Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for determining abnormal information, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of computers. Technical Field

Background
In the WEB application, due to the network environment used by a user, the software and hardware device environment, the service pressure and the like, various abnormal conditions are easy to occur to the WEB application, and the abnormality of the WEB application can cause the problems that an application page is blocked, the function cannot be realized, and even the whole application is broken down. In order to conveniently and timely find and solve the page abnormality, information when the page is abnormal is usually determined. The current method for determining page abnormal information is to collect abnormal information when a page is abnormal and display the abnormal information in a text description mode.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:

One embodiment of the above invention has the following advantages or benefits: in the embodiment of the invention, when the page operation is triggered, the client determines and stores the operation picture and the attribute information corresponding to the page operation, so that the page content during each page operation can be recorded in the client through the operation picture; when the page is abnormal, the client side can send the page information set comprising the operation picture and the attribute information to the server side, so that the operation picture corresponding to the page operation can be determined according to the page information set, and the server side can determine the abnormal information according to the operation picture corresponding to the page operation and the attribute information of the operation picture. In the embodiment of the invention, the client records the operation picture and the attribute information corresponding to the page content when the page operation is executed each time, and when the page is abnormal, the server can intuitively and accurately restore the page content change condition when the page is abnormal according to the operation picture of the page operation and the time information, so that the abnormal information of the page is determined by the operation picture, the page abnormality can be accurately positioned, the page abnormality can be accurately and quickly processed, and the efficiency of processing the page abnormality is improved.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention provides a system for determining abnormal information, which can be used for determining scenes of abnormal information determination of pages, such as abnormal information determination of pages of web applications and the like. In the embodiment of the invention, the system can comprise a client and a server, and the client and the server can exchange data. In the embodiment of the invention, the client can monitor page operation and page abnormity, namely, page operation triggered by a page and occurring page abnormity can be detected, page content is recorded by operating pictures when the page operation is triggered, and information such as the operating pictures and the like is sent to the server when the occurring page abnormity occurs. An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining exception information, which may be executed by a client, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps.
S101: when the page operation of the page is triggered, according to the page content corresponding to the page operation, determining the operation picture corresponding to the page operation and the attribute information of the operation picture, and storing the operation picture and the attribute information of the operation picture.
The client can configure a monitoring script of the page operation to detect the page operation of the page. In the embodiment of the invention, the client records the operation picture and the attribute information corresponding to the page content when the page operation is executed each time, and when the page is abnormal, the server can intuitively and accurately restore the page content change condition when the page is abnormal according to the operation picture of the page operation and the time information, so that the abnormal information of the page can be accurately positioned by determining the abnormal information of the page through the operation picture, the page abnormality can be accurately and quickly processed, and the efficiency of processing the page abnormality is improved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the attribute information may include a transmission identifier. The stored attribute information stores the identifiers of all the operation pictures, so that the identifier set comprises the identifiers of all the stored operation pictures, and thus the server can acquire the corresponding operation pictures according to the identifier set, and further the comprehensiveness of determining the abnormal information can be ensured.
After the number of the stored operation pictures is set by the client, the operation pictures stored by the client are generally the operation pictures corresponding to the page operation which is close to the abnormal condition of the page, so that the identification set comprises the identification of the stored operation pictures, and the server can comprehensively and accurately determine the abnormal information.
S202: and screening and sending the operation pictures to be sent which are not sent from the stored operation pictures.
In order to avoid repeated sending of the operation pictures, the operation pictures which are not sent to the server can be screened by the sending identification of each operation picture, namely, the sending identification is the operation pictures to be sent which are not sent, and the operation pictures to be sent are the operation pictures which need to be sent to the server at this time.
S203: and determining the operation picture to be sent as an operation picture set.
The operation picture set includes an operation picture to be sent, and the attribute information set also needs to include attribute information of the operation picture to be sent, such as an identifier and time information of the operation picture to be sent.
In the embodiment of the invention, the identifier set comprises the identifiers of the operation pictures included in the stored operation pictures, so that the server can acquire all the operation pictures, the operation picture set comprises the operation pictures to be sent, and the data sent by the client to the server can be reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining exception information, which may be executed by a server, as shown in fig. 3, and the method includes the following steps.
S301: and receiving a page information set sent by the client.
The page information set is sent by the client when the page detects an abnormality, and may include an operation picture set of a page operation corresponding to the page and an attribute information set of the operation picture.
When a page is abnormal, the client can send a page information set to the server, wherein the page information set comprises an operation picture of page content corresponding to page operation recorded by the client and attribute information of the operation picture. The page information set is sent by the client when the client detects that the page is abnormal, so that the client stores the operation picture and the attribute information when the page is abnormal, namely the client stores the operation picture and the attribute information when the page is abnormal and before the page is abnormal, and the server can determine the abnormal information of the page according to the page information set.
