the main frame is provided with two rotary scouring and cleaning assemblies, the rotating directions of the two rotary scouring and cleaning assemblies are opposite, and the two rotary scouring and cleaning assemblies are used for pushing dirt in opposite directions;
the cleaning frame is arranged between the two rotary scouring cleaning assemblies and is connected with the main frame through a telescopic assembly, the cleaning frame and the telescopic assembly are matched to support the main frame, the telescopic assembly is used for supporting the cleaning frame and regulating and controlling the position of the cleaning frame, and a walking assembly is further arranged on the cleaning frame;
the circulating box body is arranged on the main frame, the circulating box body is also provided with a negative pressure assembly, a filtering assembly and a conveying assembly, and the conveying assembly is used for conveying the cleaning liquid filtered by the filtering assembly in the circulating box body to the two rotary scouring and cleaning assemblies and discharging the cleaning liquid to a surface to be cleaned through the two rotary scouring and cleaning assemblies; the negative pressure assembly is used for sucking the dirt in the area between the two rotary flushing dirt cleaning assemblies into the circulating box body through the dirt cleaning frame, and the dirt is filtered by the filtering assembly and then supplied to the conveying assembly for recycling;
the main frame comprises a main beam and a side frame;
two ends of the main beam are respectively provided with and fixed with a side frame which is of an inverted U-shaped structure;
one end of the rotary flushing and dirt cleaning component is arranged at the branch end part of one side frame, and the other end of the rotary flushing and dirt cleaning component is arranged at the branch end part of the other side frame;
the rotary scouring and dirt cleaning component comprises a supporting tube, a driving motor, a dirt cleaning brush, a roller and a supporting shaft;
the roller is provided with a plurality of dirt cleaning brushes, two ends of the roller are respectively and fixedly provided with a supporting tube and a supporting shaft, and the supporting tube and the supporting shaft are both rotatably connected with the side frame;
a driving motor connected with the supporting shaft is also fixedly arranged on the side frame corresponding to the supporting shaft, and the driving motor is a servo motor;
the sewage disposal frame comprises a middle sewage disposal pipe and a side sewage disposal pipe;
the sections of the middle sewage cleaning pipe and the side sewage cleaning pipe are rectangular or square;
middle clear dirty pipe is located between two cylinders, and the both ends of middle clear dirty pipe integrated into one piece respectively are equipped with a side clear dirty pipe, and the hookup location of middle clear dirty pipe and side clear dirty pipe is located the middle part of side clear dirty pipe, just the side clear dirty pipe is located the tip outside of two cylinders, and the lower surface of side clear dirty pipe is located the lower surface downside of middle clear dirty pipe, a plurality of clear dirty mouths have all been seted up to the downside of middle clear dirty pipe and side clear dirty pipe.
2. The vessel deck decontamination apparatus of claim 1, wherein said telescoping assembly comprises a telescoping cylinder;
a plurality of telescopic cylinders are fixedly arranged on the lower side of the main beam, and the lower ends of the telescopic cylinders are fixed on a middle sewage disposal pipe of the sewage disposal rack.

the inner space of the filter plate is also provided with an anti-reverse pipe, the upper end of the anti-reverse pipe is positioned at the upper part of the inner space of the filter plate, the lower end of the anti-reverse pipe extends out of the bottom of the circulating box body, and the anti-reverse pipe is fixedly connected with the bottom of the circulating box body in a sealing way;
the lower end of the anti-reverse pipe is also connected with the sewage disposal rack through a recovery pipe, and the recovery pipe is a corrugated expansion pipe;
the sewage cleaning port is communicated with the recovery pipe through a cavity formed in the inner side of the sewage cleaning frame, and a second one-way valve is arranged on the sewage cleaning port.
6. The apparatus for cleaning ship deck according to claim 5, wherein said transportation assembly comprises a discharge pipe, a suction pipe, a first check valve, a transportation pump and a communication pipe;
the bottom of the space outside the filter plate is provided with a conveying pump, the inlet of the conveying pump is provided with a suction pipe, the suction pipe is provided with a first one-way valve, and the first one-way valve is used for enabling liquid in the circulating box body to flow out through the suction pipe and cut off in a reverse direction;
the outlet of the conveying pump is provided with a discharge pipe, the discharge pipe extends out of the side wall of the circulating box body and is connected with a communicating pipe, the communicating pipe is of a U-shaped structure, and two ends of the communicating pipe are respectively and correspondingly connected with the supporting pipes of the two rotary flushing sewage disposal assemblies in a sealing and rotating manner;
the middle part of the inner side of the roller is also provided with an infusion cavity channel along the length direction, and one end of the infusion cavity channel is communicated with the supporting tube;
and a plurality of liquid discharge holes are circumferentially distributed in the middle of the roller, one end of each liquid discharge hole is communicated with the outside, and the other end of each liquid discharge hole is communicated with the infusion cavity.
