Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In the related art, ship transportation is an important mode of modern logistics transportation, and is generally applicable to different coastal cities or countries, and due to the fact that the ship is long in sea transportation distance and low in running speed, materials to be transported (such as seafood and the like) on the ship are easily affected by long transportation period and severe climate.
At present, in order to reduce the influence of severe weather on materials to be transported on ships for a long time, the materials to be transported are mostly stored in a cargo transportation box. On the first hand, the existing cargo transport box has no heat preservation and insulation effect, and the materials to be transported are easy to be rotten after a long time; in a second aspect, the conventional cargo transport box comprises a bottom plate, a top plate, side plates, cross beams and longitudinal beams, wherein the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the cross beams, the top plate is fixedly connected with the cross beams, the side plates are fixedly connected with the cross beams, and the side plates are fixedly connected with the longitudinal beams in a screwing or riveting manner, so that the overall assembly speed of the cargo transport box is low; the third aspect, the curb plate of current cargo transport case includes the range upon range of panel structure that sets up of multilayer, and connects through bonding member such as glue between two adjacent panel structures, and the time is of a specified duration, and the glue of the corner position department of curb plate is dampened easily and is come off to influence the structural stability of curb plate.
In order to solve the technical problem, the first aspect of the application provides a cargo transport case 10, and cargo transport case 10 has good thermal-insulated effect that keeps warm and can treat that the transported substance plays good guard action, and cargo transport case 10's equipment is fast, and cargo transport case 10's curb plate body 1303's structural stability is good.
As shown in fig. 1, the cargo-carrying box 10 is placed on the hull 30 for storing the material to be carried.
The cargo transport box 10 comprises a bottom plate 11, a top plate 12, side plates 13, a connecting assembly 40, a cross beam 14 and longitudinal beams 15, wherein the top plate 12 is arranged opposite to the bottom plate 11, the side plates 13 are arranged on the peripheries of the bottom plate 11 and the top plate 12, each side plate 13 comprises a clamping piece 130 and a side plate body 1303 with a heat insulation effect, a slot 1304 is arranged at the corner position of each side plate body 1303, the side plate body 1303 is further provided with a first positioning hole 1305 communicated with the slot 1304 along the thickness direction of the side plate body 1303, the side plate body 1303 is further provided with a first groove 1306 communicated with the first positioning hole 1305 along the thickness direction perpendicular to the side plate body 1303, the clamping piece 130 is arranged in the first groove 1306 and can move relative to the first groove 1306, the connecting assembly 40 is arranged at the corner position of the side plate body 1303 corresponding to the slot 1304, the connecting assembly 40 comprises a first plug-in piece 401 and a second plug-in 402, the first plug-in fit with the slot 1304, along the thickness direction of curb plate body 1303, first plug-in components 401 is provided with the second locating hole 4011 with first locating hole 1305 intercommunication, along the thickness direction of perpendicular to curb plate body 1303, second plug-in components 402 is provided with the second recess 4021 with first recess 1306 intercommunication, second plug-in components 402 are inserted and are located first locating hole 1305 to make joint spare 130 with the cooperation of second recess 4021 joint, crossbeam 14 connects bottom plate 11 and curb plate body 1303, and connects roof 12 and curb plate body 1303, longeron 15 connects crossbeam 14, and connect two adjacent curb plate bodies 1303, wherein, curb plate body 1303 passes through the block mode with crossbeam 14, curb plate body 1303 and at least one of longeron 15 are connected.
According to the cargo transport box 10 disclosed by the embodiment of the application, through the design of the bottom plate 11, the top plate 12, the side plates 13, the cross beams 14 and the longitudinal beams 15, the bottom plate 11, the top plate 12, the side plates 13, the cross beams 14 and the longitudinal beams 15 are enclosed to form a cavity with an accommodating space, and the side plate body 1303 has a heat preservation effect, so that the side plate body 1303 has certain heat insulation and cold insulation functions, and the influence of outside severe weather (such as too high or too low outside temperature) on the materials to be transported accommodated in the cargo transport box 10 is reduced; by designing the connecting component 40 at the corner position of the side plate body 1303, the first plug-in component 401 is in plug fit with the slot 1304 of the side plate body 1303, and after the second plug-in component 402 is sequentially inserted into the first positioning hole 1305 and the second positioning hole 4011, the clamping component 130 is in clamping fit with the second groove 4021, so that the corner positions of the side plate body 1303 are reinforced and fixed by the first plug-in component 401 and the second plug-in component 402, and the side plate body 1303 has good structural stability; by designing at least one of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14 and the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15 to be connected in a clamping manner, compared with the case that the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14 and the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15 are all connected in a riveting manner, the assembling speed between the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14 and/or between the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15 is greatly increased; in addition, the connection in the clamping manner facilitates the assembly personnel to determine the relative positions between the cross beam 14 and the side plate body 1303 and between the longitudinal beam 15 and the side plate body 1303, so that the assembly convenience is improved, and the assembly speed of the cargo transport box 10 is further improved.