S302: and determining the target operation picture and time information corresponding to the target operation picture according to the page information set.
The page operation is the page operation when the page in the client is abnormal or before the page is abnormal, so the operation pictures corresponding to the page operation can be used for determining the abnormal information, and the step can acquire a plurality of target operation pictures corresponding to the page operation and the time information corresponding to each target operation picture according to the page information set.
Specifically, the attribute information set includes an identification set of the target operation picture and time information of the operation picture in the operation picture set.
The identification set may be a set of corresponding identifications of the target operation picture. The identification set is sent by the client when the client detects that the page is abnormal, so that the identification set is an identification set of the operation pictures stored by the client when the page is abnormal, namely the identification set of the operation pictures stored by the client when and before the page is abnormal, and the operation pictures stored by the client when and before the page is abnormal are probably related to the page, so that the server can acquire the target operation picture corresponding to the identification in the identification set and the time information of the target operation picture through the identification set.
The attribute information set may further include time information of the operation picture.
The operation picture set sent by the client may include all the operation pictures stored by the client, and at this time, the server may determine all the target operation pictures from the operation picture set according to the identifier set and determine time information of all the target operation pictures from the attribute information set. However, in order to avoid repeatedly sending the operation pictures that have been sent to the server, the operation picture set sent by the client may only include the operation pictures that have not been sent to the server and the information of the operation pictures, and at this time, the operation picture set does not include operation pictures corresponding to all the identifier sets, and the server needs to determine the target operation picture and the time information of the target operation picture by combining the stored operation picture set.
So this step can be specifically performed as: judging whether the operation picture set comprises all operation pictures corresponding to the identifiers in the identifier set; if so, determining a target operation picture from the operation picture set according to the identification set; if not, determining a target operation picture from the operation picture set and a stored operation picture set according to the identification set, wherein the stored operation picture set is sent by the client.
It should be noted that the stored operation picture set is an operation picture set sent by the client before step S301, that is, an operation picture set sent when a page exception occurs before the page exception of this time, and the server may store the operation picture set, that is, the stored operation picture set, and also include attribute information of each operation picture in the stored operation picture set.
S303: and determining abnormal information of page abnormity according to the target operation pictures and the time information corresponding to each target operation picture.
After the target operation pictures are obtained, the sequence of the target operation pictures can be determined according to the time information corresponding to the target operation pictures, and then the display sequence of the page content corresponding to the target operation pictures can be determined, so that the abnormal information of the page can be determined from the target operation pictures.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to determine the abnormal information more conveniently and intuitively, the step may be specifically executed as: generating video information according to the target operation pictures and the time information corresponding to each target operation picture; and determining abnormal information of page abnormality according to the video information.
After the target operation pictures are obtained, the sequence of the target operation pictures can be determined according to the time information corresponding to the target operation pictures, and then video information consisting of the target operation pictures, namely the video information reflecting the display change of the page content, can be generated. The video information can truly and accurately represent the change condition of the page content when and before the page abnormity occurs, so that the abnormal information of the page abnormity is determined through the video information.
Specifically, this step may be specifically executed as: determining the arrangement sequence of the wood template operation pictures and the time interval between the operation pictures adjacent in the sequence according to the time information corresponding to each target operation picture; and generating video information according to the arrangement sequence and the time interval.
Sequencing the target operation pictures according to the respective time information can determine the display sequence of the page content corresponding to each target operation picture. However, the time intervals between the target operation pictures are different, and in order to truly and accurately represent the change situation of the page display content, the time intervals between the target operation pictures which are sequentially adjacent can be respectively calculated, and then the time intervals are inserted into the corresponding adjacent target operation pictures, so that the video information can truly and accurately represent the change situation of the page content when and before the page abnormity occurs.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a corresponding identifier may be generated for each page exception, and then a corresponding relationship between video information and the identifier is stored, so as to facilitate subsequent operations such as query. In the embodiment of the invention, after the server generates the video information, the video information can be uploaded to the video server, and the video display platform can inquire and play the video information through the video server to determine, position and process the abnormal information.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the page abnormality occurs, the server side can generate the video information according to the operation picture of the page operation sent by the client side, namely, the page content change condition when the page abnormality occurs is intuitively and accurately restored through the video information, so that the page abnormality can be accurately positioned by backtracking the abnormal information of the page through the video information, the page abnormality can be accurately and quickly processed, and the efficiency of processing the page abnormality is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the page operation in the abnormal situation can be restored through the operation picture, so that the method is more intuitive, is convenient for problem reproduction, quickly positions the abnormal problem and improves the abnormal solving efficiency. And the client can determine the operation picture embodying the page content through the WebWorker, so that page jamming caused by blocking page rendering is avoided. In addition, the client does not need to repeatedly send the operation pictures, so that the transmitted information amount is reduced, and the flow is saved. The embodiment of the invention realizes the perfect restoration of 'the site of the abnormal page' through the video information, is convenient for quickly positioning and solving the problem, and ensures the reliable and stable operation of the application.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 400 for determining abnormal information, which is disposed at a client, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 400 includes:
a determining unit 401, configured to determine, when a page operation of a page is triggered, an operation picture corresponding to the page operation and attribute information of the operation picture according to page content corresponding to the page operation;
a storage unit 402 configured to store the operation picture and attribute information of the operation picture;
the determining unit 401 is further configured to determine a page information set according to the stored operation picture and the attribute information of the operation picture when the page is abnormal, where the page information set includes an operation picture set and an attribute information set;
a sending unit 403, configured to send the page information set to a server.
