The water inlets of the two water pumps 13 are respectively connected with two branches of the water outlet pipe 10, the water outlet pipe 10 is connected with the water tank 6, and the water outlet pipe 10 is provided with a manual valve 8 for emergency. In the embodiment, a main water supply path and a standby water supply path are arranged for water output, and when the main water supply path is abnormal, the standby water supply path is automatically switched to use; the water supply flow can be detected in real time, the condition of the water supply path can be judged through flow detection, flow statistics is carried out through the flowmeter 12, and the device flow is preferably automatically cleared at 24 days.
The water tank 6 is arranged on the second layer in the shell, and one side of the water tank 6 is connected with the overflow pipe 4 and the water inlet pipe 5; the position of the shell close to the bottom is provided with an overflow port 17, the overflow port 17 is communicated with the overflow port of the water tank 6 through an overflow pipe 4, and no valve is arranged. The water inlet pipe 5 is connected with a plurality of water inlet ball valves 7 in series, and the water inlet ball valves are automatically controlled to protect the water inlet safety and reliability.
In this embodiment, the water inlet pipe 5 is connected in series with two water inlet ball valves 7, and when the water tank 6 is short of water, all the water inlet ball valves 7 are opened to start to add water; when the water level reaches a high water level, the first water inlet ball valve 7 is automatically closed, and water supply is stopped; if the water is continuously fed in case of failure, all water inlet ball valves 7 are closed when the water level is detected to be the overflow level; and the water inlet safety is ensured by grading protection.
The caliber of the overflow port 17 is larger than that of the water inlet 16, so that the overflow flow is larger than the water inlet flow when the overflow condition occurs. In this embodiment, the water outlet 16 is a stainless steel joint with a caliber of 25mm, and can be directly connected to a water pipe of the humidification equipment in the archival repository; the water inlet 18 adopts a stainless steel joint with the caliber of 25mm and can be directly connected to a tap water pipe; the overflow port 17 is a stainless steel joint with a caliber of 32 mm. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the water outlet 16, the water inlet 18 and the overflow 17 may be selected from other types and sizes of connectors.
The water tank 6 has a water level detection function, and in this embodiment, a plurality of water level detection sensors are provided in the water tank 6 to detect the water level of the water shortage level, the low water level, the middle water level, the high water level, and the overflow level. The water level detection sensor is connected with the main control circuit board to control the water tank 6 to automatically feed water when the water tank is full of water and automatically stop feeding water when the water tank is short of water.
Further, the circuit board mounting layer is provided with a circuit board box 3, a switch box 2 and a junction box 1, and the positions of the circuit board box 3, the switch box 2 and the junction box can be set according to actual mounting requirements. The circuit board box 3 is used for placing a main control circuit board of the equipment and has moisture-proof treatment; the switch box 2 is used for placing a power switch of the equipment and performing grounding treatment; the terminal block 1 serves as a strong and weak electrical interface for the device.
In this embodiment, switch box 2 is located casing one side, adopts the design of spill embedding, and built-in equipment power master switch, external shielding plate, shielding plate adopt the acrylic plate of perspective. The side surface of the shell is also provided with an adjusting port 15, and the adjusting port 15 and the switch box 2 are positioned on the same side; the adjusting opening 15 is provided with a sliding door for adjusting the manual valve 8 and overhauling.
Further, a water level indicating pipe 14 is arranged on the outer side of the shell, the water level indicating pipe 14 adopts a communicating vessel principle and is communicated with the built-in water tank 6, and a background lamp is arranged behind the water level indicating pipe 14. The side of the water level indicating pipe 14 is taken as the front side, and a display screen 22 is further arranged on the front side of the shell; in this embodiment, the display 22 is a color liquid crystal display and is connected to a device main control circuit board, wherein the device main control circuit board is installed in the circuit board box 3.
The junction box 1 is arranged on the rear side of the shell, the junction box 1 adopts a concave embedded design, and is provided with 1 three-hole power socket and two 4-core aerial sockets. The casing rear side still sets up access hole 20, and access hole 20 passes through the stainless steel screw fixation, and is detachable for overhaul.
A water leakage detection module 21 is also arranged in the shell, and in the embodiment, the water leakage detection module 21 is arranged at the bottom of the shell and can detect the water leakage of the equipment and the water leakage condition of the humidifying equipment of the archival repository; and the water inlet ball valve 7 is automatically closed when the equipment leaks water, and the water outlet ball valve 11 and the water pump 13 are automatically closed when the humidification equipment leaks water in the file storehouse.
The working principle of this embodiment is shown in fig. 5:
the water tank 6 has the effect of temporarily storing water and releasing pressure, the water pressure of the water faucet is too high, the valve is easily damaged by directly connecting the humidifying equipment of the archival repository for a long time, so that the repository is flooded, and the built-in water tank 6 can effectively release the water pressure. The water level detection sensor of the water tank 6 can detect the water quantity in the water tank 6 in real time, and the equipment can automatically control the water supply of the water tank 6 according to the water level of the water tank 6.
The water inlet pipe 5 of the water tank 6 is connected with two water inlet ball valves 7 in series, and when the water tank 6 is short of water, all the water inlet ball valves 7 are opened to start to add water; when the water level reaches the high water level, the first water inlet ball valve 7 is automatically closed, and the water supply is stopped. If the water is continuously fed in the case of a fault, and the water level is detected to be the overflow level, all the water inlet ball valves 7 are closed.

When the flow rate detected by the flow meter 12 is 0 during water supply, the water supply path is automatically switched. The left side and the right side of the device are both provided with a water inlet 18 and a water outlet 16 which can be switched by opening and closing a manual valve 8 according to the field environment and the arrangement of water pipes.
