In the prior art, a technical scheme of paper box processing is also disclosed in a patent, for example, a chinese patent with application number CN201910790160.3 discloses a drying system for paper box production, which comprises a lower machine table, an input frame, a laminating processing box, a driving machine table, a gas pipe and an output frame, the periphery of the paper box can be clamped by a first patch and a second patch which encircle the periphery, the corner of the paper box can be dried through a through hole and a concave angle modulation, the whole surface of the paper box is dried through a box surface covering device distributed on the surface of the paper box main body, and the whole surface of the paper box is covered by a covering sheet, a diameter adjusting sheet and a mouth heater, but the system still has defects.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a process for forming a paper box and a paper box production line, so as to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, solve the problem that the existing paper box drying system cannot enable the whole paper box to be heated uniformly, so that the phenomenon that the paper box is reduced in the side edge position due to uneven heating of two sides and the paper box loses effectiveness is caused, the invention provides a paper box forming process and a paper box production line.

S2: after the paper board is made into a paper box, the paper box is conveyed to a drying unit, in the drying process, a second hydraulic cylinder is started, the second hydraulic cylinder drives a second drying plate, the second drying plate drives a baffle, an opening is opened, and the paper box is moved to the middle position of a drying box under the action of a conveying belt;
S3: suspending the operation of the conveyor belt, then operating a first hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic cylinder, moving a first drying plate and a second drying plate to the left end, the right end, the front end and the rear end of the paper box, wherein the first drying plate and the second drying plate are close to the paper box but are not in contact with the paper box, then under the action of a heating pipe, the temperature of the end surface of the drying plate close to the paper box can be gradually increased, and the drying plate with increased temperature can generate heat radiation to the paper box;

Preferably, the left and right inner side walls of the drying box are provided with hot air pipes, the hot air pipes are connected with the hot air blower, and the air outlets of the hot air pipes are rectangular and are opposite to the side edges of the paper boxes.
