Detailed Description
As described above, in a house in the future, it is assumed that a person other than a resident, a mobile body, or the like enters the house in order to receive service from an external service provider or provide service to an external service user. However, since it is not necessary to freely use all areas in the house by all persons or moving objects entering the house, it is necessary to manage areas that can stay or move for each person or moving object.
Here, as an embodiment of the present invention, a space management system is proposed that can determine whether to permit a stay or permit a movement for each person or mobile body entering a house, and physically or psychologically restrict the stay or the movement based on the determination result. By introducing such a new security technology, even when a third person or a mobile object enters a house, the safety and privacy of life can be appropriately protected. Thus, the resident can securely accommodate the third person and the mobile body in the house, and therefore, the convenience of the resident can be improved and a rich life can be realized.
Such a space management technique is not limited to a house, and is also applicable to any living space including buildings and places for people to live, stay, or stay, for example, accommodation facilities, places for parking lots, courtyards, and the like installed together with houses, accommodation facilities, and the like, facilities for infants, elderly people, and the like to stay, but in the present embodiment, description is mainly given of a technique for managing a space in a house.
Fig. 1 shows a configuration of a space management system according to an embodiment. The space management system 1 includes a house 2 and a space management device 50, the house 2 being an example of a space to be managed, and the space management device 50 managing stay or movement of a person or a moving object existing in the house 2. The house 2 includes a plurality of indoor areas such as an entrance 3, a western-style room 4, a living room (LDK)5, a japanese-style room 6, a bedroom 7, a toilet 8, a bathroom 9, a washroom 10, and the like, and a plurality of outdoor areas such as a parking space 16.
In addition to the visitor such as the family, the relative, and the acquaintance of the resident 20, the visitor such as the family, the relative, and the acquaintance of the resident 20 can enter the house 2, for example, a service provider 21 providing services such as home care, nursing care, and home delivery to the resident 20, a service acquirer 22 enjoying services such as a resident accommodation, a parking lot, and the like from the resident 20, a robot for performing a work such as cleaning in the house 2, a moving body 23 such as an unmanned aerial vehicle or an autonomous automobile for delivering a delivery to the resident, a tenant 24 for renting the japanese-style room 6 by paying a rental fee to the resident 20, an owner 25 of the vehicle 17 for parking the vehicle 17 in the parking space 16 by paying a rental fee to the resident 20, and the like can enter the house 2. The space management device 50 holds conditions regarding whether or not to permit a stay in each area, an entry into each area, a passage through each area, and an exit from each area for each person and mobile object that can enter the house 2.
The house 2 is provided with an imaging device 30 and a human body sensor 31 as detection devices for detecting identification information and position information of a person or a moving object present in the house 2. The imaging device 30 captures an image of the inside of the house 2. The image captured by the imaging device 30 is analyzed by the space management device 50 to detect the identification information and the position information of the person or the moving object. The motion sensor 31 detects that a person approaches the motion sensor 31. As the detection device, any other type of detection device may be provided in the house 2. For example, an authentication device for authenticating biometric information such as a fingerprint, vein, or a human face may be provided, and identification information and position information of a person carrying the portable terminal device 43 may be acquired by communication with the portable terminal device 43 carried by the person existing in the house 2. The image captured by the imaging device 30 and information detected by the human body sensor 31 are transmitted to the house server 41 by wireless communication. The house server 41 transmits the collected information to the space management apparatus 50 via the internet 40.
A lock 12 that can be locked and unlocked by the space management device 50 is provided in a door 11 provided in the entrance 3, and the entrance and exit of a room are managed by the space management device 50. A lock 14 that can be locked and unlocked by the space management device 50 is provided in the door 13 at the entrance of each room in the house 2, and the entrance and exit of the room are managed by the space management device 50. The space management device 50 determines whether or not the person and the mobile object are permitted to enter and exit the room based on the identification information of the person and the mobile object existing in the house 2, and controls the lock 12 or the lock 14 to be locked or unlocked according to the determination result.