The detailed structure of the cargo transport box 10 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 14.
As shown in fig. 2, the cargo transport box 10 includes a bottom plate 11, a top plate 12, side plates 13, cross members 14, and longitudinal members 15.
The bottom plate 11 is used as a part for bearing materials to be transported in the cargo transport box 10, and the bottom plate 11 should be made of a material with good rigidity strength, for example, the bottom plate 11 may be a corrugated section, so as to place the materials to be transported, the bottom plate 11 may further include a bamboo plywood, the bamboo plywood is arranged on the corrugated section, and is connected with the corrugated section through rivets.
The top plate 12 is used as a part of the cargo transportation box 10 for covering the material to be transported, and the top plate 12 should be made of a material having good rigidity and corrosion resistance and rust resistance, for example, the top plate 12 may be made of an aluminum material.
The top plate 12 is disposed opposite to the bottom plate 11, i.e., the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 11 are parallel to each other.
As a component having a cold insulation or heat insulation effect in the cargo transport box 10, the side plates 13 are provided at the peripheries of the bottom plate 11 and the top plate 12, that is, the side plates 13 are arranged around the peripheral sides of the bottom plate 11 and the top plate 12. The side plate 13 includes a clamping member 130 and a side plate body 1303 having a heat insulation effect, for example, the side plate body 1303 includes a first plate 1307, a heat insulation plate 1308 and a second plate 1309 stacked in sequence, where the material of the heat insulation plate 1308 may be a hard polyurethane foam. The first plate 1307 is connected with the insulation board 1308, and the second plate 1309 is connected with the insulation board 1308 through glue. The design of heated board 1308 makes curb plate body 1303 have good heat preservation effect, and first panel 1307 and second panel 1309's design except that can structurally strengthen curb plate body 1303's structural strength, first panel 1307 and second panel 1309 can also play good guard action to heated board 1308.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the corner of the side plate body 1303 is provided with a slot 1304, the side plate body 1303 is further provided with a first positioning hole 1305 communicated with the slot 1304 along the thickness direction of the side plate body 1303, the side plate body 1303 is further provided with a first groove 1306 communicated with the first positioning hole 1305 along the thickness direction perpendicular to the side plate body 1303, and the fastening member 130 is disposed in the first groove 1306 and can move relative to the first groove 1306. The corner positions of the side plate body 1303 are four right-angle positions of the side plate body 1303. Specifically, the clamping member 130 comprises a clamping block 1301 and a spring 1302, the clamping block 1301 has a guide surface 13011, the spring 1302 is located in the first groove 1306, one end of the spring 1302 is fixedly connected with the clamping block 1301, and the other end of the spring 1302 is fixedly connected with the groove bottom wall of the first groove 1306.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the connecting assembly 40 is used as a component for reinforcing and fixing corner positions of the side plate body 1303 in the cargo transport box 10, the connecting assembly 40 includes a first insert 401 and a second insert 402, the first insert 401 is in inserted fit with the slot 1304, along a thickness direction of the side plate body 1303, the first insert 401 is provided with a second positioning hole 4011 communicated with the first positioning hole 1305, along a thickness direction perpendicular to the side plate body 1303, the second insert 402 is provided with a second groove 4021 communicated with the first groove 1306, and the second insert 402 is inserted into the first positioning hole 1305, so that the clip 130 is in clip fit with the second groove 4021. Specifically, the first plug-in 401 is a block-shaped structure, and the cross section of the first plug-in 401 is of an E-shaped structure in a plane where the thickness direction of the side plate body 1303 is located; the second insert 402 has a rod-like structure, and a cross section of the second insert 402 is circular in a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction of the side plate body 1303.
