The embodiment of the application establishes a transfer bin for a buyer, is used for storing commodities purchased by the buyer from a supplier, and establishes a first supply relationship between the buyer and the transfer bin. When the buyer needs to replenish goods, the supplier does not directly distribute the goods to the buyer, but the transfer bin is used as the first goods sender, the buyer is used as the first goods receiver, and the needed goods are distributed to the buyer from the transfer bin, so that the pressure of both the buyer and the supplier caused by directly distributing the goods to the store by the supplier is avoided, and the resources are saved.
The scheme of the embodiment of the application is realized on line based on the Internet technology and the computer-related technology, and the realization process can be used for working under a guide line. The 'purchaser' is a business system built on line for an entity store, especially a terminal B for purchasing bulk commodities, the 'transfer bin' is a business system built on line for the entity transfer bin, the 'logistics system' is a business system built on line for entity logistics, and the 'supplier' is a business system built on line for an entity supplier. The results of these business systems operating on the wire will work under the guideline. The following examples of the present application are to be understood in this sense unless otherwise specified.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a system corresponding to an embodiment of the method of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes a purchaser 101, a transfer bin 102, a logistics system 103, an information database 104, and a supplier 105. In the embodiment of the present application, the purchaser 101 is a party who purchases a commodity, the supplier is a party who provides a commodity, the staging bin 102 is a party who stores a commodity purchased by the purchaser 101 from the supplier 105, the logistics system 103 is a system that is responsible for distribution of the commodity between the purchaser 101 and the staging bin 102, and the information database 104 is a database provided for the purchaser 101 and can be used to record purchase information of the purchased commodity.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method according to a first embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: and establishing a transfer bin for a buyer, wherein the area of the transfer bin is used for storing the commodities purchased by the buyer from a supplier, and recording the purchasing information of the purchased commodities in a set information database.
The transfer warehouse in the embodiment of the application belongs to the transfer warehouse of the purchaser, and is different from the transfer warehouse of logistics or the warehouse of the purchaser in the prior art. The transfer warehouse in the embodiment of the application establishes a set of independent business system, and can interact with the buyer and the supplier, and the geographic position corresponding to the transfer warehouse can be usually arranged at a place close to the geographic position corresponding to the buyer, such as in the same city. In the prior art, the transfer bin of the logistics can not directly interact with the purchaser and can only be accessed by the logistics system. In addition, if the purchaser purchases a large quantity of goods, a warehouse can be set for the purchaser, but the set warehouse belongs to a warehouse inside the purchaser and generally cannot directly interact with logistics, and a logistics system is not needed for distributing the goods to the purchaser. Therefore, the transit warehouse provided by the embodiment of the application is different from the transit warehouse of logistics or the warehouse of a purchaser in the prior art, and the transit warehouse has an independent business system and can interact with the purchaser and the logistics respectively. Of course, for the convenience of management, most functions of the business system of the transfer bin can be embedded into the purchaser, and other parts of the functions are arranged in the transfer bin and are realized by the operation of workers on the workstation of the transfer bin.
Unlike the prior art, the supplier in the embodiment of the present application does not directly distribute the goods to the purchaser, but stores the goods in the transfer bin, and records the purchasing information in the database.
Step 202: and establishing a first supply relationship between the buyer and the transit bin, wherein the transit bin is a first sender, and the buyer is a first receiver.
Since the supplier does not directly distribute the commodities to the buyer but stores the commodities in the staging bin, in order to smoothly distribute the commodities to the buyer to meet the demand of the buyer, a supply relationship between the buyer and the staging bin needs to be established. For the sake of differentiation from other supply relationships of the subsequent embodiments, this is referred to herein as the "first supply relationship", i.e., the transfer bin is the first shipper and the purchaser is the first consignee.