Since no lock is provided in the partition 15 provided at the entrance of the japanese-type room 6, the entry into the japanese-type room 6 cannot be physically restricted, but a presentation device 32 and a speaker 33 for presenting information such as whether or not entry into the room is permitted, or for giving a warning to a person who wants to enter in violation of a condition are provided in the vicinity of the partition 15. The space management device 50 determines whether or not the person or the mobile object is permitted to enter the room 6 based on, for example, identification information of the person or the mobile object existing in the vicinity of the partition 15, and presents the determination result through the presentation device 32 and the speaker 33.
In this way, the space management system 1 divides the interior of the house 2 into a plurality of areas, and physically or mentally restricts entry or the like for each area, thereby managing the range of action of the entrant. Thus, the safety and privacy of the occupants can be appropriately protected.
The area to be a management unit may not be physically partitioned by a wall, partition, or the like, and an access level may be set to an area having an arbitrary area and shape. For example, the limit may be such that the expensive art items cannot be approached, or the limit may be such that the rack containing the expensive items cannot stay near the rack for a predetermined time or longer. In this way, the space management system 1 according to the present embodiment can establish a security layer without steps in the space and independently control the access levels of the human or the mobile object. This enables the space to be managed more appropriately, and therefore, the safety and convenience of the occupants can be improved, and the convenience of the entrants can also be improved.
Fig. 2 shows a configuration of a space management device according to an embodiment. The space management device 50 includes a communication device 51, a display device 52, an input device 53, a control device 60, and a storage device 70. The space management device 50 may be a server device, a device such as a personal computer, or a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone terminal, a smart phone, or a tablet terminal.
The communication device 51 controls communication with other devices via a communication network such as the internet 40. The communication device 51 can perform communication by any communication method, wired or wireless. The display device 52 displays a screen generated by the control device 60. The display device 52 may be a liquid crystal display device, an organic EL (electroluminescence) display device, or the like. The input device 53 transmits an instruction input by a user or manager of the space management apparatus 50 to the control device 60. The input device 53 may be a mouse, keyboard, touch pad, or the like. The display device 52 and the input device 53 may be mounted as a touch panel.

The storage device 70 includes a user database 71, a spatial information holding unit 72, a condition holding unit 73, a history information holding unit 74, and a modification information holding unit 75.
The user database 71 stores information of users such as the occupants 20 who use the space management apparatus 50. The spatial information storage unit 72 stores information related to the house of the user. The spatial information storage unit 72 stores data indicating the shapes of a plurality of areas divided in the house 2, such as the layout of the house 2, and information on the types and installation positions of the furniture, equipment, the lock 14, the imaging device 30, the human body sensor 31, the presentation device 32, the speaker 33, and the like installed in the house 2.
The condition holding unit 73 stores conditions relating to the position of a person or a moving body in a house. Fig. 3 shows an example of internal data of the condition holding unit 73. The condition holding unit 73 holds conditions relating to stay in each area of the house 2, entry into each area, passage through each area, and exit from each area for each person and moving object and for each area.
For example, the service provider 21, which is a housekeeper, can enter the house 2 and the outside of the land by "9 o 'clock to 17 o' clock" as the working hours, and during this period, is allowed to enter and stay in the LDK5, the toilet 8, the bathroom 9, the washroom 10, and the parking space 16. For western-style room 4, the entrance and stay are allowed for a period of 11 o 'clock to 15 o' clock without an occupant, during which the cleaning of western-style room 4 is performed. For Japanese room 6, only 60 minutes are allowed for entry and stay, during which time cleaning of Japanese room 6 takes place.
The service provider 22 staying in the western style room 4 can enter the house 2 from 15 o 'clock as the registered entrance time to the next day 11 o' clock as the exit time, during which the entrance and stay in the western style room 4, the LDK5, the toilet 8, and the washroom 10 are permitted, but the entrance into the parking space 16 is not permitted. For the bathroom 9, only entry and stay are allowed for 60 minutes, during which bathing is performed.
