As shown in fig. 4, the key 5 includes a body 51 fixed to the keyboard panel 4, a button 52 protruding forward from the body 51, and a support ring 54 sleeved on the body 51; when the key cap 2 is pressed, the button 52 moves backward to trigger an instruction; the front end of the support ring 54 extends beyond the front side 2211 of the body 51 for supporting the rear side of the spring block 32.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the elastic pad 32 includes a support body 321, an elastic body 322 and an elastic connection ring 323; the support body 321 is connected with the plate body 31 and sleeved with the button 52, the outer side of the support body 321 is square, the inner side of the support body 321 is round, and the rear side of the support body 321 is abutted against the support ring 54; the elastic body 322 is arranged in front of the corresponding button 52, and the front end of the elastic body is exposed out of the supporting body 321 forwards and is abutted against the keycap 2; the elastic connection ring 323 connects the inner wall of the support body 321 and the outer circumference of the elastic body 322 so that the elastic body 322 has a tendency to return forward after being pressed.
As shown in fig. 3, the elastic connection ring 323 has an L-shaped cross section, and includes a first extension 3231 extending forward from the inner wall of the support body 321 and a second extension 3232 extending laterally from the front end of the first extension 3231 and connecting the sides of the elastic body 322. When the elastic body 322 is pressed, the elastic connecting ring 323 deforms and has weak elastic force, and the pressing hand feeling is not affected. The spring block 32 further includes a plurality of posts 324 projecting rearwardly from the rear end of the resilient body 322, the rear ends of the posts 324 abutting the button 52. The plurality of posts 324 are circumferentially equally spaced on the rear face of the resilient body 322 to facilitate structural balance. The diameter of the convex columns 324 is 0.8-1mm, the length is 1.2-1.8mm, the preferable number is 3-6, the total deformation elasticity of the convex columns 324 is controlled to be about 50gf, the total deformation elasticity is far greater than the gravity of the keycap 2 and the friction force between the elastic locating piece and the panel 1, the shoulder 24 of the keycap 2 is sufficiently pressed to be attached to the panel 1, the keycap 2 is prevented from shaking when the panel 1 is jogged, the deformation elasticity is generally greater than 100gf when the key 5 is pressed, the deformation of the convex columns 324 is insufficient to press the key 5, but the enough pretightening force is provided to press the keycap 2, so that the maximum design gap is kept between the bottom surface of the main body of the keypad 3 and the top surface of the key 5, and the gap is the pressing stroke. Before the rear end of the elastic body 322 contacts the top surface of the key 5, the finger pressing force is equal to the total pretightening force of the small cylinder, when the bottom surface of the elastic body 322 contacts the top surface of the key 5, the finger pressing force is equal to the elastic force of the key 5, when the operation is finished, the finger pressing force is increased, the elastic body 322 deforms, the bottom surface of the key cap 2 contacts the top surface of the supporting body 321, and the key cap 2 is prevented from continuing to advance, so that the purpose of protecting the key 5 is achieved. When the finger pressing position deviates from the center of the key cap 2, the rear end edge of the key cap 2 is firstly contacted with the edge of the square support 321, so that the key cap 2 is prevented from continuously deflecting, and the pressing operation is ensured to be completed.
Further, the key 5 further includes a protrusion 53 protruding forward from the body 51, the protrusion 53 being located at the outer side of the button 52, and the front end surface thereof being arc-shaped; the rear end of the support body 321 is provided with a groove 3211 matching the projection 53.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the key cap 2 is inserted through the corresponding through hole 11. Each key cap 2 comprises a top wall 21, a shoulder 24, a side wall 22 connecting the edge of the top wall 21 and the shoulder 24, and a rib 25 extending from the rear side of the top wall 21 to the rear; the shoulder 24 is positioned between the panel 1 and the key pad 3 plate, the front side of the shoulder abuts against the edge of the through hole, and the key cap is placed to drop; the side wall 22 is in clearance fit with the through hole, a plurality of elastic locating pieces 23 which extend backwards and elastically abut against the through hole 11 are arranged on the outer side of the side wall 22, a guide surface 231 which abuts against the rear end of the corresponding through hole is arranged on the outer side of the elastic locating piece 23, and the guide surface 231 gradually inclines outwards from front to back. In this embodiment, the guiding surface 231 is an inclined surface, and in other embodiments, the guiding surface 231 may be an arc surface. The elastic locating piece 23 has a tendency to swing outwards, the weight of the key cap 2 is about 1.5g, the elastic force of the single elastic locating piece 23 is about 5-10gf, and the dislocation of the key cap 2 is sufficiently corrected, so that the key cap is kept in the middle of the through hole. In addition, through hole is enlarged through setting up elastic locating piece 23, solves the easy problem of blocking of key cap 2 in the current keyboard, and adds the elastic locating piece 23 and hardly increases the preparation degree of difficulty of key cap 2. The rear end of the rib 25 abuts against the elastic body 322, and in this embodiment, the rib 25 is arranged into a plurality of concentric rings, which is beneficial to saving materials and reducing weight of the key cap 2.
As shown in fig. 7, the front end of the side wall 22 is provided with a plurality of notches 221 formed by recessing from the outside to the inside, each notch 221 has a front side 2211 and an inner side 2212 connected to the front side 2211, the front side 2211 is connected to the front end of the corresponding elastic positioning piece 23, and the inner side 2212 is spaced from the corresponding elastic positioning piece 23 to form a movable space of the elastic positioning piece 23. Because the outside of the elastic locating piece 23 is provided with the guide surface 231, when the key cap 2 is pressed, the key cap 2 retreats, the elastic locating piece 23 gradually expands outwards, the resistance between the elastic locating piece 23 and the through hole 11 gradually becomes smaller, and the problems of finger pain and poor pressing hand feel are solved. In this embodiment, the key cap 2 is rectangular, and the side wall 22 includes four wall portions connected in sequence, each wall portion is provided with an elastic positioning piece 23, and the wall portions on each key cap 2 are symmetrically distributed in a central symmetry manner with respect to the central line of the key cap 2, so as to facilitate structural balance.
