Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In the description, claims and drawings of the present application, the terms "first" and "second" are used for distinguishing different components, structures, modules and the like, and do not denote any order or importance, nor do they limit the terms "first" and "second" to be different types. In addition, the embodiments described herein are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic overall appearance structure of a purifier provided by an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 shows a front view of a purifier provided by an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line a-a of the purifier shown in fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view of a portion B of the cross-sectional view of fig. 3. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the purifier provided in this embodiment includes a main body 1 and a filtering device 2. The filter device 2 is connected to the body 1 by a locking mechanism 3. Wherein, a handle 21 is arranged on the filtering device 2, and the locking mechanism 3 and the handle 21 have a linkage relation (not shown in fig. 1-4); the handle 21 is stressed to trigger the locking mechanism 3 to change from the locking state to the releasing state or from the releasing state to the locking state. When the locking mechanism 3 is in a locking state, the main body 1 and the filtering device 2 are connected together; when the locking mechanism 3 is in the released state, the connection of the main body 1 and the filter device 2 is disconnected. After the filter device 2 is disconnected from the main body 1, the user can lift the handle 21 to remove the filter device 2 from the main body 1.
For the filtering device with the handle, a user usually takes the filtering device through the handle, and in the embodiment, the scheme that the locking mechanism and the handle are directly designed to have a linkage relation is adopted, so that the user can continuously complete the actions of unlocking and taking out the filtering device by operating the handle with one hand, and the use is very convenient. In this embodiment, the linkage relationship between the locking mechanism and the handle may be mechanical linkage, or mechanical and electrical linkage. Wherein, the linkage relation on the mechanical mechanism can be simply understood as: the scheme of manual carrying and follow-up of the locking mechanism is realized by mechanical structures and parts. The linkage relationship of the mechanical mechanism will be described with reference to specific embodiments. A mechanically and electrically coupled linkage is understood to be: the mechanical structure, the electrical element and the controller are combined for use, the handle is stressed, the electrical element detects the stress to generate a trigger signal, and the controller receives the trigger signal and then controls the locking mechanism to switch the state. Similarly, the linkage of mechanical and electrical connections will be described with reference to specific embodiments.
Specifically, the main body 1 may have an open mounting cavity 100 thereon. For example, the main body is provided with an installation cavity with an open upper end, and the filter device is downwards arranged in the installation cavity from the upper part of the main body. For another example, the main body is provided with a mounting cavity with a lateral opening, and the filter device is arranged in the mounting cavity from one side of the main body. Fig. 14 shows an embodiment in which the main body has a mounting cavity 100 with two open ends, i.e. a space running through it in the lateral direction, and a user can insert the filter device 2 into the mounting cavity 100 from either side of the main body.
Fig. 3 and 4 show an achievable mechanism of the locking mechanism. In particular, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the locking mechanism 3 comprises a first structure 31 and a second structure 32. The first structure 31 is arranged on the body 1 and the second structure 32 is arranged on the filter device 2. In practice, when the main body 1 is disconnected from the filtering device 2, for example, when the filtering device 2 is removed from the main body 1, it can be seen that: the first structure 31 is hidden on the body and the second structure 32 is hidden on the filter device 2. When the filter device 2 is located in the installation cavity 100, the first structure 31 and the second structure 32 are correspondingly located and connected, so that the filter device 2 is locked with the main body 1.
In specific implementation, the handle 21 can be movably connected with the filtering device 2; the handle 21 is forced to move away from the first position, and the locking mechanism 3 follows to change from the locking state to the releasing state. Wherein the activities of the handle may include, but are not limited to: away from the first position in a linear direction or rotated away from the first position about an axis of rotation.
For example, the handle 21 moves away from the first position in a linear direction, causing the latch mechanism 3 to change from the latched state to the released state. Alternatively, the handle 21 is rotated away from the first position about a rotation axis, and the handle carries the second structure of the locking mechanism 3 to move, so that the second structure is disconnected from the first structure, i.e. unlocking is completed.
A specific possible embodiment of the first and second structures of the locking mechanism 3 will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 4, the locking mechanism 3 includes a first structure 31 and a second structure 32. Wherein a first structure 31 is provided on said body 1. A second structure 32 is provided on the filter device 2. The first structure 31 includes a movable lock pin 314 and an elastic member 313. The second structure 32 includes a magnetic element 320. When the locking mechanism 3 is in a locked state, the movable lock pin 314 and the magnetic member 320 are magnetically attracted together. When the locking mechanism 3 is in a release state, the magnetic member 320 is driven by the handle to be away from the movable lock pin 314, the magnetism is weakened, and the movable lock pin 314 returns to an initial position under the elastic force of the elastic member 313.
Specifically, the movable lock pin 314 is inserted into the lock pin groove 323 under the magnetic action of the magnetic member 320, and the elastic member 313 is deformed. The magnetic member 320 is linked with the handle 21, and when the handle 21 is in the first position, the magnetic member 320 is located below the latch groove 323; the handle 21 leaves the first position, and the magnetic member 320 leaves the latch groove 323; the movable lock pin 314 is disengaged from the lock pin groove 323 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 313, that is, the movable lock pin is disengaged from the lock pin groove 323, and the locking mechanism 3 is in a release state, as shown in fig. 5.
More specifically, the latch groove 323 is provided on the filter device 2 to correspond to the movable latch 314. When the handle 21 is in the first position, the magnetic member 320 is located below the latch groove 323.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the first structure 31 may further include: spring hold down 312 and screw 311. The main body 1 shown in fig. 6 and 7 includes an upper main body 11, and a first structure 31 is provided on the upper main body 11, and the first structure 31 may be hidden on the upper main body 11. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the lower edge of the upper body 11 has a slope such that the catching groove 27 of the handle 21 is exposed, thereby facilitating the user to apply force to the handle 21 by catching the user's hand in the catching groove 27.
In summary, this embodiment provides a scheme of being connected through handle unblock filter equipment and main part, and the combination of user's a hand pulling, rotation or two actions operates the handle alright coherent completion unblock main part and filter equipment be connected, with the action of filter equipment follow main part take off, dismantle the convenience. In addition, the scheme that this embodiment provided still can hide locking mechanism, and the handle part or whole exposes, and purifier appearance structure is more succinct like this, and the shell structure is simpler, and the wholeness is better.
Fig. 14 shows a drawing process of the filtering device of the purifier provided in the embodiment. As shown in fig. 14, state a: the body 1 is connected to the filter unit 2 by a hidden locking mechanism with the handle 21 in the handle slot (i.e. the first position mentioned above). The catching groove of the handle 21 is exposed, and a user can pull the handle 21 through the catching groove. The user pulls the handle 21 to the second position, i.e., the b state in fig. 14. b, the body 1 and the filter device 2 are in a release state because the handle 21 is activated, i.e. the filter device 2 is detached from the body. The user continues to pull the handle 21 and the filter device 2 is removed from the body 1, as in the c-state. The user may carry the filter device 2 by means of the handle 21 and may clean it or discard it, etc.
The process of installing the filter device 2 is as follows: the user inserts the filter device 2 to be installed into the installation cavity of the main body 1 in the configuration shown in the state c in fig. 14. After the movable lock pin is placed in the installation cavity, if the sound that the movable lock pin is locked (namely, the sound that the movable lock pin is attracted by the magnet) can be heard, the locking mechanism is in a locking state, and the filter device 2 is connected with the main body 1 completely. If no sound is heard, the handle can be moved to adjust the position of the magnetic piece until the lock-falling sound is heard.