It should be understood that the manner of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manner of implementing the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the description thereof is omitted.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the attribute information includes an identifier and time information of the operation picture;
the determining unit 401 is specifically configured to:
determining an operation picture corresponding to the page operation and time information of the operation picture according to the page content;
and generating an identifier of the operation picture according to the operation picture and the time information.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit 401 is specifically configured to:
and determining the operation picture and the time information of the operation picture according to the page content corresponding to the page operation according to a preset period from the triggering of the page operation until the page operation is finished.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the attribute information further includes a sending identifier;
the storage unit 402 is specifically configured to:
storing the identification of the operation picture and the time information of the operation picture;
and storing the sending identifier of the operation picture as unsent.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the attribute information set includes an identifier set of an operation picture;
the determining unit 401 is specifically configured to:
determining the identifier of the stored operation picture as the identifier set;
determining a stored operation picture as the operation picture set; or,
and determining the sending operation picture with the sending identification as non-sending in the stored operation pictures as the operation picture set.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus 400 further includes:
and the updating unit is used for updating the sending identification of the operation pictures in the operation picture set to be sent.
It should be understood that the embodiment of the present invention is implemented in the same manner as the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and is not repeated herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the client records the operation picture corresponding to the page content and the attribute information of the operation picture when the page operation is executed each time, and the operation picture and the attribute information can be sent to the server when the page is abnormal, so that the server can visually and accurately restore the page content change condition when the page is abnormal according to the operation picture of the page operation, and the abnormal information of the page can be determined, so that the page abnormality can be accurately positioned, the page abnormality can be accurately and quickly processed, and the efficiency of processing the page abnormality is improved.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 500 for determining abnormal information, which is disposed at a server side, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 includes:
a receiving unit 501, configured to receive a page information set sent by a client, where the page information set is sent by the client when a page is abnormal, and the page information set includes an operation picture set of a page operation corresponding to the page and an attribute information set of the operation picture;
a determining unit 502, configured to determine a target operation picture and time information corresponding to the target operation picture according to the page information set;
the determining unit 502 is further configured to determine abnormal information of the page abnormality according to the target operation picture and the time information corresponding to the target operation picture.
It should be understood that the manner of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manner of implementing the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and the description thereof is omitted.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit 502 is specifically configured to:
generating video information according to the target operation picture and time information corresponding to the target operation picture;
and determining abnormal information of the page abnormality according to the video information.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit 502 is specifically configured to:
determining the arrangement sequence of the target operation pictures and the time interval between the operation pictures adjacent in sequence according to the time information corresponding to the target operation pictures;
and generating the video information according to the arrangement sequence and the time interval.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the attribute information set includes an identifier set of a target operation picture and time information of an operation picture in the operation picture set;
the determining unit 502 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the operation picture set comprises all operation pictures corresponding to the identifiers in the identifier set or not;
if so, determining the target operation picture from the operation picture set according to the identification set;
if not, determining the target operation picture from the operation picture set and a stored operation picture set according to the identification set, wherein the stored operation picture set is sent by the client.
It should be understood that the manner of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manner of implementing the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and the description thereof is omitted.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the page abnormality occurs, the server can intuitively and accurately restore the page content change condition when the page abnormality occurs according to the page operation picture sent by the client, so that the abnormal information of the page is determined, the page abnormality can be accurately positioned, the page abnormality can be accurately and quickly processed, and the efficiency of processing the page abnormality is improved.
The invention also provides an electronic device and a readable storage medium according to the embodiment of the invention.
The electronic device of the present invention includes: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; the memory stores instructions executable by the processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to execute the method for determining the exception information provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary system architecture 600 to which the determination method of the abnormality information or the determination apparatus of the abnormality information of the embodiment of the present invention can be applied.
