According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 may be, for example, a router, such as a telecommunication network router. More particularly, it may be a 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G or 6G router.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the internet-side wireless network device 12 may be a router connected to the internet.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 and the internet-side wireless network apparatus 12 are not limited thereto, but may be any suitable wireless network apparatus as long as they are capable of wireless pairing communication.
Preferably, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 and the internet-side wireless network apparatus 12 are connected by WiFi communication.
In this case, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 may be configured as a telecommunication network router in a Station (STA) mode, for example, a 4G router.
It is understood that the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 may establish a communication connection with the plant device 2 through the network interface 21, for example, a network card, of the plant device 2.
In this way, a network can be conveniently constructed so that the relevant personnel, such as remote maintenance personnel, can access the plant equipment 2 via the internet. For example, such wireless networking does not require the deployment of network cables.
When a plurality of plant devices 2 are provided in a plant, the internet-side wireless network device 12 may be used for the plurality of plant devices 2, that is, one device-side wireless network device 11 may be provided for each plant device 2, and all the device-side wireless network devices 11 may be communicatively connected to the internet-side wireless network device 12. Alternatively, a plurality of internet-side wireless network devices 12 may be arranged such that each internet-side wireless network device 12 is in charge of one or more plant apparatuses 2. The present invention is not limited to this, and can flexibly perform networking according to the actual situation, for example, the location of the plant 2.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the wireless communication network 13 may be a telecommunications carrier station. Thus, for example, a 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G or 6G network is possible.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 may be a telecommunication network router. More particularly, it may be a 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G or 6G router. In this case, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 can exchange data with the telecommunications carrier station through telecommunications network signals.
In this case, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 may be configured as a telecommunication network router, for example, a 4G router, in a hotspot (AP) mode.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the telecommunication network router may be equipped with a SIM card, which may have a directional access preset, so that the plant device 2 can only communicate with a specific address, for example only with an address specified by a service provider of the plant device 2. This not only provides security of access, but also reduces possible unnecessary network traffic.
It is also understood by those skilled in the art that, when there are a plurality of plant apparatuses 2 in the plant, one apparatus-side wireless network device 11 may be provided for each plant apparatus 2, and details thereof are not described herein. Of course, it is also understood by those skilled in the art that if a plurality of plant apparatuses 2 in a plant itself already form a local area network, remote internet access to the plurality of plant apparatuses 2 can be realized by one apparatus-side wireless network device 11.
Furthermore, it will also be understood by those skilled in the art that the possible networking of a plurality of plant apparatuses 2 described above with respect to fig. 1 is also applicable to the present embodiment. For the sake of clarity, no further description is provided herein.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a network connection system adapted to a plurality of plant apparatuses 2 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the network connection system 1 may include at least a plurality of device-side wireless network apparatuses 11 for communicating with the corresponding plant devices 2, for example, machine tools, wherein at least one of the plurality of device-side wireless network apparatuses 11 is capable of wirelessly communicating with a wireless communication network 13, the wireless communication network 13 is connected with the internet, and the plurality of device-side wireless network apparatuses 11 are configured to be capable of wirelessly forming a local area network so that the respective plant devices 2 can communicate and transfer data with each other.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the wireless communication network 13 may be a telecommunications carrier station.
In this case, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 capable of wireless communication connection with the wireless communication network 13 may be configured as a telecommunication network router in the hotspot mode, for example, a 4G router.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the device-side wireless network apparatus 11 that is not communicatively connected to the wireless communication network 13 may be configured as a telecommunication network router in the site mode, for example, a 4G router, or as a wireless relay.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus-side wireless network device 11 capable of wireless communication connection with the wireless communication network 13 has at least the first functional antenna 111 and the second functional antenna 112. The first functional antenna 111 is used for telecommunication network signals, i.e. data can be exchanged between the equipment side wireless network device 11 and a telecommunication operator station, and the second functional antenna 112 is used for wirelessly forming a local area network with the equipment side wireless network device 11 of other plant equipment 2. To this end, the first functional wire 111 may be a telecommunication network antenna, e.g. a 4G antenna, and the second functional antenna 112 may be a WLAN antenna.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the device-side wireless network apparatuses 11 that are not communicatively connected to the wireless communication network 13 may have only WLAN antennas for constituting local area networks with the device-side wireless network apparatuses 11 of other plant apparatuses 2.
As can also be seen in fig. 3, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the network connection system 1 may further include a local cloud server network device 14 that is wirelessly communicatively connectable with each respective plant device 2 to allow local access to the respective plant device 2. In this case, the relevant personnel within the plant may access the corresponding plant equipment 2 through the local cloud server network device 14.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the local cloud server network device 14 is communicatively connected to each device-side wireless network device 11 through WiFi. To this end, the local cloud server network device 14 may be configured as a WiFi router.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the plant equipment 2 is at a different router level, a static routing configuration may be added in the upper level router to ensure that the intended communication is achieved.
In this case, with this wireless network configuration, each respective plant device 2 can be accessed either remotely via the internet or locally, and the need for field network cabling can be eliminated or minimized. This is very advantageous for plants that do not have internet access infrastructure. In addition, internet access is independent of the customer's infrastructure, thus providing flexibility for networking.
In the case where each plant device 2 is remotely accessible via the internet, application possibilities are provided for various cloud applications that are currently widely developed, such as various internet of things platforms.
In particular, it is very advantageous to integrate plant devices 2 with device-side wireless network means 11, which provides the possibility of flexible networking independent of the internet infrastructure of the plant.
Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described herein in detail, they have been presented for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications may be devised without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
