Meanwhile, the drum rotates alternately in the clockwise direction and the anticlockwise direction uninterruptedly, clothes to be dried are dispersed, the clothes to be dried are fully contacted with air, and the dried clothes reach better filling power.
In one embodiment, in the working process of the clothes drying equipment, the working power of the fan is unchanged, the working power of the compressor in the heat pump system can be adjusted according to the weight of the clothes to be dried, and the working power of the compressor and the weight of the clothes to be dried have a set corresponding relationship. Wherein, the working power of the fan can be 120W, the working power of the compressor can be 200W-400W, and the adjustment is carried out according to the weight of the clothes to be dried. The operating power of the compressor is set to a maximum power when the weight of the laundry to be dried is a maximum accommodated weight of the drum, and is set to a minimum power when the weight of the laundry to be dried is a minimum accommodated weight of the drum. Wherein the maximum accommodated weight may be set to 6 kilograms (kg) and the minimum accommodated weight may be set to 0 kg.
And step S206, acquiring the temperature of an air outlet and the temperature of an air inlet, wherein the temperature of the air outlet is the temperature of air in the roller entering the fan, and the temperature of the air inlet is the temperature of air returned to the roller by the fan.
In one embodiment, the temperature of air in the drum entering the fan is determined as the outlet temperature, and the temperature of air sent back into the drum by the fan is determined as the inlet temperature. Wherein, be provided with temperature acquisition device respectively in air outlet position and air intake position, temperature acquisition device includes but not the various temperature sensor of limitation. When air is discharged and supplied, the temperature of the air outlet and the temperature of the air inlet are respectively collected by corresponding temperature collecting devices, and the temperature of the air outlet and the temperature of the air inlet are transmitted to the controller. Specifically, the controller obtains an air outlet temperature and an air inlet temperature.
In one embodiment, when the temperature acquisition device transmits the outlet temperature and the inlet temperature to the controller, the temperature acquisition time is jointly transmitted to the controller, so that the controller calculates the temperature change rate based on the temperature acquisition time, the outlet temperature and the inlet temperature.
And step S208, if the condition of stopping working is determined to be met according to the temperature of the air outlet and the temperature of the air inlet, controlling the roller to stop rotating, and turning off the illuminating lamp assembly and the ultraviolet lamp assembly.
In one embodiment, the controller determines whether the stop condition of the clothes drying equipment is met according to the outlet temperature and the inlet temperature after acquiring the outlet temperature and the inlet temperature. Specifically, the controller determines the mode meeting the stop working condition according to the air outlet temperature and the air inlet temperature, and the method comprises the following steps: and calculating the temperature difference between the temperature of the air inlet and the temperature of the air inlet, and determining that the working stopping condition is met when the temperature difference is smaller than a preset temperature difference value. Wherein the preset temperature difference value may be set to 10 ℃. And when the temperature difference value is larger than the preset temperature difference value, determining that the stop working condition is not met. Specifically, upon determining that the stop condition is satisfied, the drum is controlled to stop rotating, and the lamp assembly and the ultraviolet lamp assembly are turned off. In addition, the controller can also control the sending of a prompt tone to prompt the user that the drying is finished.
In one embodiment, since the working power of the compressor in the heat pump system can be adjusted according to the weight of the laundry to be dried, after determining that the stop condition is not satisfied, the method further includes: determining the weight of the laundry to be dried in the drum, and adjusting the operating power of the compressor according to the weight of the laundry to be dried in the drum.
In one embodiment, after determining that the stop operation condition is not satisfied, the method further includes: and calculating the temperature change rate based on the temperature of the air outlet and the temperature of the air inlet, and adjusting the working time of the ultraviolet lamp assembly according to the temperature change rate. Specifically, when the temperature change rate is slow, which means that the laundry to be dried is about to be dried, the adjustment range of the operation time period of the ultraviolet lamp assembly is small.
In the control method of the clothes drying equipment, when a controller of the clothes drying equipment receives a starting work instruction, the rotary drum is controlled to rotate, and a preset illuminating lamp assembly and an ultraviolet lamp assembly are started, wherein the irradiation range of the ultraviolet lamp assembly comprises the inner area of the rotary drum, and the irradiating light of the illuminating lamp assembly can penetrate the visible area of the door body of the clothes drying equipment; controlling the fan to pump out air in the roller and sending the air back to the roller; acquiring the temperature of an air outlet and the temperature of an air inlet, wherein the temperature of the air outlet is the temperature of air in the roller entering a fan, and the temperature of the air inlet is the temperature of air returned to the roller by the fan; and if the condition of stopping working is determined to be met according to the temperature of the air outlet and the temperature of the air inlet, controlling the roller to stop rotating, and turning off the illuminating lamp assembly and the ultraviolet lamp assembly. By adopting the method of the embodiment, clothes can be simulated to be dried in the sun in the working process of the clothes drying equipment, the color of the clothes in the sun is simulated through the illuminating lamp assembly, the sterilization and disinfection effects of the sun are simulated through the ultraviolet lamp assembly, the dried clothes have the smell after being dried in the sun, whether the clothes drying equipment stops working is determined based on the temperature, the softness and the fluffy ratio of the dried clothes can be improved, the touch feeling of the clothes after being dried in the sun is simulated, and the drying effect and the drying efficiency of the clothes are improved.
In one embodiment, the step S202 controls the drum to rotate and turns on the preset lamp assembly and the ultraviolet lamp assembly, including:
step S302, controlling the roller to rotate and turning on the lighting lamp assembly.
In one embodiment, the lamp assembly and the ultraviolet lamp assembly may be operated in a manner that the lamp assembly is continuously operated and the ultraviolet lamp assembly is operated at intervals. Specifically, when receiving a start-up operation command, the drum is controlled to rotate and the lamp assembly is turned on. Wherein, the lighting lamp component is continuously turned on until the work of the clothes drying equipment is finished.
Step S304, during the rotation of the drum, determining the weight of the laundry to be dried in the drum.
In one embodiment, during the rotation of the drum, the laundry to be dried in the drum is weighed, and the weight of the laundry to be dried is determined. Specifically, an angular velocity sensor is disposed on the drum, and the controller may calculate the weight of the laundry to be dried according to the angular velocity collected by the angular velocity sensor during the rotation of the drum. Wherein, when clothing drying equipment for washing and drying integrative equipment, through setting up angle sensor, need not stop work after the washing procedure, can treat the stoving clothing and weigh, also can weigh at the in-process of drying simultaneously, improve the efficiency of weighing to practice thrift the cost.
