The picture recognizer 33 converts the acquired picture information of the tools into attribute information of the tools, and sends the attribute information of the tools to the controller, and the controller compares the received attribute information with the management information of all the tools stored in the memory one by one to confirm the states of the tools. Meanwhile, the controller can also correspond the identity of the confirmed operation and maintenance personnel with the recognized tools and appliances, and sends a control signal to the display component 4 to control the display component 4 to display, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently check the identity.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the tool management apparatus further includes a communication module 700. The signal transmission between the acquisition module and the identification module 500 is realized through the communication module 700. In this embodiment, the communication module 700 is a wireless device connected to the wearing assembly 1, and the communication module 700 is configured to receive signals sent by the fingerprint acquirer 21 and the picture identifier 33, and transmit the signals to the controller. The controller receives signals from the fingerprint acquisition device 21 and the picture recognizer 33, converts the signals into first control information, and compares the first control information with corresponding information in the memory. The controller can also convert the compared information of the personnel and the tools into second control information, and then the second control information is sent to the display component 4 so as to control the display component 4 to display the confirmed identity of the operation and maintenance personnel and the recognized tool information.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the tool management apparatus further includes a lighting module 600. The lighting module 600 is provided on the wearing assembly 1, and the lighting module 600 is configured to be able to illuminate the tool to be identified. It can be understood that, when the lighting of the working environment is insufficient, the lighting module 600 can significantly improve the definition of the camera 32 when shooting the nameplate of the tool to be identified, so as to improve the identification speed, and the working efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel is improved.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the lighting module 600 includes the lighting assembly 61 and the support 62. A support member 62 is provided on the yoke 11, and the lighting assembly 61 is detachably attached to the support member 62. Illustratively, a limiting groove is formed on the support 62, and a protrusion capable of being clamped with the limiting groove is formed on the lighting assembly 61. When the lighting assembly 61 is damaged, the clamping connection is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to replace the failed lighting assembly 61, and cost saving is facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments, the lighting assembly 61 and the support 62 may also be screwed, and the lighting assembly 61 can be replaced when it fails, and the screwed connection is firmer, which effectively reduces the risk that the lighting assembly 61 falls off when the maintenance worker moves. Illustratively, the lighting assembly 61 includes an LED lamp.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the tool management apparatus further includes a power supply module 800. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the power supply module 800 is mounted on the yoke 11. The power module comprises a battery pack capable of providing electrical energy to the acquisition module, the identification module 500, the display assembly 4 and the lighting module 600. The power supply module 800 further includes a charging interface through which the storage battery pack can be charged.

The embodiment provides a tool management device, and the difference between the embodiment and the first embodiment is that in the embodiment, the acquisition module replaces the fingerprint acquirer 21 with a face recognizer. The face recognizer is electrically connected to the camera 32 and the controller, respectively. The login identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel is acquired through the face recognizer and the camera 32. After the operation and maintenance personnel wear the tool management device on the head, the position of the camera 32 is adjusted, so that the camera 32 is aligned with the face of the operation and maintenance personnel to perform face recognition. The camera 32 sends the shot face information to the face recognizer, and the face recognizer converts the received face information into login identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and sends the login identity information to the controller. The controller receives login identity information from the face recognizer, compares the login identity information with reserved identity information of all operation and maintenance personnel in the memory one by one, and can also ensure the accuracy of identity recognition of the operation and maintenance personnel.

1. A tool management device, comprising:
a wearing assembly (1) configured to be wearable on a body of an operation and maintenance person;
the acquisition module is connected with the wearing assembly (1) and is configured to identify attribute information of a tool and login identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel;
the identification module (500) is connected to the wearing assembly (1) and electrically connected with the acquisition module, and reserved identity information of all the operation and maintenance personnel and management information of all the tools are stored in the identification module (500);
the identification module (500) can receive the login identity information acquired by the acquisition module, and compare the login identity information with the reserved identity information of all the operation and maintenance personnel one by one to confirm the identity of the operation and maintenance personnel;
the identification module (500) can also receive the attribute information acquired by the acquisition module and compare the attribute information with the management information of all the tools one by one to identify the states of the tools;
the identification module (500) can also correspond the confirmed identity of the operation and maintenance personnel with the identified tool.

The tool management device according to claim 1, wherein the wearable assembly (1) comprises a clamp (11) and an adjusting member (12), the adjusting member (12) is disposed on the clamp (11), the clamp (11) is annular, the clamp (11) is configured to be capable of being sleeved on the body of the operation and maintenance personnel, the adjusting member (12) is capable of adjusting the size of the clamp (11), and the obtaining module and the identifying module (500) are both disposed on the clamp (11).

The tool management device according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting member (12) comprises an adjusting band and an adjusting gear, the loop structure of the clamp (11) is provided with an opening, the adjusting band comprises a first adjusting band and a second adjusting band, one end of the first adjusting band is connected to one side of the opening, one end of the second adjusting band is connected to the other side of the opening, and the adjusting gear is connected between the first adjusting band and the second adjusting band;
the first adjusting belt is provided with a plurality of first tooth structures along the length direction of the first adjusting belt, the second adjusting belt is provided with a plurality of second tooth structures along the length direction of the second adjusting belt, and the first tooth structures and the second tooth structures can be meshed with the adjusting gear.
4. The tool management device according to claim 1, wherein the acquisition module comprises a fingerprint collector (21), and the fingerprint collector (21) is connected to the wearing assembly (1).
5. The tool management device according to claim 1, wherein the acquisition module comprises a camera (32) and a picture identifier (33), the camera (32) is connected to the wearing component (1) in a position-adjustable manner and is electrically connected with the picture identifier (33);
the camera (32) is used for shooting the nameplate recorded with the attribute information of the tool, and the picture recognizer (33) is used for receiving the shooting information of the camera (32) and recognizing the shooting information.

The tool management device according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining module further comprises a first support member (31), the first support member (31) is rotatably connected to the wearing assembly (1), the length of the first support member (31) is adjustable, and the camera (32) is connected to the first support member (31).
7. The tool management device according to claim 1, further comprising a display component (4) connected to the wearable component (1), wherein the display component (4) is electrically connected to the identification module (500).

The tool management device according to claim 7, wherein the display assembly (4) comprises a second support member (41) and a display (42), the second support member (41) is rotatably connected to the wearing assembly (1), the length of the second support member (41) is adjustable, and the display (42) is connected to the second support member (41).
9. The tool management device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a communication module (700), wherein the acquisition module and the identification module (500) are in signal communication with each other through the communication module (700).
10. The tool management device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a lighting module (600) provided on the wearable assembly (1), the lighting module (600) being configured to be able to illuminate the tool to be identified.
