In particular, the doctor client is for use by outpatients and institutional doctors. The doctor can select a psychological assessment scale through the doctor client side and make an assessment order. Doctors can issue different evaluation orders according to different conditions of pregnant and lying-in women patients.
And after receiving the evaluation order, the Internet hospital platform associates the evaluation order with the pregnant and lying-in woman client. For example, after a doctor issues an assessment form a for a pregnant and lying-in woman patient a, the internet hospital platform associates the assessment form a with a pregnant and lying-in woman client account a, wherein the pregnant and lying-in woman client account a is used by the pregnant and lying-in woman patient a. Different pregnant and lying-in women patients can inquire own evaluation list through pregnant and lying-in women client ends, and the use is convenient.
The pregnant and lying-in women can select an evaluation list through the pregnant and lying-in women client side to start testing, and an evaluation result is generated after the testing is finished. The evaluation result comprises positive or negative, if the evaluation result is negative, the evaluation result is directly provided for pregnant and lying-in women to check, and if the evaluation result is positive, the evaluation result needs to be provided for doctors to perform manual diagnosis. The doctor can enter the treatment scheme after checking each evaluation result and carrying out manual diagnosis. For pregnant and lying-in women patients with positive evaluation results, doctors can also carry out remote manual diagnosis and provide treatment schemes through an internet hospital platform. After the pregnant and lying-in woman patient finishes the evaluation of the evaluation list, the doctor and the patient can check the evaluation result after about 30-60min, and the pregnant and lying-in woman patient can make a reservation for the doctor to consult if the evaluation result is unknown or needs to be read in detail.
This pregnant and lying-in woman mental health management system, the doctor can in time offer the evaluation list to pregnant and lying-in woman patient, and pregnant and lying-in woman patient's evaluation result also can in time pass to the doctor and look over for the doctor can in time issue treatment scheme, just so can in time discover pregnant and lying-in woman's mental health problem, carries out perfect pregnant and lying-in woman mental health management.

Specifically, the health risk levels may be set according to actual conditions, for example, 5 health risk levels may be set, and 5 intervention classification schemes may be formulated at the same time, for example, the intervention schemes may be set according to the following table:
preferably, the doctor client is further configured to:
and when the fourth operation instruction is received, checking an intervention grading scheme corresponding to the health risk grade of each pregnant and lying-in woman patient.
Specifically, the doctor can also look over each pregnant and lying-in woman patient's intervention hierarchical scheme through doctor client, just so can know pregnant and lying-in woman patient's present treatment in time.
Preferably, the internet hospital platform is further for:
assessing the suicidal risk of the maternal patient when the maternal patient's health risk rating has a depressed mood or a suicidal mood;
the suicide risk includes whether suicide thoughts or suicide plans exist, the likelihood of suicide plans being real-time, whether suicide tools are available.
In particular, the system can also concern the suicide and self-injury problems of pregnant and lying-in women, pay attention to the emotional changes of the pregnant and lying-in women and be alert to suicide risks. When the pregnant and lying-in women have depressed mood or exuberant suicide mood, the system can evaluate whether the pregnant and lying-in women have thoughts and plans of self-injury or suicide, the possibility of planned implementation, the availability of suicide tools, and the like.
Preferably, the internet hospital platform is further for:
when the health risk level of the pregnant and lying-in woman patient has a depressed mood or a suicide mood, pushing a preset suicide tendency scale to the pregnant and lying-in woman patient;
the pregnant and lying-in woman client is further used for:
and receiving a fifth operation instruction, selecting the suicide tendency table, and starting evaluation to obtain an evaluation result.
Specifically, when the pregnant and lying-in women have moderate/severe symptoms, the system automatically distributes the suicide tendency scale, when the suicide tendency scale has suicide tendency, the system pushes the state of the patient to a hospital, and the hospital can pay attention to the patient, diagnose and take protective measures as soon as possible.
The suicidal ideation scale is a self-rating scale used to test the recent suicidal ideation level of an individual. The scale is provided with a plurality of evaluation factors: disappointing feeling, suicide approval, suicide preparation and covering property. A higher score indicates a greater current level of suicidality for the individual. Individuals with high suicide tendencies should pay attention to the method, and immediately proceed crisis intervention and enter suicide emergency management.
When the doctor identifies that the pregnant and lying-in women have suicide risk, the doctor can further identify and know suicide thoughts, plans and behaviors of dangerous individuals in a targeted manner. Doctors can cooperate with pregnant and lying-in women to complete a safety plan, so that the possibility that high-risk individuals try suicide in a dark moment can be reduced, and the development of a more adaptive coping mode is facilitated.
Preferably, the internet hospital platform is further for:
suicide information and a summary of the suicide information is received.
In particular, in the event of suicide, the institution and physician need to understand the events leading to suicide, the causes of death, the course of the psychiatric illness, and plan for improving future preventive measures and a series of work summary records. Specifically, the method needs to be summarized and discussed for the individual cases which have already occurred. The family members, hospitals or other relevant units can also be summoned to conduct group meeting sessions to form meeting records. A template for notification of the institution and its relatives is provided for different situations, such as when the patient suicided for death, when the cause of death is unknown, when the family does not want the cause of death to be disclosed.
The system can also complete the collection and integration of data, and realize the sharing of big data. Each individual can log in through an account and a password which are independently set, and the safety of personal information and psychological evaluation information of a patient is guaranteed.
In practical use, different medical institutions may set different procedures, for example, the following procedures may be set:
1. prescreening-creating mental health profiles
The doctor can communicate with pregnant and lying-in women patients to evaluate the PHQ-9 of the pregnant and lying-in women patients. If the preliminary screening result of the pregnant and lying-in woman patient shows early warning, a doctor needs to be consulted.
2. Pregnancy periodic test plan
After the pregnant and lying-in women land on the Internet hospital platform, the evaluation list is selected for evaluation. The evaluation sheet can be classified and stored, for example, into a mental health class, a social function class and a quality of life class.
