analysis is selected and extracted according to specific attributes of various works of different types. Furthermore, in the embodiments of the present invention, an application program (App), a website, or a web page is used as an example, and when the embodiments are actually used, a specific use scene or use may be changed according to needs. However, considering that there is an operation error (such as submitting an incorrect version of a card face picture) in the process of submitting the card face picture by the payment organization or the problem that the copyright of the card face picture is not checked again when the application program installation package is generated, the copyright of each card face picture in the application program installation package needs to be checked again in the installation process. The installation process includes application installation performed by a developer in links of debugging, testing and the like, and also includes application installation performed by a user on the mobile device in the use process. One embodiment adopts the following method to audit the card surface picture in the installation package: calculating the similarity between the metadata information of each card surface picture in the application program installation package and the metadata information of each payment mechanism card surface picture recorded in the block chain card surface picture information database; when the similarity calculation result is smaller than a preset threshold value, the installation step of the application program is executed after copyright verification; otherwise, prompting the installation failure information. The card face pictures audited by the method provided by the first aspect of the embodiment of the invention are recorded in the block chain card face picture information database. The failure information includes but is not limited to a picture with copyright problem and specific elements on the picture. The auditing step in the installation ensures that the card surface picture of the application program after successful installation has no copyright problem. And the installation failure can also remind developers or users of possible copyright risks and failure reasons, so that the application program is optimized in a targeted manner.
