The product overlapping bagging packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the positioning frame (5) comprises a top plate (5 b), a positioning bayonet (5 e) is formed in the outer edge of the top plate (5 b), and when the top side of the positioning tube (4) is leaned against the side of the positioning bayonet (5 e), a positioning connection is formed between the top of the positioning tube (4) and the positioning frame (5).

The product stacking and bagging device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the positioning frame (5) further comprises an elastic anti-release piece (9), and the elastic anti-release piece (9) is embedded into an opening of the positioning bayonet (5 e); when the positioning tube (4) is leaned on the side surface of the positioning bayonet (5 e), the side surface of the positioning tube (4) is also leaned against the elastic anti-falling part (9).
4. A product stacking and bagging packaging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the elastic anti-falling part (9) can press the bag when the product stacking and bagging packaging device is used for bagging and the bag is sleeved outside the positioning tube (4).

The product overlapping bagging and packaging device according to claim 2, wherein the positioning frame (5) further comprises a bottom plate (5 a), and positioning grooves (5 d) which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence to the positioning bayonets (5 e) are formed in the bottom plate (5 a); when the bottom of the positioning tube (4) is embedded into the positioning groove (5 d), the bottom of the positioning tube (4) is connected with the positioning frame (5) in a positioning way.

or the positioning frame (5) is connected with the rack (1) through a translation guide driving structure, the number of the positioning bayonets (5 e) is multiple, and the plurality of the positioning bayonets (5 e) are arranged along the horizontal moving direction line of the positioning frame (5).
7. The product stacking and bagging packaging device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an auxiliary positioning assembly (10) for positioning the position of the upper port of the positioning tube (4) is mounted on the frame (1).

The product stacking, bagging and packaging device according to claim 7, wherein the auxiliary positioning assembly (10) comprises a positioning sleeve (10 a), the positioning sleeve (10 a) is connected with the frame (1) through a first air cylinder (10 b), and a piston rod of the air cylinder can stretch to enable the positioning sleeve (10 a) to move up and down.
9. The product stacking and bagging device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the auxiliary positioning assembly (10) can press the outward flanging of the bag when the product stacking and bagging device is used for bagging and the bag is positioned in the positioning tube (4).
