Abstract
The invention discloses a control device for a skid-mounted gas station, which comprises a communication adapter plate and a control box, wherein the communication adapter plate is connected with the control box; the communication adapter plate is used for transmitting the oiling data of the oiling machine to the control box; the control box responds to the effective refueling data and generates a payment request, and generates a refueling instruction when the payment request response is recognized; the effective refueling data is refueling data authorized by a background system of the skid-mounted refueling station; and the communication adapter plate responds to the oiling instruction and controls the oiling machine to finish the oiling operation. The invention aims to provide a control device for a skid-mounted gas station, which can complete the work of nearly 10 lines by only 2 connecting lines, and greatly reduces the risk of hardware problems caused by a plurality of connecting lines.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skid-mounted gas stations, in particular to a control device for a skid-mounted gas station.
Background
A control device for a skid-mounted gas station in the prior art is shown in figure 1, the control device is mainly formed by connecting various functional modules, for example, a communication switching module in figure 1, a 2.0 communication mainboard, a keyboard, an IOT (input output) module, an RFID (radio frequency identification) card reading module, a code scanning module, an LCD (liquid crystal display) module and a power supply module, each module is an independent small piece, the hardware structure of the whole device is excessively dispersed, in the installation process, a plurality of fixing pieces and connecting wires are needed to be used for building the whole control device, and the risk of hardware problems can be greatly increased under the condition that a plurality of connecting wires are arranged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a control device for a skid-mounted gas station, which can complete the work of nearly 10 lines by only 2 connecting lines, and greatly reduces the risk of hardware problems caused by a plurality of connecting lines.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a skid-mounted control device for a gas station comprises a communication adapter plate and a control box;
the communication adapter plate is used for transmitting the oiling data of the oiling machine to the control box;
the control box responds to the effective refueling data and generates a payment request, and generates a refueling instruction when the payment request response is recognized;
the effective refueling data is refueling data authorized by a background system of the skid-mounted refueling station;
and the communication adapter plate responds to the oiling instruction and controls the oiling machine to finish the oiling operation.

Compared with the control device in the prior art, the control device in the application can complete the work of nearly 10 lines by only 2 connecting lines, so that the risk of hardware problems caused by a plurality of connecting lines is greatly reduced; in addition, in the installation, since the components of the existing control device are very dispersed, specific installation equipment, such as a card reader, needs to be processed for different modules in the installation process, and the card reader needs to be fixed by specially customizing a card shell, so that when the existing control device is installed for a client, a plurality of installation equipment needs to be prepared, and the actual installation environment is complicated and variable, so that the hardware system is not beneficial to installation. In the application, because only two assemblies are arranged, a plurality of mounting tools do not need to be carried in the mounting process, and meanwhile, because the assemblies are few, the wiring problem among the modules does not need to be considered, and the mounting workload is greatly reduced.
Preferably, the communication patch panel comprises a first communication module and a second communication module;
the first communication module is used for realizing data communication between the communication adapter plate and the oiling machine;
and the second communication module is used for realizing the data communication between the communication adapter plate and the control box.
Preferably, the first communication module comprises current loop communication, RS232 communication, RS485 communication and TTL communication.
Preferably, the second communication module is a CAN communication.
Preferably, the control box comprises a third communication module, a fourth communication module and a payment module;
the third communication module is used for realizing data communication between the control box and the communication adapter plate;
the fourth communication module is used for realizing the data communication between the control box and the background system;
the payment module is used for generating a payment request and identifying a payment request response.
Preferably, the third communication module is a CAN communication.
Preferably, the fourth communication module is for 4G or 5G communication.
Preferably, the payment module comprises a card payment and/or a two-dimensional code payment.
Preferably, a power module is further disposed in the communication patch panel and is used for supplying power to the communication patch panel and the control box.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the control device in the application can complete the work of nearly 10 lines by only 2 connecting lines, so that the risk of hardware problems caused by a plurality of connecting lines is greatly reduced;
2. the control device only has two mounting assemblies, so that a plurality of mounting tools do not need to be carried when the control device is mounted;
3. because the installation components are few, the wiring problem among all the installation components does not need to be considered, and the installation workload is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
Examples
A skid-mounted gas station control device is shown in figure 2 and comprises a communication adapter plate 1 and a control box 2;
the communication adapter plate 1 is used for transmitting the oiling data of the oiling machine to the control box 2;
the control box 2 responds to the effective refueling data and generates a payment request, and generates a refueling instruction when the payment request response is recognized;
the effective refueling data is the refueling data authorized by a background system of the skid-mounted gas station;
and the communication adapter plate 1 responds to the oiling instruction and controls the oiling machine to finish the oiling operation.

