When a workpiece needs to be maintained, the fixing ring 111 with a matched size is sleeved on the surface of the workpiece to be maintained, the handle 16 abuts against the outer wall of the fixing ring 111, the first clamping ring 1121 and the second clamping ring 1122 are folded along the circumferential surface of the fixing ring 111, and the first clamping ring 1121 and the second clamping ring 1122 are connected through the connecting piece 1123 in a bolt mode to form the locking ring 112; when the workpiece does not need to be maintained, the connecting pieces 1123 are removed from the first and second connecting holes, the first and second snap rings 1121, 1122 are disassembled, the handle 16 and the take-up roller 13 are disassembled, and finally the fixing ring 111 is removed from the workpiece to be maintained.
The wrapping mechanism 1 further comprises a guide roller 15, the guide roller 15 is rotatably arranged on the upright post 14, and the guide roller 15 is preferably parallel to the discharging roller 12 in the vertical direction, so that the protective film is kept flat and free of creases. The protective film is respectively wound on the discharging roller 12, the guide roller 15 and the receiving roller 13, the protective film is wound on the discharging roller 12, the protective film is transmitted to the receiving roller 13 through the guide roller 15, and the guide roller 15 plays a role in guiding the protective film. The diameter of the guide roller 15 is smaller than that of the profile of the bottom of the upright post 14, so that the situation that the protective film is separated from the guide roller 15 to cause equipment failure is avoided.

The repair and maintenance device provided by the embodiment further comprises a spraying mechanism 2, as shown in fig. 5, the spraying mechanism 2 is disposed on the bearing plate 31 and is used for spraying the preservative to the protective film, and the bearing plate 31 provides a necessary installation space for the spraying mechanism 2. When the preservative is sprayed on the protective film wrapped on the workpiece to be maintained, the preservative is generally sprayed manually, so that the thickness of a sprayed layer is uneven and discontinuous, the spraying technical requirements on personnel are strict, the spraying time is long, and the maintenance efficiency is influenced.
In order to solve this problem, the spraying mechanism 2 includes a tank body 21, a spray pipe 23, and a heating base 24, the tank body 21 is disposed on a bearing plate 31 of the moving mechanism 3, the inside of the tank body 21 is used for accommodating the corrosion inhibitor, and the tank body 21 provides a necessary accommodating space for the corrosion inhibitor, and the corrosion inhibitor can enhance the corrosion resistance of the protective film. Spray tube 23 communicates in case body 21 and is used for the spraying antiseptic, utilizes spray tube 23 can carry out the spraying with the antiseptic in the case body 21, and the spraying is effectual. The heating seat 24 is arranged on the box body 21 and used for heating the preservative, so that the preservative is prevented from being solidified and blocked. Along with the movement of the bearing plate 31, the environment of the workpiece to be maintained of the spraying mechanism 2 is more flexible and has strong adaptability.
The tank body 21, the nozzle 23 and the heating base 24 will be described in detail below.
Tank body 21 is provided on the upper portion of carrier plate 31, and both ends of tank body 21 are flange-connected to communication pipes 26. The tank body 21 includes but is not limited to a cylinder, and may also be a sphere, a cuboid, a cube, etc., the tank body 21 preferably has a structure with the largest volume to ensure the largest antiseptic content in the tank body 21, and the installation position of the tank body 21 is the central area of the upper part of the bearing plate 31. In order to ensure that sufficient preservative can be provided during spraying, the box body 21 is provided with a filling port 22, the preservative can be continuously filled into the box body 21 through the filling port 22, and the filling port 22 provides an input port for filling the preservative into the box body 21, so that the preservative can be conveniently filled. The inlayer of case body 21 is the heat preservation design, reaches antiseptic constant temperature protection's effect, avoids antiseptic solidification caking in case body 21, leads to spray tube 23 to block up and unable spraying.
In order to conveniently add the preservative into the box body 21, the filling port 22 is arranged on one side of the top of the box body 21, so that the preservative is prevented from leaking and polluting the environment. The inlet of the filling port 22 is selectively plugged with a sealing plug, when preservative needs to be added from the filling port 22, the sealing plug is opened, and after the preservative is injected, the sealing plug is plugged at the inlet of the filling port 22, so that the sealing effect is achieved, and the preservative leakage condition of the box body 21 is avoided.
