Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the upper ball seat 32 may have a steel structure, the outer side of the upper ball seat 32 and the inner side of the lower ball seat 31 may be in interference fit, in this embodiment, the strength and density of steel are greater than those of aluminum, the upper ball seat 32 may have steel instead of aluminum, the size may be reduced, the inner diameter of an opening may be increased, and further, a tilt angle of the ball pin 1 may be increased, the outer side of the upper ball seat 32 may be cylindrical, and may be just matched with the inner side of the lower ball seat 31, the outer side of the upper ball seat 32 and the inner side of the lower ball seat 31 may be in interference fit such that the upper ball seat 32 and the lower ball seat 31 are more tightly fitted, thereby preventing the connection of the upper ball seat 32 and the lower ball seat 31 from dropping or being loosened, and affecting the use, and the two sides of the upper ball seat 32 are respectively in interference fit with the lower ball seat 31 and the ball bowl 2, so that the upper ball seat 32 is more firmly installed in the lower ball seat 31, and the whole ball pin is more stable, and the problem of insufficient stability of the ball seat 3 caused by the split ball seat is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the upper ball seat 32 may be located above the adjusting member 4, in this embodiment, the upper ball seat 32 is located outside the bowl body 21, the adjusting member 4 is located outside the bowl bottom 22, the upper ball seat 32 generates a downward pressing force on the bowl body 21, the adjusting member 4 generates an upward lifting force on the bowl bottom 22, the upper ball seat 32 above is matched with the adjusting member 4 below, the ball bowl 2 is stably pressed in the ball seat 3, the height of the center of the ball stud 1 can be adjusted through the upper ball seat 32, and a gap between the ball bowl 2 and the ball stud 1 can be eliminated through the adjusting member 4, which are not interfered with each other, and the upper ball seat 32 is symmetrical in stress and is tightly matched.
Referring to fig. 1, when mounting, the lower ball seat 31 is taken out, a cavity for mounting the ball bowl 2 and the ball stud 1 is formed in the lower ball seat 31, the ball bowl 2 is mounted in the cavity, the ball bowl 2 is not completely pressed into the lower ball seat 31, a part of the upper end of the ball bowl 2 extends out of the lower ball seat 31, then the ball body of the ball stud 1 is pressed into the ball bowl 2, the outer diameter of the ball body is larger than the inner diameter of the upper opening of the ball bowl 2, so that the ball body can be wrapped in the ball bowl 2 to avoid falling off, the inner wall of the ball bowl 2 is smooth and smooth, the ball stud 1 can freely rotate in the ball bowl 2, then the upper ball seat 32 is inserted between the lower ball seat 31 and the ball bowl 2, the upper ball seat 32, the ball bowl 2 and the lower ball seat 31 form tight fit, meanwhile, the upper ball seat 32 also forms compression on the ball bowl 2, the inner side of the upper ball seat 32 is provided with the limit ring 5, and the limit ring 5 is clamped on the inner wall of the upper ball seat 32, meanwhile, part of the adjusting part is positioned above the ball bowl 2 to prevent the ball bowl 2 and the ball stud 1 from being separated, then the adjusting part 4 is arranged in the lower ball seat 31 from the bottom opening, a tool is inserted in an insertion hole at the bottom of the adjusting part 4, the tool is rotated to enable the adjusting part 4 to rotate and ascend along a thread, the ball bowl 2 is better matched with the ball stud 1, the ball bowl 2 is matched with the ball stud 1 neither loosely nor tightly, after enough lubricating grease is added, the ball stud 1 is slightly resistant to rotation by hand, then the dust cover 7 is penetrated through the pin body of the ball stud 1, the lower end of the dust cover 7 is sleeved outside the upper ball seat 32, a clamp 8 is sleeved outside the dust cover 7, the lower end of the dust cover 7 is clamped by matching the upper ball seat 32, the upper end of the dust cover 7 is fixed outside the pin body, and finally the whole ball stud is arranged in an independent suspension system, the control arm or the thrust rod is connected with other parts through a ball stud 1 so as to realize the up-and-down jumping and steering movement of the wheel.
