When the patient needs to turn over to perform operation on the back of the patient, firstly, air is injected into the semi-cantilever type guide cylinder 7 through the air inlet nozzle 8, the semi-cantilever type guide cylinder 7 and the concave type support air bag 11 are communicated through the arc-shaped air bag air inlet pipe 13, so that the air pressure inside the concave type support air bag 11 and the semi-cantilever type guide cylinder 7 is always kept balanced, the concave type support air bag 11 is gradually supported along with the rise of the air pressure, meanwhile, the pressure applied to the piston plate 17 at the bottom of the piston rod by the air is gradually increased, so that the self-pressure-equalizing balance spring 10 is compressed, and in the process, the elastic force applied to the piston plate 17 at the bottom of the piston rod by the self-pressure-equalizing balance spring 10 is equal to the pressure applied to the piston plate 17 at the bottom of the piston rod by the air; after the inflation is completed, the corner type telescopic prone support device 3 is fixed through the top surface fixing press plate 27 after being rotated and unfolded, then the bed frame lifting frame 26 is lifted through the bed frame lifting electric cylinder 28, so that the corner type telescopic prone support device 3 is adjusted to a proper height (the chin of the patient is attached to the chin supporting bandage 45, the forehead of the patient is attached to the head supporting bandage 44, the body of the patient is slightly contacted with the corner type telescopic prone support device 3), then the turnover locking pin 54 is retracted, then the turnover driving motor 49 rotates to drive the turnover bed frame 2 to turn over for half a circle, then the turnover locking pin 54 extends and slides to the bed turntable locking hole 38, so that the position of the turnover bed frame 2 is fixed, finally the sliding type split bed plate 32 is slid down, and air in the half cantilever type guiding cylinder 7 and the concave type supporting air bag 11 is discharged through the exhaust valve 14, so that the operation can be performed when the patient is in the prone posture, the whole working process of the invention is completed, and the steps are repeated when the patient is used next time.