Based on this, in the application, a control device for a skid-mounted gas station is provided, the whole control device mainly comprises two components, namely a communication adapter plate 1 and a control box 2, and compared with the control device in the prior art, the control device in the application can complete the work of nearly 10 lines by only needing 2 connecting lines, so that the risk of hardware problems caused by a plurality of connecting lines is greatly reduced; in addition, in the installation, since the components of the existing control device are very dispersed, specific installation equipment, such as a card reader, needs to be processed for different modules in the installation process, and the card reader needs to be fixed by specially customizing a card shell, so that when the existing control device is installed for a client, a plurality of installation equipment needs to be prepared, and the actual installation environment is complicated and variable, so that the hardware system is not beneficial to installation. The communication patch panel 1 comprises a first communication module 101 and a second communication module 102;
the first communication module 101 is used for realizing data communication between the communication adapter plate 1 and the fuel dispenser, namely: the device is used for receiving the oiling data of the oiling machine by the communication adapter plate 1 and sending the oiling authorization (oiling instruction) of the oiling machine to the oiling machine by the communication adapter plate 1; in the present embodiment, in order to enable the communication adapter board 1 to perform protocol interaction (data interaction) with each type of fuel dispenser, the first communication module 101 includes a plurality of communication interfaces, which in this embodiment include current loop communication, RS232 communication, RS485 communication, and TTL communication;
the second communication module 102 is configured for CAN communication, and is configured to implement data communication between the communication adapter board 1 and the control box 2, specifically: the oiling data of the oiling machine is analyzed and then transmitted to the control box 2 through the CAN communication interface, and the control box 2 sends oiling authorization (oiling instruction) to the communication adapter plate 1 in a CAN communication mode.
The control box 2 in this embodiment includes a third communication module 201, a fourth communication module 202, and a payment module 203;
the third communication module 201 is configured for CAN communication and is used for realizing data communication between the control box 2 and the communication patch panel 1; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the oiling data of the oiling machine transmitted by the control box 2 through the CAN communication interface is received, and the control box 2 sends oiling authorization (oiling instruction) to the communication adapter plate 1 in a CAN communication mode;
the fourth communication module 202 is configured to perform 4G communication or 5G communication, and is configured to implement data communication between the control box 2 and the background system; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the control box 2 transmits a refueling request (refueling data) to a background management system of the skid-mounted refueling station in a 4G communication or 5G communication mode, the background management system generates a refueling authorization according to the refueling request, and the refueling authorization is transmitted to the control box 2 in the 4G communication or 5G communication mode.
The payment module 203 is used for generating a payment request and identifying a payment request response, in order to adapt to different payment crowds, the payment module 203 in the embodiment comprises a card swiping payment unit and a two-dimensional code payment unit, and the card swiping payment unit identifies an oil filling card through an RFID identification circuit to complete the payment request; the two-dimensional code payment unit identifies the payment two-dimensional code through the code scanning circuit to complete the payment request.
Further, the communication patch panel 1 in this embodiment is further provided with a power module 103, which is used for providing power to the communication patch panel 1 and the control box 2, so as to ensure normal operation of the communication patch panel 1 and the control box 2.

the first communication module (101) is used for realizing data communication between the communication adapter plate (1) and the fuel dispenser;
the second communication module (102) is used for realizing data communication between the communication patch panel (1) and the control box (2).
3. The control device for a skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first communication module (101) comprises current loop communication, RS232 communication, RS485 communication and TTL communication.
4. The control device for a skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in claim 2, wherein said second communication module (102) is a CAN communication.
5. A control device for a skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said control box (2) comprises a third communication module (201), a fourth communication module (202) and a payment module (203);
the third communication module (201) is used for realizing data communication between the control box (2) and the communication patch panel (1);
the fourth communication module (202) is used for realizing data communication between the control box (2) and the background system;
the payment module (203) is configured to generate a payment request and identify the payment request response.
6. The control device for a skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in claim 5, wherein said third communication module (201) is a CAN communication.
7. The control device for the skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fourth communication module (202) is 4G or 5G communication.
8. The control device for a skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in claim 5, wherein the payment module (203) comprises a card payment unit and/or a two-dimensional code payment unit.
9. The control device for the skid-mounted gasoline station as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a power module (103) is further arranged in the communication adapter plate (1) and used for supplying power to the communication adapter plate (1) and the control box (2).