It should be noted that in the connection assembly 40, in the assembly process, after the first card 401 is inserted into and engaged with the slot 1304, the second card 402 sequentially passes through the first positioning hole 1305 and the second positioning hole 4011, at this time, the outer wall surface of the second card 402 abuts against the clamping block 1301 via the guide surface 13011, the clamping block 1301 presses the spring 1302 and moves into the first groove 1306 in the direction close to the bottom wall of the first groove 1306, after the second card 402 is completely inserted into the first positioning hole 1305 and the second positioning hole 4011, the second card 402 is rotated so that the notch of the second groove 4021 on the second card 402 is aligned with the notch of the first groove 1306, and the clamping block 1301 moves away from the bottom wall of the first groove 1306 to be clamped and engaged with the second groove 4021 under the elastic force of the spring 1302, so that the relative fixing of the positions of the first card 401 and the second card 402 is achieved.
The cross beam 14 is used as a part for connecting the bottom plate 11 and the side plate body 1303 and connecting the top plate 12 and the side plate body 1303 in the cargo transport box 10, the cross beam 14 should be made of a material with good rigidity strength, the specific material of the cross beam 14 is not limited, and designers can reasonably select the cross beam as required on the premise of saving cost as much as possible. The specific connection between the beam 14 and the bottom plate 11 and the specific connection between the beam 14 and the top plate 12 can be many, for example, the beam 14 can be connected with the top plate 12 or the bottom plate 11 by welding or riveting.
The longitudinal beams 15 are used as components for connecting the cross beams 14, connecting the two adjacent side plate bodies 1303 and providing support in the cargo transport box 10, the longitudinal beams 15 should be made of materials with good rigidity and strength, the specific materials of the cross beams 14 are not limited, and designers can reasonably select the longitudinal beams as required on the premise of saving cost as much as possible. The connection between the longitudinal beam 15 and the cross beam 14 can be various, for example, the longitudinal beam 15 can be connected with the cross beam 14 by screwing or can be connected with the cross beam 14 by welding.
The side plate body 1303 is connected to at least one of the cross beam 14 and the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15 by a snap-fit manner, and the specific snap-fit manner between the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14 and between the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15 will be described below.
It can be understood that, the side plate body 1303 in the embodiment of the present application has a heat preservation function except for the plate body used for forming the cargo transport box 10, so when the user perceives that the temperature in the cargo transport box 10 is not different from the outside temperature, it indicates that the heat preservation function of the side plate body 1303 has failed at this moment, the side plate body 1303 needs to be replaced in time, so as to ensure that the material to be transported in the cargo transport box 10 is not easily affected by the outside temperature, and in order to facilitate the user to replace the side plate body 1303 in time, the embodiment of the present application correspondingly designs at least one of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 15 are connected in a snap-fit manner, and the quick detachable connection of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14 can be effectively realized.
It is understood that the connections between the side plates 13 and the cross members 14 and between the side plates 13 and the side members 15 in the related art are all fixed by rivets or by bolts, the cargo transport box has large integral volume, so that the connection operation between the side plates 13 and the cross beams 14 and between the side plates 13 and the longitudinal beams 15 is complicated, the assembly speed of the cargo transport box is slow, in order to improve the assembly speed of the cargo transport box 10, the cargo transport box 10 further includes a first clamping structure, the first clamping structure includes a first clamping block 16 and a first clamping groove 17, the first clamping block 16 is disposed on one of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, the first clamping groove 17 is disposed on the other of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, and a first outer wall surface 161 of the first clamping block 16 abuts against a first groove wall surface 172 of the first clamping groove 17 in a first direction so as to limit the side plate body 1303 from moving along the first direction relative to the cross beam 14; and/or the first latch 16 is disposed on one of the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, the first locking groove 17 is disposed on the other of the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, the first outer wall surface 161 of the first latch 16 abuts against the first groove wall surface 172 of the first locking groove 17 in the second direction, so as to limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 relative to the longitudinal beam 15 in the second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The first direction is the longitudinal direction of the cross beam 14, and the second direction is the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beam 15. In this design, joint cooperation through first fixture block 16 and first draw-in groove 17, realize curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14's joint cooperation, when making first fixture block 16 and first draw-in groove 17 joint cooperation, curb plate body 1303 can not move along the first direction relative to crossbeam 14, the stability of being connected of curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14 on the first direction has been increased, thereby make cargo transport case 10's structure more stable, and/or, through the joint cooperation of first fixture block 16 with first draw-in groove 17, realize curb plate body 1303 and longeron 15's joint cooperation, when making first fixture block 16 and first draw-in groove 17 joint cooperation, curb plate body 1303 can not move along the second direction relative to longeron 15, curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14 on the second direction connection stability has been increased, thereby make cargo transport case 10's structure more stable.