when the crow bar 30 pushes up the bridgewire 21, the crow bar 30 drives the upper sand paper groove 44 and the lower sand paper groove 45 to move, the upper sand paper groove 44 has a friction effect on the upper welding head 18, and the lower sand paper groove 45 has a friction effect on the lower welding head 17, so that the surfaces of the upper welding head 18 and the lower welding head 17 are clean after the welding coil passes through, impurities are reduced, and the next welding point cannot be polluted when being welded.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the double-rod cylinder 27 is controlled to move the whole mechanism assembly to the welding head position or to be far away from the welding head for clamping a coil, the starter coil is fixed in a welding die device, the cylinder 26 moves axially through the connecting screw rod 24 and is converted into radial movement through the inside of the mechanism, the starter coil can be pressed tightly, the coil is completely attached to the inner surface of the welding die shell 14, the diameter consistency is kept, when welding is needed, the bridge wire 21 is tightly attached to the coil, a welding piece is placed between the upper welding head 18 and the lower welding head 17, when the upper welding head 18 is contacted with the lower welding head 17, current is generated to puncture the welding piece for welding work, after the first welding point is completed, the rotating cylinder 22 can be controlled to rotate the coil by ninety degrees, the two coil welding points can be accurately positioned to the position of the electric welding head in an exchange manner, meanwhile, after the first welding point is welded, the bridge wire 21 is tightly attached to the coil, and the middle of the starter coil cannot be provided with a soldering lug, a crowbar 30 is required to push the bridge wire 21 to move upwards, the position is reserved for arranging the soldering lug, the next step of welding is carried out, and the rotary cylinder 22 repeatedly acts until all welding points of the starter coil are welded.
