Abstract
The invention provides a snore stopping pillow which comprises a pillow body made of soft materials, wherein airtight air bags made of elastic rubber films are implanted into the pillow body, the number of the airtight air bags implanted into the left side and the right side of the pillow body is the same, and the positions of the airtight air bags are symmetrical; the pillow body is also internally provided with a semiconductor refrigeration sheet coupled with the control module; each closed air bag on the left side of the pillow body is respectively provided with a heat conductor, and each heat conductor is connected to the first working surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet in a heat conducting manner through a metal wire with a heat insulation jacket; a heat conductor is also arranged in each closed air bag on the right side of the pillow body, and each heat conductor is connected to the second working surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet in a heat conduction mode through a metal wire with a heat insulation jacket; the control module is also coupled with a sound pick-up, and the semiconductor refrigeration piece is powered on when the sound pick-up picks up snore, or the semiconductor refrigeration piece is powered off. Background
It is known that in a sleeping state, if the body of the snorer is stimulated, the snorer stops snoring and returns to a quiet sleeping state. For example, when the snorer is pushed or the head of the snorer is rotated, the snorer can adjust the body state to stop snoring. Preferably, the first working surface and the second working surface of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet are both covered with insulating layers, and the heat conducting ends of the metal conducting wires are pressed on the first working surface and the second working surface by the insulating layers; thereby, the heat and cold of the semiconductor refrigeration piece are transmitted to each closed air bag as much as possible.
Preferably, the metal wire is a copper wire.
Preferably, the pillow body is made of a rubber body or a sponge body, and the inner substance cannot flow freely.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows:
in the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the snore stopping pillow comprises a pillow body 1 made of soft material, wherein the pillow body 1 is internally implanted with closed air bags 2 made of elastic rubber films, and the closed air bags 2 are implanted in the left side and the right side of the pillow body 1 in the same number and are symmetrical in position; the pillow body 1 is also internally provided with a semiconductor refrigeration sheet 3 coupled with the control module. The control module can be composed of a 51-chip microcomputer circuit board with low cost, is small in size and is not shown in the drawing; the power supply of the control module and the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 3 can be a common dry battery or a rechargeable battery.
Each closed air bag 2 on the left side of the pillow body 1 is respectively provided with a heat conductor 4, and each heat conductor 4 is connected to the first working surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 3 in a heat conduction manner through a metal wire 41 with a heat insulation jacket; a heat conductor 4 is also arranged in each closed air bag 2 on the right side of the pillow body 1, and each heat conductor 4 is connected to the second working surface of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 3 through a metal wire 41 with a heat insulation jacket in a heat conduction mode; the control module is also coupled with a sound pick-up, when the sound pick-up picks up snore, the semiconductor refrigeration piece 3 is powered on, otherwise, the semiconductor refrigeration piece is powered off. For snore identification, the simplest mode is that audio current picked up by a sound pickup is analyzed in a single chip microcomputer of a control module, and if continuous low-frequency sound wave input exists, the snore is judged; or presetting a common snore waveform model in the singlechip, comparing the sound wave picked up by the sound pick-up with the snore waveform model in real time, and judging the snore if the coincidence degree of the waveform picked up by the sound pick-up and the preset model reaches a preset level.
In the first embodiment, the first working surface and the second working surface of the semiconductor chilling plate 3 are both covered with the insulating layer 31, and the heat conducting end of the metal conducting wire 41 is pressed on the first working surface and the second working surface by the insulating layer 31; the heat and cold of the semiconductor cooling fins 3 are thereby transferred to the respective sealed air cells 2 as much as possible.
In the snore stopping pillow, the metal lead 41 is a copper wire, and the heat-insulating shell on the surface of the metal lead can be directly formed by an insulating skin, namely a common copper lead is adopted. The pillow body 1 is composed of a rubber body or a sponge body, and the inner substance can not flow freely.
When the snore stopping pillow is used, if the sound pickup device picks up snore of a sleeper, the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 3 is electrified, the first working surface of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet is refrigerated, and the second working surface of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet is heated; after the cold and heat are respectively led into the closed air bags 2 at two sides in the pillow body by the metal leads 41, the closed air bag at one side is contracted when being cooled, and the closed air bag 2 at the other side is expanded when being heated, so that the height of the left side and the right side of the pillow body 1 is changed, an inclined pillow surface is formed, as shown in figure 2, and therefore the head of a snorer facing upward (usually, the snore is easiest when the snore is facing upward, and the snore phenomenon is obviously inhibited after the snore is laid on side) is naturally turned to the lower side of the pillow surface, and the snore state is stopped; the process is silent and natural, and basically cannot influence the sleep of snorers and other people.

for the second embodiment shown in fig. 3, the difference from the first embodiment is that: the closed air bags 2 at the left half part of the pillow body 1 are communicated through a communication pipeline 21, the heat conductor 4 is only arranged in the closed air bag at the outermost side of the left half part of the pillow body 1, and the cold energy generated by the heat conductor 4 can be transmitted to the closed air bags close to the middle part of the pillow body 1 from left to right in sequence; similarly, the closed air bags 2 on the right half of the pillow body 1 are communicated through a communication pipeline 21, the heat conductor 4 is only arranged in the closed air bag on the outermost side of the right half of the pillow body 1, and the heat generated by the heat conductor 4 can be sequentially transferred to the closed air bags close to the middle of the pillow body 1 only from right to left.

The temperature of the rest closed air bags is gradually increased from the left side to the right side of the pillow body, so that a very gentle inclined pillow surface can be formed, and a comfortable contact surface can be provided for a snorer when the pillow surface is inclined and deformed.
