The invention discloses a mounting device with a controllable gap between an electromagnet and an embedded iron of a touch screen structure and a mounting method thereof, wherein the touch screen structure comprises a touch panel, the electromagnet, the embedded iron and a supporting structure for supporting the touch panel, the electromagnet and the embedded iron, and the mounting device comprises: a mounting table for supporting a touch screen structure; the spacing piece can be inserted between the electromagnet and the embedded iron; the sensor is used for detecting the position of the spacing piece between the electromagnet and the embedded iron; a support for supporting the spacer and the sensor. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, can ensure that the assembly period of the product is stable and controllable, and the consistency of the gap between the electromagnet and the embedded iron is good.

Technical Field

Background
With the fact that more and more automobile control panels are changed from physical keys into touch modes, such as touch keys and touch screen structures, novel operation experience is brought to users. When a finger contacts the touch panel, the control circuit controls the electromagnet to be periodically switched on and off, the electromagnet further generates periodic magnetic force to attract the embedded iron, and the embedded iron drives the touch panel to vibrate to finally form vibration feedback.
And the gap between the embedded iron and the electromagnet in the linear vibration feedback system directly influences the magnetic force, and finally influences the tactile feeling of vibration feedback. Therefore, the gap between the electromagnet and the embedded iron must be controlled in the manufacturing process of the product. The current common method for controlling the gap between the electromagnet and the embedded iron is to measure the gap width after assembly and adjust the position of the electromagnet or the embedded iron according to the measurement result, and the specific operation steps are as follows: 1. an electromagnet or an embedded iron at one side is fixed; 2. pre-fixing the embedded iron or electromagnet on the other side; 3. measuring the gap between the electromagnet and the embedded iron; 4. if the clearance meets the requirement, the process is finished, and if the clearance does not meet the requirement, the clearance is adjusted until the requirement is met. However, the method has the defects of unstable product assembly period and poor product consistency.