As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture 600 may include terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604, and a server 605. The network 604 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. Network 604 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 to interact with the server 605 via the network 604 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may have various client applications installed thereon, such as a shopping-type application, a web browser application, a search-type application, and the like (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 605 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 601, 602, 603. The backend management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the method for determining the abnormal information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 605, and accordingly, the apparatus for determining the abnormal information is generally disposed in the server 605. The method for determining the abnormal information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the terminal devices 601, 602, and 603, and accordingly, the device for determining the abnormal information is generally disposed in the terminal devices 601, 602, and 603.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 7, a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention is shown. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 7 is only an example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are also stored. The CPU 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a unit, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. Claims (14)
1. A method for determining abnormal information is used for a client and comprises the following steps:
when page operation of a page is triggered, determining an operation picture corresponding to the page operation and attribute information of the operation picture according to page content corresponding to the page operation, and storing the operation picture and the attribute information of the operation picture;
when the page is abnormal, determining a page information set according to the stored operation picture and the attribute information of the operation picture, wherein the page information set comprises an operation picture set and an attribute information set;
and sending the page information set to a server.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the attribute information includes identification of the operation picture and time information;
the determining, according to the page content corresponding to the page operation, the operation picture corresponding to the page operation and the attribute information of the operation picture includes:
determining an operation picture corresponding to the page operation and time information of the operation picture according to the page content;
and generating an identifier of the operation picture according to the operation picture and the time information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, according to the page content, an operation picture corresponding to the page operation and time information of the operation picture comprises:
and determining the operation picture and the time information of the operation picture according to the page content corresponding to the page operation according to a preset period from the triggering of the page operation until the page operation is finished.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the attribute information further comprises a transmission identifier;
the storing of the attribute information of the operation picture includes:
storing the identification of the operation picture and the time information of the operation picture;
and storing the sending identifier of the operation picture as unsent.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the set of attribute information comprises an identified set of operation pictures;
determining a page information set according to the stored operation and the attribute information of the operation picture, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
determining the identifier of the stored operation picture as the identifier set;
determining a stored operation picture as the operation picture set; or,
and determining the sending operation picture with the sending identification as non-sending in the stored operation pictures as the operation picture set.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after said sending the set of page information to a server:
and updating the sending identification of the operation pictures in the operation picture set to be sent.
7. A method for determining abnormal information is used for a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving a page information set sent by a client, wherein the page information set is sent by the client when a page is abnormal, and the page information set comprises an operation picture set of a page operation corresponding to the page and an attribute information set of the operation picture;
determining a target operation picture and time information corresponding to the target operation picture according to the page information set;
and determining abnormal information of the page abnormality according to the target operation picture and the time information corresponding to the target operation picture.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the determining the abnormal information of the page abnormality according to the target operation picture and the time information corresponding to the target operation picture comprises:
generating video information according to the target operation picture and time information corresponding to the target operation picture;
and determining abnormal information of the page abnormality according to the video information.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the generating video information according to the target operation picture and the time information corresponding to the target operation picture comprises:
determining the arrangement sequence of the target operation pictures and the time interval between the operation pictures adjacent in sequence according to the time information corresponding to the target operation pictures;
and generating the video information according to the arrangement sequence and the time interval.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the attribute information set comprises an identification set of target operation pictures and time information of operation pictures in the operation picture set;
determining target operation pictures and time information corresponding to each target operation picture according to the page information set, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
judging whether the operation picture set comprises all operation pictures corresponding to the identifiers in the identifier set or not;
if so, determining the target operation picture from the operation picture set according to the identification set;
if not, determining the target operation picture from the operation picture set and a stored operation picture set according to the identification set, wherein the stored operation picture set is sent by the client.
11. An apparatus for determining abnormal information, provided at a client, includes:
the device comprises a determining unit and a processing unit, wherein the determining unit is used for determining an operation picture corresponding to a page operation and attribute information of the operation picture according to the page content corresponding to the page operation when the page operation of a page is triggered;
the storage unit is used for storing the operation picture and the attribute information of the operation picture;
the determining unit is further configured to determine a page information set according to the stored operation pictures and the attribute information of the operation pictures when the page is abnormal, where the page information set includes an operation picture set and an attribute information set;
and the sending unit is used for sending the page information set to a server.
12. The device for determining abnormal information, which is arranged at a server side, comprises:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a page information set sent by a client, the page information set is sent by the client when a page is abnormal, and the page information set comprises an operation picture set of a page operation corresponding to the page and an attribute information set of the operation picture;
the determining unit is used for determining a target operation picture and time information corresponding to the target operation picture according to the page information set;
and the determining unit is further used for determining abnormal information of the page abnormity according to the target operation picture and the time information corresponding to the target operation picture.

when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-10.