In practical applications, if there are multiple buyers, such as a national supermarket chain, multiple transfer bays may be provided, and a first supply relationship between the multiple buyers and the multiple transfer bays may be established. Generally, the first provisioning relationship may be established in an administrative division. Such as: beijing has 10 chain supermarkets, 4 transfer bins; there are 8 chain supermarkets in Shanghai, and 3 transfer bins. Then, according to the geographical position relationship, a first supply relationship can be established between 10 chain supermarkets and 4 transfer warehouses in Beijing, and a first supply relationship can be established between 8 chain supermarkets and 3 transfer warehouses in Shanghai.
Step 203: and when the buyer needs replenishment, the buyer creates a first electronic order comprising the needed goods according to the first supply relation and sends the first electronic order to the transfer bin.
Step 204: and the transfer bin starts a distribution flow aiming at the first electronic order through a logistics system, and the transfer bin is used as the first goods sender to distribute the goods required by the first electronic order to the buyer serving as the first goods receiver.
The above-mentioned steps 203 and 204 are the method for the buyer to replenish the goods from the transfer bin. Since the first supply relationship is established between the buyer and the transfer bin, the transfer bin can deliver the commodities required by the buyer only by placing an order to the transfer bin. In the embodiment of the present application, the first supply relationship is different from the relationship between two parties in the ordinary transaction in the prior art, and the buyer does not purchase the goods from the transfer bin, but instructs the transfer bin to distribute the purchased goods to the buyer. Therefore, the first electronic order mentioned here corresponds to a physical distribution list, which includes the first sender, the first receiver, the desired product, and the like, and may not include information related to the transaction.
Step 205: and the purchaser updates the purchasing information in the information database according to the first electronic order.
In order to better manage the purchased commodities, the embodiment of the present application records the purchase information in the information database, which may specifically include: the purchaser, the name of the item, the code of the item, the supplier, the place where the item is stored, the purchase price, the number of items, etc. Since the commodities in the first electronic order are already transferred from the transfer bin to the buyer through distribution of the logistics system, that is, the commodity storage area and the purchasing information such as the quantity of the commodities are changed, the information database can be maintained better by updating the purchasing information in the information database.
By applying the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the transfer bin is established for the purchaser, the first electronic order between the purchaser and the transfer bin can instruct the delivery and transfer of the commodity, and the purchasing information in the information database can be updated in time according to the first electronic order. Moreover, in the online processing process of the purchasing information, the workflow under the guidance line can be indicated, namely: the supplier does not directly distribute the commodities to the buyer any more, but distributes the commodities to the transfer bin, so that the resources and the cost of the buyer can be saved. Particularly, the number of the buyers and the suppliers is large, the variety and the number of the purchased commodities are large, and the number of the arranged transfer bins can be far smaller than that of the buyers, so that the cost of the suppliers for directly distributing the commodities to the buyers is greatly reduced.
In order to better understand the embodiments of the present application, other embodiments are provided below for detailed description.
In the second embodiment of the method of the present application, it is assumed that the purchaser is a large chain supermarket, which is simply referred to as "shop owner" in the present embodiment. Such a large chain supermarket has M families, and can be distributed in various places throughout the country. Meanwhile, N families of the transfer warehouse are established for the large-scale chain supermarket, N is less than M, and M and N are natural numbers larger than 1. In addition, the embodiment of the application also establishes a unified logistics system which is simultaneously associated with the store side and the transfer bin, namely: the door shop side can interact with the logistics system, and the transfer bin can also interact with the logistics system. Similarly, the embodiment of the application also provides an information database for the store side to record the purchasing information of the purchased commodities.
Because the logistics system is a nationwide uniform service system, all the transfer bin basic information nationwide can be recorded into the logistics system. The transfer bin base information may include: the name of the transfer bin, the address of the transfer bin, the longitude and latitude of the transfer bin, a contact person of the transfer bin and a contact way of the transfer bin. In practical application, the transfer bin basic information is not limited to the information, and other information related to the transfer bin can be recorded into the logistics system according to requirements.
For the application scenario of the second embodiment of the present application, a certain store may be implemented by using the method shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 301: and establishing a transfer bin for the store party, wherein the area of the transfer bin is used for storing the commodities purchased by the store party from the supplier, and recording the purchasing information of the purchased commodities in a set information database.