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, in particular, the first latch 16 is disposed on a surface of the cross beam 14 (the longitudinal beam 15) facing the side plate body 1303, the first latch slot 17 is disposed on a surface of the side plate body 1303 facing the cross beam 14 (the longitudinal beam 15), and the first latch slot 17 extends to a bottom of the side plate body 1303 to form the first notch 171. The cross section of the first latch 16 in the plane of the first direction (the second direction) is circular, the cross section of the first slot 17 in the plane of the first direction (the second direction) is rectangular, the first latch 16 is embedded in the first slot 17 through the first notch 171 of the first slot 17, and in the first direction (the second direction), the first outer wall 161 of the first latch 16 (i.e., the peripheral side wall of the first latch 16) abuts against the two first slot walls 172 arranged opposite to the first slot 17, so as to limit the movement of the side plate 1303 body relative to the cross beam 14 in the first direction, and/or limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 relative to the longitudinal beam 15 in the second direction. Of course, the first engaging groove 17 further includes another groove wall surface connecting the two oppositely disposed first groove wall surfaces 172, the another groove wall surface is disposed corresponding to the first notch 171 of the first engaging groove 17, and the another groove wall surface may abut against or be spaced apart from the first outer wall surface 161 of the first latch 16.
Considering that the side plate body 1303 has the possibility of moving along the width direction of the cross beam 14 relative to the cross beam 14 and the side plate body 1303 has the possibility of moving along the width direction of the cross beam 15 relative to the longitudinal beam 15 during the transportation of the cargo transport box 10, in order to further improve the connection stability between the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14 and between the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, the cargo transport box 10 is further designed to further include a second clamping structure, the second clamping structure includes a second clamping block 18 and a second clamping groove 19, the second clamping block 18 is disposed on one of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, the second clamping groove 19 is disposed on the other of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, and a second outer wall surface 181 of the second clamping block 18 abuts against a second groove wall surface 192 of the second clamping groove 19 in a third direction so as to limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 relative to the cross beam 14 along the third direction and/or, the second latch 18 is disposed on one of the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, the second slot 19 is disposed on the other of the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, the second outer wall surface 181 of the second latch 18 abuts against the second slot wall surface 192 of the second slot 19 in the fourth direction, so as to limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 relative to the longitudinal beam 15 in the fourth direction, and the third direction is perpendicular to the fourth direction. The third direction is the width direction of the cross member 14, and the fourth direction is the width direction of the side member 15. In this design, joint cooperation through second fixture block 18 and second draw-in groove 19, realize curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14's joint cooperation, when making second fixture block 18 and the cooperation of the 19 joint of second draw-in groove, curb plate body 1303 can not move along the third direction relative to crossbeam 14, curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14 connection stability in the third direction have been increased, thereby make cargo transport case 10's structure more stable, and/or, through the joint cooperation of second fixture block 18 with second draw-in groove 19, realize curb plate body 1303 and longeron 15's joint cooperation, when making second fixture block 18 and the cooperation of the 19 joint of second draw-in groove, curb plate body 1303 can not move along the fourth direction relative to longeron 15, curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14 connection stability in the fourth direction have been increased, thereby make cargo transport case 10's structure more stable.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the second latch 18 is disposed on the surface of the cross beam 14 (the longitudinal beam 15) facing the side plate body 1303, the second latch groove 19 is disposed on the surface of the side plate body 1303 facing the cross beam 14 (the longitudinal beam 15), and the bottom surface of the side plate body 1303 extends inward to form the second latch groove 19 with the one-side second notch 191. The cross section of the second latch 18 in the plane of the third direction (the fourth direction) is "cross", the cross section of the second slot 19 in the plane of the third direction (the fourth direction) is rectangular, the second latch 18 is embedded in the second slot 19 through the second notch 191 of the second slot 19, and the second outer wall 181 of the second latch 18 (i.e., the short side wall of the second latch 18) in the third direction (the fourth direction) abuts against the two second slot walls 192 opposite to the second slot 19, so as to limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 in the third direction relative to the cross beam 14 and/or limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 in the fourth direction relative to the longitudinal beam 15. Of course, the second card slot 19 further includes another slot wall surface connecting the two oppositely disposed second slot wall surfaces 192, the another slot wall surface is disposed corresponding to the second notch 191 of the second card slot 19, and the another slot wall surface and another outer wall surface of the second card slot 18 (i.e. the long side wall surface of the second card slot 18) may abut against or may be spaced apart from each other.
