One specific application of this embodiment is: when the water is filled into the water storage tank 5, the device can be moved to a water filling position, then the water inlet pipe 501 is operated to separate the water inlet pipe 501 from the inner side of the clamping piece 5023, then the universal joint 5011 is operated to fix the universal joint 5011 with an external faucet, the external faucet is opened after the fixing is finished, the water in the faucet sequentially passes through the universal joint 5011, the water inlet pipe 501 and the electromagnetic valve 505 to enter the box 502, meanwhile, the liquid level sensor 5024 detects the water amount in the box 502, when the liquid level sensor 5024 detects that the water amount in the box 502 reaches a preset value, the singlechip 402 controls the electromagnetic valve 505 to be closed to prevent the water from continuously entering the box 502 and the acousto-optic alarm 504 to be opened to inform an operator, then the operator can operate the operation button to enable the singlechip 402 to control the acousto-optic alarm 504 to stop working after knowing that the water amount in the box 502 is enough, at the moment, an external water faucet is closed, the universal joint 5011 is operated to enable the universal joint 5011 to be separated from the external water faucet, then the water inlet pipe 501 is operated to enable the water inlet pipe 501 to be clamped on the inner side of the clamping piece 5023, at the moment, an operator stands on the anti-skidding stem 6042 on the placing plate 604, the single chip microcomputer 402 is used for enabling the fan, the water pump 701 and the first motor 306 in the fog gun machine body 1 to work through operating the control button 4032, when the water pump 701 works, water in the box body 502 is conveyed to the spray head in the fog gun machine body 1, water mist is generated through the spray head and discharged to the outside of the fog gun machine body 1, air flow generated by the work of the fan blows the water mist to a far place, under the condition that the first motor 306 works, the rotating disc 307 rotates to sequentially enable the boss 303 on the rotating disc 307, the connecting plate 304, the boss 303 on the rack 305301, the rack 301, the gear 305 and the fixed rod 1 to rotate, and finally the fog gun machine body 1 rotates in a reciprocating mode at a certain angle for dust fall treatment, when the dust fall processing is performed, the singlechip 402 controls the second motor 603 to work by operating the control button 4032, when the second motor 603 works, the power output shaft of the second motor rotates to drive the corresponding first roller 605 to rotate, and under the cooperation of the first roller 605 and the second roller 608, the device performs dust fall operation on a dust fall environment in a moving state.
