The invention comprises a refrigerator main control board, a protocol conversion board, a test terminal and a display terminal; the refrigerator main control board is used for carrying out logic operation according to the current state of the refrigerator to obtain control signals of each load electric device and sending the control signals to the protocol conversion board through a communication protocol; two ends of the protocol conversion board are respectively connected with a test terminal and a refrigerator main control board in a bidirectional way; the protocol conversion board is used for converting communication modes at two ends to realize data transmission between the refrigerator main control board and the test terminal; and the display terminal is used for providing a carrier for the test software. The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerator testing, and particularly relates to a refrigerator main control software testing system.
Background
The refrigerator is one of the indispensable household appliances in people's daily life. With the progress of technology, the related technology of refrigerators is also continuously updated. The technical updating of the refrigerator generally involves the updating of a control system, such as the modification of a control program, the optimization of an electric device control mode and the like. In the testing process, a tester needs to manually adjust the numerical value of the variable resistance box and then observe whether the load control of the main control board on each electric device is correct. According to the testing method, the whole process needs manual participation, and a testing tool needs to be set up, so that the testing efficiency is low.
For example, patent CN200710046974.3 discloses an automatic software testing system and method for an electronic refrigerator. The tested main control board of the test system needs to be installed on the whole refrigerator, and software test is carried out through actual operation of the whole refrigerator.
But the temperature change is slow when the whole machine operates, so that the testing efficiency is low; meanwhile, the test efficiency is reduced because the whole set of test tool needs to be connected with each load.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a refrigerator main control software testing system which can automatically simulate the temperature change of a refrigerator, does not need a tester to manually adjust a resistance-variable box for testing, and solves the problem of poor testing efficiency caused by the fact that a large amount of manpower and material resources are needed in the existing refrigerator testing.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a refrigerator main control software test system, which comprises a refrigerator main control board, a protocol conversion board, a test terminal and a display terminal, wherein the refrigerator main control board is connected with the protocol conversion board;

two ends of the protocol conversion board are respectively connected with a test terminal and a refrigerator main control board in a bidirectional mode; the protocol conversion board is used for converting communication modes at two ends to realize data transmission between the refrigerator main control board and the test terminal;
and the display terminal is used for providing a carrier for the test software.
As a preferred technical scheme, the test terminal comprises a setting module, a simulation module, a data display module and a data storage module; the setting module is used for defining the logical relation between the switching state of each electric device in the tested main control board and the temperature change of the temperature sensor; the simulation module is used for simulating the temperature change of the relevant temperature sensor according to the control signals of the various electric devices sent by the refrigerator main control board and sending the changed temperature value to the refrigerator main control board; the data display module is used for displaying temperature change data in the test process in a curve form and displaying electric device switch data or gear data in the test process in a table form; the data storage module is used for storing data in the test process.
As a preferred technical solution, the data curve displayed by the data display module can be manually selected to be displayed or hidden.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the temperature change of the refrigerator is automatically simulated, and a tester does not need to manually adjust the resistance-changing box for testing, so that the time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
2. According to the invention, the state change of each temperature sensor and each electric device is displayed through the display terminal, so that the trouble of connecting a real object for observation is saved, and the testing efficiency is improved.

One specific application of this embodiment is:

setting a logical relation between the switching state of each electric device in the tested main control board and the temperature change of the temperature sensor on the test terminal, simulating the temperature change of the relevant temperature sensor by a simulation function according to a control signal of each electric device sent by the refrigerator main control board, sending the changed temperature value to the refrigerator main control board, displaying the temperature change data of the test process in a curve form by a display device, and displaying the switching data or gear data of the electric devices in the test process in a table form so as to be convenient for a tester to check; for convenient observation, the temperature curve data which can be displayed by the tester can be selectively displayed or hidden by means of the means so as to be conveniently viewed by the tester.
It should be noted that, in the above system embodiment, each included unit is only divided according to functional logic, but is not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding function can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

two ends of the protocol conversion board are respectively connected with a test terminal and a refrigerator main control board in a bidirectional mode; the protocol conversion board is used for converting communication modes at two ends to realize data transmission between the refrigerator main control board and the test terminal;
and the display terminal is used for providing a carrier for the test software.