In the cargo transport box 10, during transportation, the side plate body 1303 has a possibility of moving in the height direction of the cross beam 14 relative to the cross beam 14, the side plate body 1303 has a possibility of moving in the height direction of the cross beam 15 relative to the longitudinal beam 15, and in order to further improve the connection stability between the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, and the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, the cargo transport box 10 is further designed to further include a third clamping structure, the third clamping structure includes a third clamping block 20 and a third clamping groove 21, the third clamping block 20 is disposed on one of the side plate body 1303 and the cross beam 14, the third outer wall surface 201 of the third clamping block 20 abuts against the third groove wall surface 211 of the third clamping groove 21 in the fifth direction to limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 in the fifth direction relative to the cross beam 14, and/or the third clamping block 20 is disposed on one of the side plate body longitudinal beam 1303 and the cross beam 15, the third engaging groove 21 is provided on the other of the side plate body 1303 and the longitudinal beam 15, and the third outer wall surface 201 of the third engaging block 20 abuts against the third groove wall surface 211 of the third engaging groove 21 in the sixth direction, so as to restrict the side plate body 1303 from moving in the sixth direction with respect to the longitudinal beam 15, and the fifth direction is perpendicular to the sixth direction. The fifth direction is the height direction of the cross beam 14, and the sixth direction is the height direction of the longitudinal beam 15. In this design, joint cooperation through third fixture block 20 and third draw-in groove 21, realize curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14's joint cooperation, when making third fixture block 20 and third draw-in groove 21 joint cooperation, curb plate body 1303 can not move along the fifth direction relative to crossbeam 14, curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14 on the fifth direction stability of being connected has been increased, thereby make cargo transport case 10's structure more stable, and/or, through the joint cooperation of third fixture block 20 and third draw-in groove 21, realize curb plate body 1303 and longeron 15's joint cooperation, when making third fixture block 20 and third draw-in groove 21 joint cooperation, curb plate body 1303 can not move along the sixth direction relative longeron 15, curb plate body 1303 and crossbeam 14 in the ascending stability of sixth direction have been increased, thereby make cargo transport case 10's structure more stable.
As shown in fig. 11, specifically, in some embodiments, the third locking groove 20 is provided on a surface of the cross beam 14 (the longitudinal beam 15) facing the side plate body 1303, and the third locking groove 21 is provided on a surface of the side plate body 1303 facing the cross beam 14 (the longitudinal beam 15). The section of the third block 20 in the plane of the fifth direction (the sixth direction) is triangular, the section of the third block 21 in the plane of the fifth direction (the sixth direction) is rectangular, the third block 20 is embedded in the third block 21 by the guiding action of the inclined surface, and in the fifth direction (the sixth direction), the third outer wall surface 201 of the third block 20 (i.e., the wall surface of the third block 20 facing the bottom of the side plate body 1303) is abutted against the third groove wall surface 211 of the third block 21 close to the bottom of the side plate body 1303, so as to limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 in the fifth direction relative to the cross beam 14 and/or limit the movement of the side plate body 1303 in the sixth direction relative to the longitudinal beam 15.
It should be noted that the first direction, the third direction and the fifth direction are perpendicular to each other, and the second direction, the fourth direction and the sixth direction are perpendicular to each other. It should be noted that the first outer wall surface 161 of the first latch 16 and the first slot wall surface 172 of the first slot 17, the second outer wall surface 181 of the second latch 18 and the second slot wall surface 192 of the second slot 19, and the third outer wall surface 201 of the third latch 20 and the third slot wall surface 211 of the third slot 21 may be in point contact, line contact, or surface contact.