This step is the same as step 201.
Step 302: and the gate shop side acquires transfer warehouse basic information, wherein the transfer warehouse basic information represents the information which is required to be provided by the first delivery side in the distribution flow.
In order to establish a supply relationship between the store side and the transfer bin, the store side can acquire transfer bin basic information in advance. As described above, in the embodiment of the present application, all the national transfer base information has been entered into the logistics system, so that the store can access the logistics system to obtain the transfer base information, and the method specifically may be:
a. and the door shop side takes the preset door shop side bin number as an entrance parameter to inquire the logistics system, and the logistics system acquires the corresponding logistics side bin number according to the door shop side bin number.
b. And the logistics system inquires corresponding transfer bin basic information according to the logistics square bin number.
c. And the logistics system returns the basic information of the inquired transfer bin to the buyer.
In practical application, because the store side and the logistics system are independent business systems, the transfer bin number on one side of the store side may be different from the transfer bin number on one side of the logistics system, and the logistics system needs to convert the store side bin number in the entrance parameter into the logistics side bin number and then inquire corresponding transfer bin basic information. Here, the store-side transfer bin number is a "store-side bin number", and the logistics system-side transfer bin number is a "logistics bin number". After the gateway shop side acquires the basic information of the transfer bin, the basic information of the transfer bin can be stored in an information database of the gateway shop side for maintenance.
Step 303: a first supply relationship between a store party and a transfer bin is established, wherein the transfer bin is a first shipper and the store party is a first consignee.
This step is the same as step 202. Similarly, the store side in the embodiment of the present application selects an appropriate transfer bin within the coverage of the store side according to actual needs. Such as: a store party in beijing selects one or more staging bays also located in beijing, and a store party in shanghai selects one or more staging bays also located in shanghai. If a store in Beijing selects a staging bay in Shanghai, the shipping time is obviously very inefficient.
After the first supply relationship between the store party and the transfer bin is established, the store party needs to maintain the first supply relationship. If the first supply relation established by the system is changed, the system can be updated, modified or deleted in time.
Step 304: and synchronizing the existing store basic information of the store side to the logistics system, wherein the store basic information represents information required by the store side as a first goods receiver in the distribution flow.
In order to facilitate the logistics system to accurately perform distribution, information required when the store side is the first consignee needs to be provided to the logistics system. The door shop side is the buyer; the store basic information, that is, the purchaser basic information, may include information such as a store name, a store address, a store longitude and latitude, a store contact, and a store contact method. In practical applications, the store side may also record the store basic information of the store side in the information database.
Step 305: and synchronizing the acquired transfer bin basic information to the logistics system, wherein the transfer bin basic information represents information required by the first delivery party in the distribution process.
Similarly, in order to facilitate the logistics system to accurately distribute, the information required when the transfer bin is used as the first delivery party needs to be provided to the logistics system. The transfer bin basic information can comprise information such as a transfer bin name, a transfer bin address, a transfer bin longitude and latitude, a transfer bin contact person and a transfer bin contact way, and is recorded in the information database.
Step 306: and synchronizing the commodity basic information of the supplier to a logistics system, wherein the commodity basic information represents information required to be provided when the supplier provides commodities.
In addition to providing the first shipper as a starting point and the first consignee as an ending point at the time of distribution, basic information on the distributed commodities needs to be provided. The commodity basic information may include commodity name, commodity code, storehouse ID number, supplier name, supplier ID number, supplier contact, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, a door shop side (i.e. a purchaser) is a B-side for a large amount of commodities, and most of the commodities to be purchased are commodities of a supplier with an established purchasing relationship, so that basic information of the commodities can be entered in an information database of the door shop side in advance, so as to facilitate subsequent use.
In addition, since the door shop and the logistics system are two independent business systems, the goods codes set for the same kind of goods may be different. The product code, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), is an identifier used to distinguish different products. In order to accurately position the commodity, the logistics system needs to map the two commodity codes and establish a corresponding relationship.
