本发明提供一种实现四种专用颜色的电子墨水屏及显色方法,仅提供少数几种专用色的显示,无需任何其他混合的灰度颜色展示需求,显色时只需要施加驱动电压至微胶囊或微杯,驱动相应的带电染色粒子移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面,驱动方式简单,刷新速度会相对灰度展示快捷很多,尤其适合颜色需求少且固定的场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子墨水屏技术领域,具体涉及一种实现四种专用颜色的电子墨水屏及显色方法。
背景技术
电子墨水屏基于省电、护眼的特点得到迅速的发展,但是普遍都是黑白两种颜色,这就制约了电子墨水屏往多媒体的发展。
当前电子墨水屏已经出现了彩色屏幕,但是因为彩色屏幕颜色过多,从而导致驱动电路设计复杂,刷新率降低,电子纸使用过程中的卡顿感会更加明显,而对于某些场合实际上要用到的颜色只有少数几种。考虑到上述的黑白墨水屏和多彩墨水屏的不足,如果可以利用两者的优点,为特定的场景提供对应的专有颜色屏幕,会有很大的实用价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种实现四种专用颜色的电子墨水屏及显色方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种实现四种专用颜色的电子墨水屏,包括多个像素块,每个像素块中容置有三个微胶囊或微杯;每个微胶囊或微杯中均装载有带专用色一的带电染色粒子,并且三个微胶囊或微杯中分别装载有带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子;三个微胶囊或微杯呈品字形排列,其中一个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积大于另外两个微胶囊或微杯中任一个的顶面面积;在同一微胶囊或微杯中,颜色相同的带电染色粒子电性相同,颜色不同的带电染色粒子电性相反;在同一显色时间内,带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子中最多只有一种移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面。
进一步地,三个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积之和等于像素块的顶面面积,其中一个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积为另外两个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积的2倍。
进一步地,在所有微胶囊或微杯中,带专用色一的带电染色粒子带有正电荷,带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子均带有负电荷。
进一步地,三个微胶囊或微杯分别有不同的驱动电路单独驱动。
本发明公开了一种利用上述电子墨水屏的显色方法,具体过程为:
根据显色要求,确定各个像素块中各个微胶囊或微杯需要参与显色的带电染色粒子,并对各个微胶囊或微杯施加相应的驱动电压,使其内部形成电场,从而使需要参与显色的带电染色粒子移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面,不需要参与显色的带电染色粒子位于所在微胶囊或微杯的底部。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的电子墨水屏仅提供少数几种专用色的显示,无需任何其他混合的灰度颜色展示需求,显色时只需要施加驱动电压至微胶囊或微杯,驱动相应的带电染色粒子移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面,驱动方式简单,刷新速度会相对灰度展示快捷很多,尤其适合颜色需求少且固定的场合。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围并不限于本实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种实现四种专用颜色的电子墨水屏,如图1所示,包括多个像素块1(图中仅显示一个像素块的结构),每个像素块1中容置有三个微胶囊或微杯2;每个微胶囊或微杯2中均装载有带专用色一的带电染色粒子3,并且三个微胶囊或微杯2中分别装载有带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子4、5、6;三个微胶囊或微杯2呈品字形排列,其中一个微胶囊或微杯2的顶面面积大于另外两个微胶囊或微杯2中任一个的顶面面积;在同一微胶囊或微杯2中,颜色相同的带电染色粒子电性相同,颜色不同的带电染色粒子电性相反;在同一显色时间内,带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子4、5、6中最多只有一种移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯2的顶面。
作为一种较优的方案,三个微胶囊或微杯2的顶面面积之和等于像素块1的顶面面积,其中一个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积为另外两个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积的2倍。
需要说明的是,在四种专用色中,专用色一的显色比例最高,可以达100%,其次是顶面面积最大的微胶囊或微杯中的专用色,在该微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积为另外两个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积的2倍的情况下,顶面面积最大的微胶囊或微杯中的专用色显色比例达50%,其余两个微胶囊或微杯中的专用色的显色比例均为25%。需要说明的,显色比例是指微胶囊或微杯顶面的面积占所有微胶囊或微杯顶面面积之和的比例。因此,专用色一为基底色,可以是背景色(如白色),也可以是显色比例需要最高的颜色。专用色二、专用色三和专用色四的具体颜色可以根据实际的应用场景确定,如智慧课堂较多使用的黑色、绿色和红色等,并且可以根据实际的显色需求确定顶面面积最大的微胶囊或微杯中装载哪种颜色的带电染色粒子。例如,将带黑色的带电染色粒子装载在顶面面积最大的微胶囊或微杯中,其余两个微胶囊或微杯中分别装载带绿色和红色的带电染色粒子。
需要寿命的是,微胶囊的具体结构可以参考中国专利申请CN103091926A中的相关描述,微杯的结构可以参考中国专利申请CN1246730C中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,在所有微胶囊或微杯2中,带专用色一的带电染色粒子3带有正电荷,带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子4、5、6均带有负电荷。
进一步地,三个微胶囊或微杯2分别有不同的驱动电路单独驱动。利用不同的驱动电路可以单独对不同的微胶囊或微杯施加驱动电压,单独驱动其中需要参与显色的带电染色粒子移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面。以白、黑、绿、红为例,可以实现白白白的白色显色、白白黑的黑色显色、白白绿的绿色显色、白白红的红色显色。
需要说明的是,图1所示为像素块的顶面视角的平面示意图,图中所示正面为像素块的顶面。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种利用实施例1所述电子墨水屏的显色方法,具体过程为:
根据显色要求,确定各个像素块中各个微胶囊或微杯需要参与显色的带电染色粒子,并对各个微胶囊或微杯施加相应的驱动电压,使其内部形成电场,从而使需要参与显色的带电染色粒子移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面,不需要参与显色的带电染色粒子位于所在微胶囊或微杯的底部。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可以根据以上的技术方案和构思,给出各种相应的改变和变形,而所有的这些改变和变形,都应该包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种实现四种专用颜色的电子墨水屏,其特征在于,包括多个像素块,每个像素块中容置有三个微胶囊或微杯;每个微胶囊或微杯中均装载有带专用色一的带电染色粒子,并且三个微胶囊或微杯中分别装载有带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子;三个微胶囊或微杯呈品字形排列,其中一个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积大于另外两个微胶囊或微杯中任一个的顶面面积;在同一微胶囊或微杯中,颜色相同的带电染色粒子电性相同,颜色不同的带电染色粒子电性相反;在同一显色时间内,带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子中最多只有一种移动并覆盖在所在微胶囊或微杯的顶面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子墨水屏,其特征在于,三个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积之和等于像素块的顶面面积,其中一个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积为另外两个微胶囊或微杯的顶面面积的2倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子墨水屏,其特征在于,在所有微胶囊或微杯中,带专用色一的带电染色粒子带有正电荷,带专用色二、专用色三、专用色四的带电染色粒子均带有负电荷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子墨水屏,其特征在于,三个微胶囊或微杯分别有不同的驱动电路单独驱动。
5.一种利用权利要求1-4任一所述电子墨水屏的显色方法,其特征在于,具体过程为:
