The aerator can effectively improve the dissolved oxygen concentration of the water body, and is one of important technical means for reconstructing the ecological system of the water body.
In the prior art, the aerator is driven by electric power to aerate the surface water, but a large amount of electric power is consumed every day, and in order to save electric energy, the aerator is driven by solar energy and electric energy by a solar cell panel to aerate the surface water.
