Description

Lock catch and unlocking device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of theft prevention, in particular to a lock catch and an unlocking device.
Background
With the rapid development of society and economy, some supermarkets, markets and clothing special stores can add magnetic buckles to the clothing of selling, and magnetic buckles can trigger the alarm device who installs at the access & exit to play the theftproof effect.
The existing anti-theft magnetic buckle consists of a lock nail 5, a plastic shell 9 and a lock sleeve, wherein the lock sleeve is a simple device formed by an iron bead, an iron ring and a spring, and the iron bead is normally in a closed state under the thrust of the spring. During locking, as shown in fig. 1, the locking nail 5 is inserted into the lock sleeve 8, the head of the locking nail 5 pushes the iron bead 6 positioned at the end part close to the locking nail channel, extends into the iron ring 11 and the spring 10, and presses the spring 10 through the iron ring 11 until the iron bead 6 sinks into the limiting ring 7 at the middle part of the locking nail main body. At this time, the iron ring 11 presses the iron ball tightly into the stop collar 7 under the pressure of the spring 10, so that the magnetic lock catch cannot be opened easily due to the limit relationship between the iron ball 6 and the stop collar 7. When the lock needs to be unlocked, as shown in fig. 2, only one magnet needs to be placed above the lock sleeve, under the attraction of the magnet, the iron ring 11 moves upwards together with the iron bead 6 after resisting the action of the spring elasticity, and the iron bead 6 is separated from the limiting ring 7, so that the lock nail 5 can be withdrawn from the lock nail channel, and the purpose of unlocking is achieved. However, the iron beads in the existing magnetic buckles are easy to be stuck, so that unlocking failure is caused.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1:
the latch provided by the embodiment includes, as shown in fig. 3, a latch body 2 and a pin 1 that is fittingly inserted into the latch body. When the lock catch is used, an article is clamped between the lock catch body 2 and the contact pin 1, and the contact pin 1 is inserted into the lock catch body 2, so that the lock catch is fixed on the article.
The lock catch body 2 comprises a lock catch shell 201, a first spring 202, an unlocking slide block 203 and a plurality of locking balls 206, the first spring 202, the unlocking slide block 203 and the locking balls 206 are sequentially arranged in the lock catch shell 201, a limiting groove 101 is formed in the pin 1, the pin 1 vertically penetrates through the locking balls 206 and is inserted into the unlocking slide block 203 and the first spring 202, and the locking balls 206 are respectively limited in the corresponding limiting grooves 101, so that the pin 1 is locked in the lock catch body 2.
The locking ball 206 is connected to the unlocking slider 203 by an elastic mechanism that can drive the locking ball 206 to move radially outward to disengage from the stopper groove 101 when the unlocking slider 203 compresses the first spring 202. As shown in fig. 3, when the latch of this embodiment is unlocked, the unlocking slider 203 compresses the first spring 202 upwards under the attraction of the magnet, the unlocking slider 203 pulls the locking ball 206 upwards, so that the locking ball 206 obtains a space moving radially outwards, the unlocking slider 203 pulls the locking ball 206 vertically to slip out of the limiting groove 101, and under the action of the elastic structure, the locking ball 206 can move radially outwards, so as to separate from the limiting groove 101, so that the pin 1 can be pulled out of the latch body 2, and the latch can be unlocked smoothly.
Preferably, the inner end surface of the lock casing 201 close to one end of the locking ball 206 is trapezoidal, and the first spring 202 presses the locking ball 206 through the unlocking slider 203 and abuts the locking ball 206 against the trapezoidal inner end surface of the lock casing. The inside of the lock casing is provided with a cavity for accommodating the first spring 202, the unlocking slider 203 and the locking ball 206, and the cavity is arranged in a trapezoid shape close to the inner side surface of the locking ball. The first spring 202 presses the locking ball 206 to the end face of the locking housing, and the trapezoidal inclined surface of the end face presses the locking ball 206 to the central axis direction of the pin 1, so that the locking ball 206 is limited.
Preferably, the elastic mechanism comprises a second spring 204 and a rocker arm 205, an inner cavity is arranged in the unlocking slide block 203, the second spring 204 is transversely arranged in the inner cavity, one end of the second spring 204 is connected with the side wall of the inner cavity, the other end of the second spring is connected with one end of the rocker arm 205, and the other end of the rocker arm 205 extends to the outer side of the unlocking slide block 203 and is connected with the locking ball 206. The second spring 204 pushes the upper end of the rocker arm 205 radially inward, and the lower end of the rocker arm 205 tends to rotate radially outward. When the lock is locked, the locking ball 206 can push the locking ball 206 to move radially inward under the action of the trapezoidal slope at the end part to be limited in the limiting groove 101, and when the lock is unlocked, the locking ball 206 moves radially outward under the pulling action of the unlocking slide block 203 and the pushing action of the second spring 204 to be separated from the limiting groove 101.
When the pin 1 is inserted into the latch body 2, the first spring 202 and the second spring 204 are both in a compressed state, and the elastic force of the first spring 202 is greater than that of the second spring 204. The elastic force of the first spring 202 presses the locking ball 206 against the trapezoidal end face and presses the locking ball 206 radially inward under the pressing of the trapezoidal end face; the elastic force of the second spring can push the rocker arm 205 to drive the locking ball 206 to move towards the radial outer side, and during locking, because the elastic force of the first spring 202 is greater than the elastic force of the second spring 204, the acting force of the locking ball 206 driving towards the radial inner side is greater than the acting force driving towards the radial outer side, so that the locking ball 206 can be clamped in the limiting groove 101. When unlocking, the unlocking slide block 203 pulls the locking ball 206 to move upwards, the locking ball 206 is not extruded by the trapezoidal inclined surface and loses the acting force driven towards the radial inner side, and the elastic force of the second spring 204 pushes the rocker arm 205 to drive the locking ball 206 to move towards the radial outer side, so that the locking ball is separated from the limiting groove 101, and unlocking is realized.