The mobile body 23 that dispenses the dispensing items can enter the room of the house 2 at any time and dispense the dispensing items into the entrance 3, but the allowable stay time is 10 minutes and the entrance into the western-style room 4, the LDK5, the japanese-style room 6, the bedroom 7, the toilet 8, the bathroom 9, the washroom 10, and the parking space 16 is not allowed.
A tenant 24 renting a japanese-style room 6 can enter the house 2 at any time and can freely use the LDK5, the japanese-style room 6, the toilet 8, the bathroom 9, and the washroom 10, but is not allowed to enter the western-style room 4, the bedroom 7, and the parking space 16.
The owner 25 of the vehicle 17 renting the parking space 16 can enter the parking space 16 during the time of renting the parking space 16, but is not allowed to enter the room. The parking space 16 may be used as a parking lot rented by time for temporarily parking, and a lessee who has made a rental contract with the owner of the parking space 16 to rent the parking space 16 for a predetermined period may use the parking space 16 as a lunar parking lot for parking. In the former case, the parking space 16 may be rented to the service provider 21, the service consumer 22, or the like, or the parking space 16 may be rented to another third person. In the latter case, the parking space 16 may be leased to the lessee 24 of the room 6, or the parking space 16 may be leased to another third person.
The history information holding unit 74 stores a history of the information acquired by the position information acquiring unit 61, the result of the determination by the determining unit 62, the information presented by the presenting unit 63, the condition received by the condition receiving unit 64, the information notified by the notifying unit 66, the control information by the lock/unlock control unit 67, and the like. The modification information holding unit 75 stores information related to modification of a house. For example, the retrofit information holding unit 75 stores information such as product numbers of equipment and building materials installed in houses at present, information of equipment and building materials that can be retrofitted and replaced, and house history information indicating the history of retrofitting.
The control device 60 includes a position information acquisition unit 61, a determination unit 62, a presentation unit 63, a condition reception unit 64, a condition setting unit 65, a notification unit 66, a lock/unlock control unit 67, a house information acquisition unit 68, and an information provision unit 69. These configurations are realized by a CPU, a memory, another LSI (large scale integrated circuit), or the like of an arbitrary computer in terms of hardware, and realized by a program or the like loaded on a memory in terms of software, but functional blocks realized by the joint cooperation of these are described here. Therefore, it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that these functional blocks can be realized by various forms such as hardware alone or a combination of hardware and software.
The position information acquisition unit 61 acquires identification information and position information from a detection device that detects identification information and position information of a person or a moving object present in the house 2. The position information acquiring unit 61 may acquire the identification information and the position information from the house server 41, or may directly acquire the identification information and the position information from each detection device provided in the house 2.
The determination unit 62 determines whether or not to permit the person or the mobile object present in the house 2 to stay at the position or move to another position, with reference to the condition held in the condition holding unit 73, based on the identification information and the position information acquired by the position information acquisition unit 61. The determination unit 62 may determine whether or not to permit a person or a moving object identified based on the identification information acquired by the position information acquisition unit 61 to stay in each area, enter each area, pass each area, and exit each area.
When the determination unit 62 determines that the stay or movement is not permitted, the presentation unit 63 presents the intention so that the person can recognize it. The presentation unit 63 may present information on whether to permit the stay or the movement by the presentation device 32 or the speaker 33 provided in the house 2. The presentation unit 63 may present information through the presentation device 32 or the speaker 33 in the vicinity of the person to be presented. This makes it possible to psychologically restrict a person who does not know, pay attention to, or intentionally wants to stay or move without permission.
The condition receiving unit 64 receives conditions related to stay, entry, passage, and exit of each area from the manager of the house 2, and stores the conditions in the condition holding unit 73. The condition receiving unit 64 can receive the condition from the portable terminal device 42 of the resident 20.
