Embodiment III: the embodiment is a pressure measuring system, which comprises a pressure gauge, a pressure measuring probe and the pressure measuring connector, wherein the pressure gauge is connected to the pressure measuring probe, and the pressure measuring probe is shown in fig. 5-8 and comprises a pressure column 11, a nut 12, a needle tube 13, a sheath 14 and a spiral cover 15.
Further, the needle tube 13 is a substantially hollow cylinder inside, and one end of the needle tube 13 is provided with a needle hole for fluid to pass through. In order to avoid the rubber column 04 from blocking the needle hole, the needle hole is provided at the side of the needle tube 13.
Further, one end of the needle tube 13 is sleeved with a pressing column 11, a nut 12 is sleeved outside the pressing column 11, and the nut 12 is held by a pressure measuring probe, so that the operation is convenient.
Further, a screwing cap 15 is fixedly installed on the needle tube 13, knurling is arranged outside the screwing cap 15, threads are arranged inside the screwing cap, and an external thread adapted to the screwing cap 15 is arranged on the sheath 14. The sheath 14 is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the rotary cover 15 is provided with knurling, so that the hand-held operation is convenient.
Further, the sheath 14 is basically in a ring shape, and wraps the needle tube 13, so that the needle tube 13 is prevented from being exposed, and the needle tube 13 is protected.
During pressure measurement, the end cover 02 of the pressure measurement connector is opened, the sheath 14 on the pressure measurement probe is removed, the needle tube 13 extends into the cavity of the pressure measurement connector, after the needle tube 13 passes through the rubber column 04, fluid can enter the needle tube 13 from a needle hole, it can be understood that the spiral cover 15 can be arranged on the shell of the pressure measurement connector, and the spiral cover 15 is internally provided with a sealing ring.
After the pressure measurement is finished, the screw cap 15 is unscrewed, the needle tube 13 is pulled out, the rubber column 04 is automatically healed, the end cap 02 is screwed down, and the pressure measurement joint keeps tightness.
Compared with the prior art, the pressure measuring joint has the advantages of small size, light weight, good sealing performance and the like. When the pressure measuring system comprising the pressure measuring joint is used for measuring pressure, fluid is not required to be led out to the upper cavity, so that the pollution is less, the potential safety hazard is low, the application range is wide, and the operation is convenient.

1. A pressure fitting, characterized by: the pressure tap includes:
the shell is internally provided with a cavity along the axial direction, the cavity comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and the outer surface of the lower end of the shell is provided with threads for connecting with a hydraulic system;
a rubber column installed in the lower cavity for sealing;
the limiting ring is arranged in the lower cavity and below the rubber column and used for preventing the rubber column from entering a pipeline of the hydraulic system;
the end cover is in threaded connection with the shell;
the rubber column and the limiting ring are assembled in the cavity of the shell through interference fit, and the head of the rubber column is provided with a truncated cone-shaped structure;
the shell is provided with an inclined plane matched with the round platform structure of the rubber column, and the rubber column is attached to the inclined plane for sealing.
2. A pressure fitting according to claim 1, wherein: the end cover is internally provided with a gasket or a washer.
3. A pressure fitting according to claim 1, wherein: a rubber belt is connected between the end cover and the shell, and knurling is arranged on the outer surface of the end cover.
4. A pressure fitting according to claim 1, wherein: the limiting ring is basically annular, a chamfer is arranged on the limiting ring, a knurl is arranged on the outer surface of the limiting ring, and the knurl is in interference fit with the shell.

A pressure measuring system comprising the pressure measuring joint of any one of claims 1-4, a pressure measuring probe and a pressure gauge, wherein the pressure gauge is connected to the pressure measuring probe, the pressure measuring probe comprises a pressure column, a nut, a needle tube, a sheath and a screw cap, wherein the pressure column and the nut are arranged at one end of the needle tube and used for being held by a hand, the screw cap is fixedly arranged on the needle tube, and the sheath is in threaded connection with the screw cap and used for protecting the needle tube.
6. A pressure measurement system according to claim 5, wherein: and a gasket is arranged in the spiral cover.
7. A pressure measurement system according to claim 5, wherein: the screw cap can be attached to the housing of the pressure tap.
8. A pressure measurement system according to claim 5, wherein: the needle tube is basically a cylinder with a hollow inside, and the side surface of the needle tube is provided with a needle hole for fluid to pass through.
