Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a voice call according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method is applied to a terminal, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step 101: determining a current state of a screen when a voice call is received;
step 102: and when the current state is the locking state, hiding the call information of the voice call.
Here, the terminal may be a mobile terminal, a desktop computer, an intelligent home device, or the like; the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer; the intelligent household equipment can be a television and the like. It will be appreciated that the terminal may comprise all electronic devices that can receive voice calls.
It should be noted that the voice call is not limited to the conventional voice call provided by the operator, but may also be a voice call of social software installed in the terminal, such as a QQ voice call, a wechat voice call, and the like.
Here, the current state of the screen is a locked state including: and (5) a screen locking state. In the lock screen state, the terminal can only receive a specific operation, wherein the specific operation may be, for example, a volume adjustment operation, or may be an input operation for unlocking, and the like, but an operation other than the specific operation, for example, an opening operation of application software, cannot be detected.
Generally, a terminal reduces a phenomenon of misoperation of the terminal by a user without operating the terminal in a screen locking state.
In addition, in some embodiments, the terminal is in the screen-locked state, and the state of the unlocked screen needs to be entered through an input operation for unlocking, for example, by inputting predetermined unlocking information or the like. Here, the unlocking information may include: a password preset by a user to which the terminal belongs or a preset biological characteristic and the like. Therefore, random operation of a user to which the non-terminal belongs to the terminal is reduced, and privacy protection of the terminal is enhanced.
Here, the call information includes: one or more of the name, number information, the owner or avatar of the caller, and the like of the caller, wherein the number information comprises: phone number information or social software number information, etc.
In the embodiment, the current state of the screen is determined when the voice call is received, and the call information of the voice call is hidden when the current state is the locking state, so that the leakage of the call information of the voice call is reduced, and the privacy of a user to which the terminal belongs to the voice call is effectively protected.
For example, in some scenarios, when the user to which the terminal belongs is not near the terminal, or the terminal is lost, or when the user to which the terminal belongs is in a scene with many people and the user to which the terminal belongs does not want to let others see the call information of the current voice call. Through the mode of the embodiment, namely, through the mode of hiding the call information of the voice call when the voice call is received but the terminal is in the locking state, the call information can be hidden during locking so as to reduce the call information that other people peep at the current voice call, thereby protecting the technical effect of privacy of the user to which the terminal belongs and being beneficial to user experience.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flow chart illustrating a method for processing a voice call according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further comprising:
step 201: when the current state is the locking state, collecting biological characteristics;
step 202: determining whether the biometric characteristic matches a predetermined biometric characteristic;
step 102, namely, hiding the call information of the voice call, may further include:
step 1021: hiding call information for the voice call when the biometric does not match the predetermined biometric.
Here, the biometric features may include: at least one of fingerprint features, palm print features, face features, iris features, and vein features.
The predetermined biometric feature is preset in the terminal device for verifying the acquired biometric feature, and may be at least one of a fingerprint feature, a palm print feature, a face feature, an iris feature, and a vein feature.
It can be understood that the user may set a predetermined biometric feature in the terminal in advance, so that the terminal may verify the collected biometric feature by using the predetermined biometric feature, and when the verification fails, that is, when the biometric feature is inconsistent with the predetermined biometric feature, the call information of the voice call is hidden.
It should be noted that the predetermined biometric features may be one or more, and are not limited to what kind of biometric features are combined. For example, the predetermined biometric features may be fingerprint features of two different fingers of the user, or one fingerprint feature and one face feature.
In some embodiments, hiding the call information of the voice call when the biometric is inconsistent with the predetermined biometric comprises: when one of the collected plurality of the biological characteristics is inconsistent with the preset biological characteristic, the calling information of the voice calling is hidden.
In this embodiment, the terminal requires that the plurality of biometrics characteristics are matched and consistent with the plurality of corresponding predetermined biometrics characteristics, and then the authentication is passed, so that the security of the terminal for the voice call can be further protected.
In the embodiment, whether the biological characteristics are consistent with the preset biological characteristics is determined through the identification of the biological characteristics, and when the biological characteristics are inconsistent with the preset biological characteristics, the fact that the user using the biological characteristics identification at present is probably not the user of the terminal is indicated, so that the calling information of the voice calling is still hidden. Therefore, under the condition that the terminal is not on the hand of the user to which the terminal belongs, the leakage of the call information of the voice call can be reduced, and the privacy of the user to which the terminal belongs for the voice call is further effectively protected, so that a lawbreaker can be prevented from cheating a calling party by utilizing the identity of the user to which the terminal belongs based on the call information of the voice call.
In other embodiments, the method further comprises:
and when the biological characteristics are matched and consistent with the preset biological characteristics, displaying the calling information of the voice calling.
In addition, in the case that there are a plurality of the predetermined biometrics characteristics, the displaying the call information of the voice call when the biometrics characteristics match the predetermined biometrics characteristics includes: and when the collected plurality of biological characteristics are matched with the corresponding plurality of preset biological characteristics, displaying the calling information of the voice calling. In the present embodiment, the security of the call information of the terminal for the voice call is further protected by multiple authentications of a plurality of predetermined biometrics.
In this embodiment, when the biometric characteristic is consistent with the predetermined biometric characteristic, it indicates that the user currently holding the terminal is the user to whom the terminal belongs, and the user to whom the terminal belongs sees the call information of the voice call conveniently, so the call information of the voice call is displayed.
It is to be added that the predetermined biometric characteristic may be the same as or different from the biometric characteristic set for unlocking the terminal screen.
In some embodiments, when the predetermined biometric characteristic is the same as a biometric characteristic set for unlocking the terminal screen, the method further includes: maintaining the locked state of the screen when receiving a voice call if the currently received biometric matches the predetermined biometric.
It can be understood that, when the terminal receives a voice call, the system will automatically block the biometric authentication process for unlocking the screen, and initiate the biometric authentication process for displaying or not displaying the call information of the voice call. Further, after the voice call of the terminal is finished, if the received biological characteristics are matched with the preset biological characteristics in a consistent manner, the screen is controlled to enter an unlocking state, and therefore the terminal is ensured to switch between two different verifications according to the same biological characteristics.
In other embodiments, the method further comprises:
determining whether a calling party of the voice call belongs to a protected list range;
the hiding the call information of the voice call comprises:
and when the calling party belongs to the range of the protection list, hiding the calling information of the voice call.
Here, the protection list is preset by the user of the terminal, and may be family or friend of the user to which the terminal belongs, or a calling party that any user to which the terminal belongs wants to protect.
In this embodiment, only when the calling party of the voice call is within the range of the protection list, the calling party of the voice call is protected, so that personalized setting of the terminal belonging to the user for protecting the call information of the voice call is realized, and user experience is improved. Meanwhile, when the calling party of the voice call is not in the protection list range, for example, when a stranger calls in, the user of the terminal can visually see the call information of the stranger, so that the user of the terminal can be helped to judge whether to answer the call, and the user experience is also improved.
It should be added that the setting mode of the protection list is various.
In some embodiments, the protected list may be set by adding contacts that may be placed in a voice call to the page on which the protected list is located.
In other embodiments, the setting of the protection list may also be determined by tag information of a contact of the voice call, for example, a user may preset that all contacts tagged as family are set as contacts in the protection list. By the method, the protection list can be set quickly, and when a new contact person is added subsequently, the protection list does not need to be set additionally, and only the label needs to be added.
In other embodiments, the method further comprises:
and when the current state is the unlocking state, displaying the calling information of the voice call.
Here, when the current state is the unlock state, it may be indicated that the user currently holding the terminal can unlock the terminal, and it is indicated that the user currently holding the terminal is the user to which the terminal belongs, so that call information does not need to be protected, the user to which the terminal belongs can know the call information of the voice call conveniently, and user experience is improved.
In other embodiments, the method further comprises:
when the current state is the locking state, determining whether the terminal meets a preset condition;
the hiding the call information of the voice call comprises:
and when the terminal meets the preset condition, hiding the call information of the voice call.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a scenario of a voice call processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 3, the preset condition includes: the terminal detects an opening instruction for a first preset control in the setting page 31, where the first preset control is a control for starting voice call privacy protection. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, after the first preset control is turned on, an identification module for performing biometric identification may be turned on by default, where the identification module may be at least one of a fingerprint sensor, an image collector, and a vein collector, for example.
In still other embodiments, the determining whether the preset condition is satisfied includes:
detecting current scene information of a terminal, and determining the number of human faces in a preset range of the terminal;
when the number of the human faces is larger than a number threshold, determining that the terminal meets the preset condition;
and when the number of the human faces is smaller than or equal to a number threshold, determining that the terminal does not meet the preset condition.
Here, the terminal detects the number of faces within a preset range of the terminal in a current scene of the terminal by turning on an image collector, such as a camera, based on a face recognition technology. And when the number of the human faces is larger than a number threshold, determining that the terminal meets the preset condition, and when the number of the human faces is smaller than or equal to the number threshold, determining that the terminal does not meet the preset condition. The terminal can automatically detect the number of the faces in the current scene to determine whether the current scene is a scene with more people, if the scene with more people is detected, the call information of the voice call needs to be protected when the voice call is received, and in the scene with less people, the call information of the voice call does not need to be protected, so that the intelligence of the terminal for protecting the call information is improved.
It should be added that the setting of the number threshold may be set according to the requirements of the user to which the terminal belongs, for example, some people may want to protect the call information of the voice call as long as a third person is present, in which case, the number threshold may be set to 2; in a scenario where some people consider more than ten people present to be more than a person, the number threshold may be set to 10.
In other embodiments, in order to avoid that the call information of the voice call can be intelligently protected when the third person is present, the determining whether the terminal satisfies the preset condition may further include:
detecting current scene information of the terminal, and determining face information within a preset range of the terminal;
determining whether the face information contains face information other than preset face information;
and if the face information except the preset face information is not contained, determining that the preset condition is met.
