Abstract
The invention discloses a bulk curing barn wet-dry bulb temperature sensor which comprises a hollow absorbent cotton sliver, a guide pipe, an elastic strip, an elastic pressing point, a wet bulb temperature sensor and a solid absorbent cotton sliver, wherein the hollow absorbent cotton sliver is internally wrapped with the wet bulb temperature sensor, and the solid absorbent cotton sliver is filled in the hollow absorbent cotton sliver and the hollow part of the wet bulb temperature sensor; the outer part of the hollow absorbent cotton sliver is provided with a guide pipe, the guide pipe is of a U-shaped hollow cylindrical structure, and one end of the guide pipe, which is close to the wet bulb temperature sensor, is provided with an elastic strip. The water absorption characteristic of the composite water absorption cotton sliver is superior to that of the common cotton sliver, and the wet bulb temperature measurement precision is improved; the water absorption characteristic of the composite water absorption cotton sliver is reduced slowly, the ageing of the cotton sliver is delayed, the frequency requirement of cotton sliver replacement is reduced, and the maintenance labor cost is reduced; an elastic strip and a balance weight are additionally arranged outside the cotton sliver at the position of the wet bulb temperature sensor, so that the cotton sliver and the sensor are tightly attached, and the wet bulb temperature measurement error is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sensors, in particular to a bulk curing barn dry-wet bulb temperature sensor.
Background
The technical standard of dry and wet bulb temperature sensors of bulk curing barn is specified in the technical specification (trial) revision of bulk curing barn (national tobacco institute of technology, 2009, 418), and the sensors comprise 4 DS18B20 temperature sensors, which are respectively used for measuring the upper shed dry bulb temperature, the upper shed wet bulb temperature, the lower shed dry bulb temperature and the lower shed wet bulb temperature, and 5569-6P plugs are adopted and the pin sequence is specified. The wet-dry bulb temperature sensor comprises 4 temperature sensors, a kettle, a water absorption cotton sliver, a sensor fixing frame and the like. The temperature sensor is cylindrical, the absorbent cotton sliver is cylindrical, one end of the absorbent cotton sliver is placed in the kettle, the wet state of the cotton sliver is kept, the wet bulb temperature sensor is inserted into the other end of the absorbent cotton sliver, so that the surface of the wet bulb temperature sensor is also in the wet state, and the measured temperature is the wet bulb temperature. Because improper use or maintenance can cause wet bulb measurement errors, the tobacco leaf baking quality is reduced. Before baking each time, whether the absorbent cotton sliver is tightly attached to the sensor or not needs to be checked, and if the absorbent cotton sliver is not tightly attached, a measurement temperature error is caused; on the other hand, the absorbent tampon may gradually age after being used several times, the water absorption performance may be deteriorated, the surface of the wet bulb sensor may not be sufficiently wetted, and a measurement error may be caused. But it is difficult to check whether the absorbent cotton sliver and the sensor are closely attached by completely depending on the manual work, and the sensor is easy to forget, and on the other hand, because the absorbent cotton sliver is high in aging speed, the replacement time is not unified, and the randomness is high, the situation of the wet bulb temperature measurement error caused by insufficient water absorption of the absorbent cotton sliver is caused to frequently occur. Therefore, there is a need for improved dry and wet bulb temperature sensors.

The invention aims to provide a bulk curing barn dry-wet bulb temperature sensor to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a bulk curing barn dry-wet bulb temperature sensor comprises a hollow absorbent cotton sliver, a guide pipe, an elastic strip, an elastic pressing point, a wet bulb temperature sensor and a solid absorbent cotton sliver, wherein the hollow absorbent cotton sliver is internally wrapped with the wet bulb temperature sensor, and the solid absorbent cotton sliver is filled in the hollow absorbent cotton sliver and the hollow part of the wet bulb temperature sensor;
the outer part of the hollow absorbent cotton sliver is provided with a guide pipe, the guide pipe is of a U-shaped hollow cylindrical structure and is used for fixing the trend of the absorbent cotton sliver, and one end of the guide pipe, which is close to the wet bulb temperature sensor, is provided with an elastic strip.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(3) an elastic strip and a balance weight are additionally arranged outside the cotton sliver at the position of the wet bulb temperature sensor, so that the cotton sliver and the sensor are tightly attached, and the wet bulb temperature measurement error is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a bulk curing barn dry-wet ball temperature sensor comprises a hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1, a guide tube 2, an elastic strip 3, an elastic compression point 4, a wet ball temperature sensor 5 and a solid absorbent cotton sliver 6, wherein the hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1 is cylindrical and has a hollow structure, the wet ball temperature sensor 5 is wrapped inside the hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1, the wet ball temperature sensor 5 is cylindrical, the solid absorbent cotton sliver 6 is stuffed inside the hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1 and the hollow part of the wet ball temperature sensor 5, the solid absorbent cotton sliver 6 and the hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1 are fixed by sewing, the wet ball temperature sensor 5 is inserted into the hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1, the installation is convenient, but the hollow absorbent cotton sliver 1 is cylindrical, the cross section area is small, the water absorption is poor, the cylindrical structure is easy to cause internal dust accumulation and accelerate aging, and in order to keep the characteristics of the cylindrical structure for installing the sensor conveniently, meanwhile, the water absorption of the cotton sliver is improved, a composite cotton sliver structure is adopted, the part which is not occupied by the wet bulb temperature sensor 5 in the cylindrical shape of the hollow water absorption cotton sliver 1 is inserted into the solid water absorption cotton sliver 6, the water absorption characteristic of the composite water absorption cotton sliver is reduced slowly, the ageing of the cotton sliver is delayed, the frequency requirement of replacing the cotton sliver is reduced, and the maintenance labor cost is reduced.
