It should be noted that, when the command to be sent and the target vehicle are confirmed, in order to ensure the safety of the information, the background may add a key to the command to open the log by using a hash value before sending the command information, or may encrypt the command by using another encryption method, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In a specific implementation, after the command is encrypted, the encrypted command information is sent to the vehicle system through an Independent Virtual Channel (IVC) or a remote information Control Unit (TCU). And after the system receives the instruction information, extracting the instruction key according to the instruction, verifying whether the extracted instruction key can open the instruction information, if the extracted instruction key cannot open the received instruction information, failing to open, returning to a background, and completing the log opening process.
Step S307: and generating second inquiry information according to the instruction key and the vehicle identification code.
It should be noted that the second query information refers to a bullet box query information generated according to an instruction key that can open the log and the vehicle identification code, so as to query whether the client allows the log authority to be opened.

If the log cannot be started at the moment, the log fails to be started, the log returns to the background, and the staff can specifically analyze the reason of the failure in starting.
In the specific implementation, as shown in fig. 9, if the log is successfully opened, the log authority of the corresponding vehicle is opened according to the vehicle identification code, the log data is extracted and stored in the fixed position, and the log data is periodically uploaded for the background to analyze the log data by combining the problem information fed back by the client through the mobile terminal. And if the log is not uploaded completely, returning to the background, and analyzing the reason of not uploading completely by combining the related data. After the log is uploaded to the background, the background can update the log data by combining the problem information fed back by the client to obtain the upgrading information.
According to the embodiment, when the working condition is a normal working condition, a log opening instruction is generated according to the problem information; extracting an instruction key in the instruction; generating second inquiry information according to the instruction key and the vehicle identification code; when the feedback information corresponding to the second inquiry information is determined to be started, starting the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data; the method comprises the steps of generating a log opening instruction through problem information fed back by a user, encrypting the instruction, inquiring whether the user of a target vehicle allows log permission to be opened or not according to a vehicle identification code and an instruction key, opening the log permission to obtain log data after the user allows the log permission to be obtained, encrypting the information in the information transmission process, and opening the log permission after the user allows the log permission to be obtained, so that the information safety is improved, and the privacy of the user is protected.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a fifth embodiment of a vehicle upgrade method according to the present invention.
Based on the second embodiment, the step S40 of the vehicle upgrade method of this embodiment specifically includes:

In specific implementation, since the registration account information and the user identification number are bound and the bound data are stored in the identification code binding database, the identification code binding database can be queried through the registration account information to obtain the user identification number associated with the registration account information.