The steps 304-306 are steps of synchronizing the store basic information, the transfer store basic information and the commodity basic information to the logistics system respectively, and the synchronizing time has no strict sequence, so long as the synchronizing is performed to the logistics system before the subsequent ordering step. The method for synchronizing the store basic information, the transfer store basic information and the commodity basic information to the logistics system by the store side can be at least two methods as follows: firstly, storing basic information of stores, basic information of transit warehouses and basic information of commodities in an information database, and acquiring the basic information by a logistics system through accessing the information database; and secondly, sending the basic information of the store, the basic information of the transit warehouse and the basic information of the commodities to a logistics system through an interface arranged between the store and the logistics system.
Step 307: when the store side needs replenishment, the store side creates a first electronic order including the needed goods according to the first supply relation, and sends the first electronic order to the transfer bin.
The step is that the store sends order instructions to the transfer bin. Since the first supply relationship has already been established between the store side and the transfer store, the store side of this step can select an appropriate transfer store having a supply relationship as a source of restocking. In addition, the goods in the transit warehouse are purchased by the store side, and the first electronic order can be regarded as an internal delivery order instead of a purchase order without paying again.
In practical application, when the store side creates the first electronic order, the staff can also check the first electronic order, and when the check is passed, a formal order is generated and sent to the transfer bin.
Step 308: and starting a distribution flow aiming at the first electronic order by the transfer bin through a logistics system, taking the transfer bin as a first goods-sending party, and distributing the goods required by the first electronic order to a store party as a first goods-receiving party.
Because the logistics system has store basic information, transfer store basic information and commodity basic information in step, wherein: the store basic information comprises store names, store addresses, store longitude and latitude, store contacts, store contact ways and other information, and the logistics system can determine a goods receiving place and a goods receiver; the transfer bin basic information comprises information such as a transfer bin name, a transfer bin address, a transfer bin longitude and latitude, a transfer bin contact person and a transfer bin contact way, and the logistics system can determine a delivery place and a delivery person; the commodity basic information comprises commodity names, commodity codes, warehouse ID numbers, supplier names, supplier ID numbers, supplier contacts, supplier contact ways and other information, and the logistics system can determine the information of specific commodities to be delivered and which warehouse is located in the transfer warehouse. Of course, the first electronic order further needs to include other information, such as the number of commodities, and the like, which is not described herein again. In a word, staff of the transit warehouse can completely prepare commodities needed by the store according to the first electronic order, so that the logistics system can conveniently pack and deliver the commodities to the store.
In addition, the shop owner is a B terminal aiming at a large number of commodities, the arrival time can be reserved, and the logistics system can pick up and deliver the commodities at the reserved time so as to improve the served experience of the shop owner. Further, the store side can also reserve a goods arrival period, and the logistics system can deliver goods for the store side periodically so as to further improve the served experience of the store side.
Step 309: the door shop side updates the purchasing information in the information database according to the first electronic order.
After receiving the goods delivered by the logistics system, the store side can place the received goods on the shelves in the store for sale. At this time, the transfer room may transmit information that the delivery was successful to the store side, and the store side knows that the first electronic order has been executed, may create a pick-up order, and close the first electronic order, such as setting its status to "closed". For better management, the shop owner also needs to update the purchasing information in the information database, for example, the quantity of the commodities in the transfer bin is subtracted from the quantity of the commodities in the first electronic order to obtain the latest quantity of the commodities in the transfer bin.
The second purchasing information processing method in the embodiment of the present application describes in detail that the purchased commodities are stored in the transfer warehouse for the store (a certain large chain supermarket), the store basic information, the transfer warehouse basic information, and the commodity basic information are synchronized to the logistics system, and the logistics system delivers the commodities from the transfer warehouse to the store side when replenishment is needed. In addition, the second embodiment of the application synchronizes the basic information of the store, the basic information of the transfer warehouse and the basic information of the commodities to the logistics system, so that the logistics system can more conveniently acquire the basic information of the first goods-sending party and the first goods-receiving party, and can accurately deliver the commodities.
