The transmission mainly depends on gear pairs with different transmission ratios to change output power and rotating speed, a driven wheel is sleeved on a transmission shaft in a hollow mode, a needle bearing is arranged between the driven wheel and the transmission shaft for supporting, when the gear pairs work, friction is inevitably generated between the transmission shaft and the needle bearing, and in order to reduce the phenomenon of needle bearing abrasion failure caused by the friction generated between the transmission shaft and the needle bearing, a transmission lubricating system is usually configured for the transmission, and the needle bearing on the transmission shaft is lubricated by lubricating oil so as to reduce the phenomenon of needle bearing abrasion failure caused by the friction generated between the transmission shaft and the needle bearing.
Fig. 1 shows a transmission lubrication device comprising a shaft 11, a bearing 13, a bearing plate 15, a lubrication rail 17 and a transmission housing 19. Further, the lubricating oil rail comprises a first cylindrical portion and a first disc portion, the first cylindrical portion is arranged in the hollow cavity of the shaft, the first disc portion is arranged between the bearing blocking disc and the transmission shell, and the groove is formed in the first cylindrical portion.
Further, the location of the groove is determined according to the volume required for quantitatively closing the oil pool.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the transmission lubrication device provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a shaft 21, a bearing 23, a bearing retainer 25, a lubrication oil rail 27, and a transmission housing 29. The bearing 23 is mounted at the end of the shaft 21, the bearing baffle disc 25 is mounted at the outer side of the bearing 23, the transmission housing 29 is mounted at the outer side of the bearing baffle disc 25, and the lubricating oil rail 27 is mounted in a cavity formed by the transmission housing 29 and the bearing baffle disc 25. The outer peripheral wall 272 of the lubricating oil rail 27 or the inner peripheral surface 252 of the bearing retainer disc 25 is provided with a groove 26, a sealing ring 28 is installed in the groove 26, and the sealing ring 28, the outer peripheral wall of the lubricating oil rail 27 and the inner peripheral surface 252 of the bearing retainer disc 25 form a quantitative closed oil pool, so that lubricating oil can be distributed and conveyed in a quantitative mode with high efficiency. The sealing ring is installed in the lubricating oil rail groove and forms sealing with the inner diameter of the bearing blocking disc, so that the lubricating effect can be ensured under different working conditions. The invention can form a closed oil pool with a calculable volume, thereby accurately quantitatively distributing and conveying lubricating oil and fully lubricating the transmission.
The location of the groove 26 can be determined according to the volume required to quantitatively close the oil sump. In this embodiment, the lubrication rail 27 includes a first cylindrical portion 271 and a disc portion 273, the first cylindrical portion 271 being disposed within the hollow cavity of the shaft 21, the disc portion 273 being disposed between the bearing retainer 25 and the transmission housing 29, and the recess 26 being disposed on the first cylindrical portion 271. In another embodiment, the bearing shield disk 25 includes a second cylindrical portion 251 and a second circular disk portion 253, the second cylindrical portion 251 is disposed within the hollow cavity of the shaft 21, the second circular disk portion 253 is disposed between the shaft 21 and the first circular disk portion 273, and the recess 26 is disposed on the second cylindrical portion 251. The bearing retainer disc 25 is preferably made of a metal material, the sealing ring 28 can bear 7500RPM, and the sealing ring 28 seals oil to form an oil pool and distribute oil.
The longitudinal section of the first cylindrical portion 271 is provided in a stepped shape to increase the size of the lubricating oil groove 26 provided in a thick wall portion of the first cylindrical portion 271.

The lubricating oil rail 27 provided by the invention is a lubricating oil rail with a sealing function, and can be used for lubricating a bearing 23 of a transmission, wherein the bearing 23 is arranged at the end part of a shaft 21, a bearing baffle disc 25 is arranged at the outer side of the bearing 23, a groove 26 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall 272 of the lubricating oil rail 27, a sealing ring 28 is arranged in the groove 26, the sealing ring 28 is sealed with the inner peripheral surface of the bearing baffle disc 25, and the sealing ring 28, the outer peripheral wall of the lubricating oil rail 27 and the inner peripheral surface of the bearing baffle disc 25 form a quantitative closed oil pool. The lubricating oil rail 27 includes a first cylindrical portion 271 provided in the hollow cavity of the shaft 21, and a disc portion 273 provided between the bearing retainer 25 and the transmission case 29, the recess 26 being provided on the first cylindrical portion 271. The bearing baffle disc 25 of the lubricating oil rail is made of metal materials, and the sealing ring 28 can bear 7500 RPM. The first cylindrical portion 271 has a stepped longitudinal section and includes a first wall portion 274 and a second wall portion 276, the first wall portion 274 has a larger thickness than the second wall portion 276, and the concave groove 26 is provided in the first wall portion 274 of the first cylindrical portion 271. That is, the concave groove 26 is provided in a portion of the first cylinder portion 271 where the wall thickness is thick, and preferably, may be provided in a portion of the first cylinder portion 271 where the wall thickness is the thickest. The first cylindrical portion 271 may be constituted only by the first wall portion 274 and the second wall portion 276, with the first wall portion 274 where the groove 26 is located being the thickest portion of the first cylindrical portion 271.
The lubricating oil rail and the transmission lubricating device can be used for automobiles, and the invention provides an automobile part which is provided with any one of the transmission lubricating devices.
In conclusion, the sealing ring is added to form the closed oil pool, so that the lubricating oil is accurately and efficiently distributed. The lubricating oil rail has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture and high efficiency, and easily solves the problem of high-efficiency distribution of the lubricating oil of the gearbox.