Preferably, the tank body 21 is made of a corrosion-resistant material, and the tank body 21 is more corrosion-resistant than the corrosion inhibitor, so as to prevent corrosion of the inner wall of the tank body 21.
Preferably, the filling port 22 is a check valve structure to prevent the antiseptic agent from splashing out when the tank body 21 moves following the moving mechanism 3.
Spray tube 23 communicates in case body 21 and is used for the spraying anticorrosive, and spray tube 23 and case body 21 are on same horizontal plane and be parallel to each other to anticorrosive backward flow and pollute case body 21, perhaps avoid anticorrosive velocity of flow too fast, influence the spraying effect. In order to realize the spraying function of the spray pipe 23, a plurality of dripping holes are formed in the spray pipe 23, and the plurality of dripping holes are uniformly formed in the bottom of the spray pipe 23 along the axial direction of the spray pipe 23. The preservative is sprayed out from the dripping hole, and a layer of preservative with uniform thickness is formed on the surface of the protective film, so that the effect of preventing the surface of the workpiece to be maintained from being corroded is achieved.
In order to avoid the antiseptic from solidifying and causing blockage, the spraying mechanism 2 further comprises a heating seat 24, the heating seat 24 is installed on the bearing plate 31 and connected with the box body 21, and two ends of the box body 21 are fixed through the connected heating seats 24 and used for heating the antiseptic contained in the box body 21. The inside embedding of heating seat 24 has the heater strip, realizes heating seat 24's heating function, guarantees that antiseptic can not solidify, and the preferred threaded connection of heating seat 24 is in case body 21, and the benefit is convenient dismantlement case body 21.
In order to transport the antiseptic agent in the tank body 21 to the spray pipe 23, the spraying mechanism 2 further includes a transit pipe 25 and a communication pipe 26, the communication pipe 26 is communicated with the tank body 21, the communication pipe 26 is an L-shaped bent pipe, one end of the transit pipe 25 is communicated with the communication pipe 26, the other end is communicated with the spray pipe 23, and the antiseptic agent contained in the tank body 21 is transported to the spray pipe 23. The transit pipe 25 can be for square, cuboid and cylinder etc. and the biggest structure of preferred volume of transit pipe 25 to play the anticorrosive in-process spraying and continuous and for the effect that the anticorrosive provides sufficient parking space of anticorrosive. The transfer pipe 25 is hollow inside to form a relatively non-contaminated space, so as to prevent the residual antiseptic in the spray pipe 23 from flowing back to the tank body 21.
The nozzle 23 can be adjusted according to the position of the workpiece to be maintained, and therefore, the spraying mechanism 2 further comprises a telescopic pipe 27, one end of the telescopic pipe 27 is communicated with the communicating pipe 26, and the other end is communicated with the transit pipe 25. The extension pipe 27 is preferably flange-connected to the intermediate transfer pipe 25, and the other end of the extension pipe 27 is provided with the communication pipe 26, so that the tank body 21, the communication pipe 26, the extension pipe 27, the intermediate transfer pipe 25 and the spray pipe 23 form a closed annular structure, which facilitates the transmission of the preservative contained in the tank body 21 to the spray pipe 23. The telescopic pipe 27 is a cylindrical stepped structure with different port diameters, and is convenient to extend and retract. The telescopic tube 27 is used for the first purpose of being retracted when the spraying is not performed, so that the space is saved; secondly, the extension tube 27 can be adjusted according to the position of the workpiece to be maintained, and is well adapted to the change of the repair and maintenance environment; thirdly, the spray pipe 23 is sent to a preset position by using the telescopic pipe 27, so that the phenomenon that the preservative is condensed with a protective film too early and further the spraying effect is influenced is effectively avoided.
Preferably, the telescopic tube 27 is adjustable in length in the axial direction with respect to the tank body 21, being able to adapt to the variations in the position of the nozzle 23.