In an implementation, the upgrade information may be sent to the user identification number of the mobile terminal and the system of the vehicle at the same time. The user can control the vehicle to install the new system according to the mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, and can also directly install the new system at the vehicle end. And after the new system is installed, displaying the information of the upgrade completion.
It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 11, after the system upgrade is detected to be completed, a pop-up box pops up on the display screen of the vehicle, and thanks to the assistance of the client, the problem is solved; and obtaining a user identification number according to the completion information, obtaining associated registration account information and a vehicle identification code according to the user identification number, generating a log closing instruction, and closing the log authority of the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification code.
It should be noted that, after the system upgrade is detected to be completed, in order to thank the user for proposing suggestions and problems for the system upgrade, the identification code binding database may be queried through the identification number of the user to obtain the registration account information and the vehicle identification code associated with the user identification code, as shown in fig. 12, according to the system upgrade completion information fed back by the user, the use credit for the application store corresponding to the registration account information associated with the vehicle identification code is increased, and the thank the user submits problems.
In this embodiment, the preset area is queried according to the registration account information to obtain a user identification number associated with the registration account information; determining upgrading information according to the problem information and/or log data; sending the upgrading information to the user identification number, carrying out upgrading prompt through a mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification number, and feeding back finishing information; and determining the upgrading information of the vehicle by combining the problem information and the log data, and sending the upgrading information to the corresponding mobile terminal to prompt a user to carry out new system upgrading on the vehicle. The user can control the upgrading of a new vehicle system through the mobile phone end, and the intellectualization of vehicle control is improved.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a block diagram illustrating a first embodiment of the vehicle upgrading apparatus according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 13, a vehicle upgrade apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the extraction module 10 is configured to extract the registered account information in the question information when the question information fed back by the mobile terminal is received.
And the determining module 20 is configured to determine the target vehicle according to the registered account information.
The obtaining module 30 is configured to open the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log opening policy to obtain log data.
And the upgrading module 40 is used for upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or the log data.
In the embodiment, when problem information fed back by a mobile terminal is received, registered account information in the problem information is extracted; determining a target vehicle according to the registered account information; starting the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log starting strategy to obtain log data; upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or log data; the method comprises the steps of obtaining information related to registered account information by extracting the registered account information in the problem information, determining a target vehicle according to the related information, starting the log authority of the target vehicle through a set log starting strategy to obtain log data, upgrading the vehicle by combining the problem information and the log data, enabling a mobile terminal to directly feed back the problem information through the vehicle, rapidly determining the corresponding target vehicle and upgrading the target vehicle, and improving the intelligence of vehicle control.
In an embodiment, the extracting module 10 is further configured to extract a vehicle identification code, registration account information, and a user identification number of the mobile terminal in the registration data when the registration data is obtained; and binding the vehicle identification code, the registration account information and the user identification number of the mobile terminal, and storing the binding in a preset area.
In an embodiment, the determining module 20 is further configured to query a preset area according to the registered account information, and determine an associated vehicle identification code; and determining the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification code.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 30 is further configured to determine a vehicle identification code of the target vehicle; acquiring the working condition of the target vehicle; when the working condition is a collapse working condition, generating first inquiry information according to the vehicle identification code; and when the feedback information corresponding to the first inquiry information is determined to be started, starting the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 30 is further configured to generate a log starting instruction according to the problem information when the working condition is a normal working condition; extracting an instruction key in the instruction; generating second inquiry information according to the instruction key and the vehicle identification code; and when the feedback information corresponding to the second inquiry information is determined to be started, starting the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
In an embodiment, the upgrading module 40 is further configured to query the preset area according to the registration account information to obtain a user identification number associated with the registration account information; determining upgrading information according to the problem information and/or log data; and sending the upgrading information to the user identification number, carrying out upgrading prompt through the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification number, and feeding back finishing information.
In an embodiment, the upgrading module 40 is further configured to query the preset area according to the user identification number, so as to obtain registration account information and a vehicle identification code associated with the user identification number; and adding usage points corresponding to the registered account information associated with the vehicle identification code based on the completion information.
In addition, to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a vehicle upgrade apparatus, including: a memory, a processor and a vehicle upgrade program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the vehicle upgrade program configured to implement the steps of the vehicle upgrade method as described above.
Since the vehicle upgrading device adopts all technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where a vehicle upgrade program is stored on the storage medium, and the vehicle upgrade program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the vehicle upgrade method as described above.
Since the storage medium adopts all technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
It should be understood that the above is only an example, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited in any way, and in a specific application, a person skilled in the art may set the technical solution as needed, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle upgrade method, characterized by comprising:
when problem information fed back by a mobile terminal is received, extracting registered account information in the problem information;
determining a target vehicle according to the registered account information;
starting the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log starting strategy to obtain log data;
and upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or the log data.
2. The vehicle upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein before extracting the registered account information in the question information when the question information fed back by the mobile terminal is received, the method further comprises:
when registration data are obtained, extracting a vehicle identification code, registration account information and a user identification number of a mobile terminal in the registration data;
and binding the vehicle identification code, the registration account information and the user identification number of the mobile terminal, and storing the binding in a preset area.
3. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 2, wherein the determining a target vehicle according to the registered account information includes:
inquiring a preset area according to the registered account information, and determining a related vehicle identification code;
and determining the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification code.
4. The vehicle upgrading method according to claim 2, wherein the step of opening the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log opening strategy to obtain log data comprises the steps of:
determining a vehicle identification code of the target vehicle;
acquiring the working condition of the target vehicle;
when the working condition is a collapse working condition, generating first inquiry information according to the vehicle identification code;
and when the feedback information corresponding to the first inquiry information is determined to be started, starting the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
5. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 4, wherein after obtaining the operating condition of the target vehicle, further comprising:
when the working condition is a normal working condition, generating a log starting instruction according to the problem information;
extracting an instruction key in the instruction;
generating second inquiry information according to the instruction key and the vehicle identification code;
and when the feedback information corresponding to the second inquiry information is determined to be started, starting the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
6. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 2, wherein the upgrading the target vehicle according to the issue information and/or log data includes:
inquiring the preset area according to the registration account information to obtain a user identification number associated with the registration account information;
determining upgrading information according to the problem information and/or log data;
and sending the upgrading information to the user identification number, carrying out upgrading prompt through the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification number, and feeding back finishing information.
7. The vehicle upgrading method according to claim 6, wherein after sending the upgrading information to the subscriber identity number, performing upgrading prompt through a mobile terminal corresponding to the subscriber identity number, and feeding back completion information, the method further comprises:
inquiring the preset area according to the user identification number to obtain registration account information and a vehicle identification code which are associated with the user identification number;
and adding usage points corresponding to the registered account information associated with the vehicle identification code based on the completion information.
8. A vehicle upgrade apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the extraction module is used for extracting the registered account information in the problem information when the problem information fed back by the mobile terminal is received;
the determining module is used for determining a target vehicle according to the registered account information;
the acquisition module is used for opening the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log opening strategy to obtain log data;
and the upgrading module is used for upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or the log data.
9. A vehicle upgrade apparatus, characterized in that it comprises: a memory, a processor, and a vehicle upgrade program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the vehicle upgrade program configured to implement the vehicle upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a vehicle upgrade program which, when executed by a processor, implements a vehicle upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
