According to the structure of the connection terminal 46 thus constructed, when the battery pack 200 is mounted to the electric power tool 100, the tool terminal 17 enters the battery pack interface 45, and when the battery pack 200 continues to slide, the tool terminal 17 enters the first gap 4651 formed at the end of the first clamping region 465 and then enters the first clamping region 465, the battery pack 200 continues to move in the first direction, and the tool terminal 17 enters the second gap 4652 correspondingly formed at the end of the second clamping region 466 and enters the second clamping region 466. Therefore, as the battery pack 200 is inserted into the electric power tool 100 in the first direction, the connection terminals 46 will be press-fitted between the clamping areas, and then the tool terminals 17 and the connection terminals 46 are electrically connected by the press-contact of the first terminal pieces 463 and the second terminal pieces 464 with each other, which effectively prevents heat accumulation and chattering from occurring at the contact points of the connection terminals 46 and the tool terminals 17.
The first terminal piece 463 further includes a first supporting leg 4635, the first supporting leg 4635 extending downward from the first outer connecting member 4631, connected to the circuit board 42, for fixing the first terminal piece 463. In some embodiments, the length of the first support leg 4635 in the first direction is smaller than the length of the first outer connection member 4631, and thus the contact area of the first terminal piece 463 and the circuit board 42 is small to achieve the elastic connection of the first terminal piece 463 and the circuit board 42. In some embodiments, the first terminal piece 463 further includes a first auxiliary support portion 4636, the first auxiliary support portion 4636 includes an extension arm 4638 and a support arm 4637, the support arm 4637 is coupled to the circuit board 42 and spaced apart from the first support leg 4635, the support arm 4637 is coupled to the first outer connecting member 4631 via the extension arm 4638, and the first auxiliary support portion 4636 can make the coupling of the first terminal piece 463 and the circuit board 42 more stable. In some embodiments, the first terminal piece 463 is provided with a plurality of first supporting legs 4635 in the first direction.
In this way, as shown with reference to fig. 9, when the tool terminal 17 is displaced by vibration of the electric power tool 100 to apply a force to the first terminal piece 463, the first terminal piece 463 can float around the intersection point P1 of the first auxiliary support 4636 and the first outer connection member 4631, thereby improving the vibration resistance of the battery pack 200, and maintaining the contact area of the connection terminal 46 and the tool terminal 17, suppressing an increase in contact resistance, and suppressing heat generated in connection electrons due to the increase in contact resistance.
In addition, the second terminal piece 464 further includes a second support leg 4645, the second support leg 4645 extends downward from the second outer connecting member 4641 and is connected to the circuit board 42 for fixing the second terminal piece 464. In some embodiments, the length of the second support leg 4645 in the first direction is less than the length of the second outer connecting member 4641 to enable a resilient connection of the second terminal piece 464 and the circuit board 42. The second terminal piece 464 further includes a second auxiliary support portion 4646, and in some embodiments, the second auxiliary support portion 4646 extends from the second outer connecting member 4641 in the second direction to make the connection of the second terminal piece 464 and the circuit board 42 more stable. It is understood that the second auxiliary support 4646 may also have a similar structure to the first auxiliary support 4636, and while the stability of the second terminal piece 464 is increased, the second terminal piece 464 may float around the intersection of the second auxiliary support 4646 and the second outer connecting member 4641, thereby improving the vibration resistance of the battery pack 200.
Further, the first terminal piece 463 further includes a first connecting member 4637, the first connecting member 4637 being disposed between the first outer connecting member 4631 and the first inner connecting member 4632 to connect the first outer leg 4633 and the first inner leg 4634, so that the first inner leg 4634 can be interlocked with the first outer leg 4633, that is, the first inner leg 4634 can move along with the first outer leg 4633. In some embodiments, the first connection 4637 is near the upper side of the housing, i.e., the first connection 4637 connects the upper portions of the first outer and inner connections 4631, 4632; in other embodiments, first connection 4637 is disposed distal to first outer leg 4633 and first inner leg 4634 in a first direction, i.e., first connection 4637 connects the rear of first outer connection 4631 and first inner connection 4632.
Similarly, the second terminal piece 464 further includes a second connecting member 4647, and the second connecting member 4647 is disposed between the second outer connecting member 4641 and the second inner connecting member 4642 to connect the second outer connecting member 4641 and the second inner connecting member 4642, thereby connecting the second outer leg 4643 and the first inner leg 4634, so that the second outer leg 4643 can be linked with the second inner leg 4644, that is, the first inner leg 4634 can move along with the second outer leg 4643. In some embodiments, the second connector 4647 is proximate to the underside of the battery pack housing 41, i.e., the second connector 4647 connects the lower portions of the second outer connector 4641 and the second inner connector 4642.
In this way, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, when the tool terminal 17 moves leftward, the first outer leg 4633 is moved leftward by the force applied by the tool terminal 17, and the first outer leg 4633 transmits the force to the first inner leg 4634 through the first connecting member 4637 to move the first inner leg 4634, so that the first inner leg 4634 also moves leftward along with the first outer leg 4633; at this time, the second inner leg 4644 is also moved leftward by the force applied from the tool terminal 17, and the second inner leg 4644 transmits the force to the second outer leg 4643 through the second connecting member 4647 to move the second outer leg 4643, so that the second outer leg 4643 also moves leftward following the second inner leg 4644. It will be appreciated that when the tool terminal 17 is moved to the right, the first inner leg 4634 is moved to the right by the force exerted by the tool terminal 17, and the first outer leg 4633 also follows the first inner leg 4634 to the right; at this time, the second outer leg 4643 is also moved rightward by the force applied by the tool terminal 17, and therefore the second inner leg 4644 also follows the first outer leg 4633 to move rightward.
In this way, the first terminal piece 463 and the second terminal piece 464 can move following the direction in which the tool terminal 17 moves, so that the first clamping area 465 and the second clamping area 466 are kept relatively stable, and the clamping force is maintained constant. Therefore, even if the tool terminal 17 is displaced by the vibration of the electric power tool 100, the contact failure between the connection terminal 46 and the tool terminal 17 can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 12 to 13, as a specific structure of the connection terminal 46 of another embodiment, the structure is different from that of the example connection terminal shown in fig. 5: the first connection 4637 of the first terminal piece 463 is disposed away from the first outer leg 4633 and the first inner leg 4634 in the first direction, connecting the rear portions of the first outer connection 4631 and the first inner connection 4632. And the second auxiliary supporting portion 4646 of the second terminal piece 464 extends from the second outer connecting member 4641 in the first direction.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