The condition setting unit 65 sets conditions related to stay, entry, passage, and exit of each area, and stores the conditions in the condition holding unit 73. When the condition held by the condition receiving unit 64 includes a stop condition or a release condition related to time, day, weather, or the like, the condition setting unit 65 determines whether or not the stop condition or the release condition has been achieved, and when the stop condition or the release condition has been achieved, the condition stored in the condition setting unit 65 is set to valid or invalid, or the condition is changed. For example, the condition may be changed so that the service provider 21 can enter and stay in the western-style room 4 at any time during the working hours, without an appointment for a lodging and without the service provider 22 lodging in the western-style room 4. The condition setting unit 65 may automatically set the condition to valid or invalid or change the condition based on a preset stop condition, a preset release condition, or the like, or may set the condition to valid or invalid or change the condition based on an instruction received from the administrator of the home 2.
When the condition held by the violation condition holding unit 73 is detected that the stay in the area, the entrance to the area, the passage of the area, or the exit from the area is performed, the notification unit 66 issues a warning to the violating person via the presentation device 32 or the speaker 33, or notifies the portable terminal device 42 of the resident 20, which is the manager of the area, of the warning. Thus, by appropriately dealing with a person who has been left or moved without permission because of being unknown, inattentive, or intentional, further violations can be suppressed. Moreover, by providing a mechanism for performing processing appropriately in advance, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a situation.
The locking/unlocking control unit 67 controls locking/unlocking of a lock of a door provided at an entrance/exit of each zone. The locking/unlocking control unit 67 unlocks the door lock when the determination unit 62 permits entry into the area, passage through the area, or exit from the area, and locks the door lock when the determination unit does not permit entry.
The house information acquiring unit 68 acquires information related to a failure of a building material or equipment of the house 2 from the portable terminal device 43 of the service provider 21 or the portable terminal device of the service provider 22 entering the house 2. This makes it possible to promptly detect a failure of the building material or equipment of the house 2 and appropriately deal with the failure, thereby improving convenience of the resident 20.
The information providing unit 69 reads information related to retrofitting of the house 2 from the retrofit information holding unit 75 based on the information acquired by the house information acquiring unit 68, and provides the information to the portable terminal device 42 of the resident 20 of the house 2. Thus, the service provider 21 can make an appropriate modification suggestion to the resident 20 by using the opportunity to enter the house 2, and therefore, the convenience of the resident 20 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the example in which the space management apparatuses 50 that collectively manage a plurality of houses are installed is described, but the space management apparatuses 50 may be installed for each house. In this case, for example, the house server 41 may have the function of the space management device 50. The functions may be shared by the house server 41 and the space management apparatus 50. For example, information that should not be disclosed, such as personal information of the resident or manager of the house 2, may be managed by the house server 41, and information input/output by the service provider 21 or the service provider 22 may be managed by the space management device 50. This also improves the security of information. In other examples, the house server 41 may not be provided. In this case, the imaging device 30, the human body sensor 31, the presentation device 32, the speaker 33, and the like directly communicate with the space management device 50.
If the invention embodied by the above embodiment and modification is generalized, the following technical idea is derived.
In order to solve the above problem, a space management device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a space information holding unit that holds information relating to a living space including a building or a land for people to live, stay, or stay; a condition holding unit that holds a condition relating to a position of a person or a moving body in a living space; a position information acquisition unit that acquires identification information and position information from a detection device that detects identification information and position information of a person or a moving object present in a living space; and a determination unit that determines whether to permit a person or a moving object present in the living space to stay at the position or move to another position with reference to the condition held by the condition holding unit based on the identification information and the position information acquired by the position information acquisition unit, the space information holding unit holding information on a plurality of zones divided in the living space, the condition holding unit holding conditions on staying in a zone, entering into a zone, passing through a zone, and exiting from a zone for each zone, and the determination unit determining whether to permit a person or a moving object identified based on the identification information acquired by the position information acquisition unit to stay in a zone, enter into a zone, pass through a zone, and exit from a zone.