In this embodiment, as long as a third person other than the preset face information faces the terminal, a protection mechanism of the voice call information is intelligently started to hide the call information of the voice call.
It is added that the manner of hiding the call information of the voice call may include:
displaying at least part of the replacing information in the calling information;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
not displaying the call information or at least part of the call information or alternative information to the at least part of the call information.
Here, the substitute information may be, for example, a preset character string such as a password string or the like. Here, displaying at least part of the alternative information in the call information means that at least part of the information in the call information can be represented and displayed by the alternative information. It is understood that displaying part of the information in the call information may be, for example, displaying last name but not first name in the call information, or displaying first name and not displaying last name.
For example, the last name in the call information of the father in family may be displayed at 123 and the last three digits of the number in the call information of the mother in family may be displayed at ABC. In this way, the third person can be prevented from recognizing the call information of the voice call, thereby protecting the privacy of the call information of the voice call.
In some embodiments, the password string may be a character string which is preset by a user to which the terminal belongs and can be read and understood by the user, so that the user to which the terminal belongs can conveniently and currently not verify the biological characteristics, the user can also know the calling information rapidly in a current finger wet state, and the embarrassment caused by the fact that the user does not know who the calling party is in the calling process is reduced.
Here, not displaying the call information or at least part of the call information or substitute information for the at least part of the call information is to hide the call information of the voice call in such a manner that it is not displayed on a terminal screen, thereby protecting privacy of the call information of the voice call.
Further, the present disclosure provides a specific embodiment to further understand the processing method of the voice call provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The terminal is exemplified by a mobile phone, and the voice call is exemplified by a conventional telephone provided by an operator, hereinafter referred to as "incoming call", hereinafter referred to as an incoming caller, and the call information is referred to as incoming call information, wherein the incoming call information includes a name and a telephone number of the caller.
If there is an incoming call in the current mobile phone under the screen locking state, the name and the telephone number of the incoming call party are directly displayed. Many times, the mobile phone of the user is not around, or lost, or more people around during the incoming call. In these situations, the user may not be exposed directly to the contact information because the caller may be involved in business privacy or other personal privacy, etc.
It should be noted that the incoming call is divided into two cases, one is a screen-locked incoming call, and the other is an unlocked screen incoming call. When a call comes in the unlocked screen, it can be understood that "when the current state is the unlocked state, the call information of the voice call is displayed" in the above-described embodiment.
In this embodiment, when the voice message is received and the current state is the locked state, the privacy of the caller is protected from being revealed by hiding the display of the incoming call message.
Referring to fig. 3, a user needs to open a first preset control in the setting page 31, that is, a control for starting privacy protection of a voice call, for privacy protection of the voice call.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a voice call according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 4, after a first preset control is turned on, a current state of a screen is detected, and when the current state is a screen-locked state, if an incoming call is received, whether biometric authentication is successful is determined, if biometric authentication is successful, incoming call information is directly displayed, and if biometric authentication is unsuccessful, incoming call information is hidden to protect privacy of the incoming call information.
In other embodiments, the mobile phone may further determine whether the caller is in the protected list, and may directly display the caller information if the caller is hidden in the protected list, or if the caller is not in the protected list.
It should be noted that, after the incoming call is ended, the system still maintains the screen locking state.
In addition, it needs to be supplemented, if the screen is not in the screen locking state, the biometric identification process aiming at incoming call privacy protection is cancelled. And if the incoming call exists, the biometric identification process aiming at the incoming call privacy protection is not cancelled.
It is also necessary to supplement that, in this embodiment, a user is required to set an incoming call protection list in advance, so as to determine whether an incoming call party is in the protection list according to the incoming call protection list when a call comes.
Specifically, after a first control for incoming call privacy protection is started, a mobile phone system defaults to enter a biological identification service process in a screen locking state, when the mobile phone system enters the screen locking state, an incoming call protection list is obtained firstly, when an incoming call is monitored, whether the incoming call is in the protection list is inquired, if yes, the incoming call information is not displayed, otherwise, the incoming call information is displayed, the biological identification service process is not cancelled in the incoming call process in the screen locking state of the mobile phone system, and when the biological identification succeeds in sending a successful broadcast, but an unlocking process is not called, only one biological identification broadcast is sent.
If the incoming call is in the protection list, starting broadcast monitoring for monitoring the biological identification at the same time of the incoming call, displaying the incoming call information when the broadcast for successful biological identification is monitored, otherwise, not displaying.
When the incoming call is over, the system re-enters the screen locking state and cancels the biometric identification process once to end the biometric identification authentication process of the incoming call display, and then the system defaults to re-enter the biometric identification process for unlocking the screen or waiting for the incoming call again. Here, the biometric service process is the biometric process for protecting privacy of incoming calls described above.
In the embodiment, the incoming call information can be effectively protected when the mobile phone is lost or not nearby.