In practical application, when the initial state of the quantity of the commodities in the transit bin is empty or the commodities in the transit bin need to be restocked, the method can be processed in the following manner. The method in the third embodiment of the present application can be implemented based on the other embodiments described above. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of the method of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: and establishing a second supply relationship between the transfer bin and a supplier, wherein the supplier is a second shipper, and the transfer bin is a second consignee.
Unlike the above embodiments, the supplier in the embodiment of the present application is the role of the shipper, and the transfer warehouse is the role of the consignee. Similar to the above embodiments, the transfer chamber in the embodiment of the present application selects an appropriate supplier within its coverage area according to actual needs. After establishing the second supply relationship between the transfer bin and the supplier, the store side needs to maintain the second supply relationship while recording information such as the arrival period and the purchase price. If the established second supply relation is changed, the second supply relation is updated, modified or deleted in time. This step may be implemented when the first provisioning relationship is established in the above embodiments.
Step 402: and when the transfer bin needs replenishment, the purchaser creates a second electronic order including the required goods according to the second supply relation and sends the second electronic order to the supplier.
Step 403: the supplier serves as a second goods sender and distributes the goods required by the second electronic order to the transfer bin serving as a second goods receiver.
The above steps 402 and 403 are the implementation method of the transfer bin replenishment from the supplier. Since the second supply relationship has been established between the supplier and the transfer bin, the supplier can deliver the goods required by the transfer bin as long as an order is placed to the supplier. In the embodiment of the present application, the second supply relationship is different from the relationship between two parties in the ordinary transaction in the prior art, the transfer bin does not directly purchase the goods from the supplier, but the transfer bin is purchased by the purchaser, but the transfer bin serves as a second consignee to receive the goods from the supplier. The second electronic order here may be understood as a purchase order, including the second sender, the second receiver and the desired goods, and may also include transaction related information.
In practical application, when the store side creates the second electronic order, the staff can also audit the second electronic order, and when the audit is passed, the formal order is generated and sent to the supplier. The supplier may use the same logistics system as in the above embodiment for distribution, or may use another separate logistics system, as long as the second electronic order is distributed to the transfer bin. Similarly, the transfer bin of the embodiment of the present application may also reserve the arrival time, and the supplier delivers the second electronic order to the transfer bin according to the reserved time. After the supplier successfully delivers the goods to the transfer bin, the delivery success information can be sent to the store side. The storefront knows that the second electronic order has been executed and can also close the second electronic order, such as setting its status to "closed". For better management, the shop owner also needs to update the purchasing information in the information database, for example, the quantity of the commodities in the transfer bin is added to the quantity of the commodities in the second electronic order to obtain the latest quantity of the commodities in the transfer bin.
Step 404: the purchaser updates the procurement information in the information database according to the second electronic order.
Also, since the goods in the second electronic order are already delivered to the transfer bin by delivery, that is, the purchasing information such as the number of goods is changed, the information database can be maintained better by updating the purchasing information in the information database.
By applying the scheme of the third embodiment of the application, the store side not only establishes the first supply relationship, but also establishes the second supply relationship. When the transfer bin needs replenishment, the store side creates a second electronic order, and purchases commodities from the supplier to replenish the source of the transfer bin, so that subsequent replenishment from the transfer bin is facilitated.
The application also discloses a system embodiment for processing the purchasing information. Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a first embodiment of the system of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a purchaser 101, a transfer bin 102, a logistics system 103, an information database 104, and a supplier 105. Wherein:
a buyer 101 for establishing a first supply relationship between the buyer 101 and a transfer bin 102, wherein the transfer bin 102 is a first shipper and the buyer 101 is a first consignee; when replenishment is needed, a first electronic order including the needed goods is created according to a first supply relation, and the first electronic order is sent to the transfer bin 102; and updating the purchasing information in the information database according to the first electronic order.
