the first clamping block (8-5), the first clamping block (8-5) is arranged on the outer side of the limiting frame (7), the adjacent adjusting threaded pipes (8-4) are screwed in the first clamping block (8-5) through bearings, one side of the first clamping block (8-5) is in contact with the outer annular wall of the connecting pipe (1), and one side, far away from the connecting pipe (1), of the first clamping block (8-5) is in contact with the inner annular wall of the clamping frame (8-1);
