Specifically, a return spring is installed at one end of the shifting block 41, which is far away from the positioning pin 40, the positioning pin 40 is locked in the clamping groove 39-1 in a folding or unfolding state, when the state needs to be switched, the shifting block 41 is manually shifted to move towards the direction far away from the positioning pin 40, so that the positioning pin 40 is driven to withdraw from the clamping groove 39-1 and compress the return spring, and after the folding or unfolding is completed, the shifting block 41 is released, and the positioning pin 40 is locked in the clamping groove 39-1 in the corresponding state again.
Preferably, the rear wheel 5 can be mounted on the output of the engine 42; the hub center of rear wheel 5 is towards the outside biasing of ball package car, and during the reverse installation, the hub center of rear wheel 5 is towards the inboard biasing of ball package car, and when ball package car was in fold condition, rear wheel 5 reverse installation was in on the engine 42.
Specifically, the rear wheel 5 comprises a hub, an offset distance is arranged between the central plane of the hub and a hub mounting surface, a forward mounting hole is arranged on the axis of the hub mounting surface, forward mounting of the rear wheel 5 can be realized by connecting the forward mounting hole with the output end of the engine 42, and the central plane of the hub is offset towards the outer side of the ball bag vehicle; the back of the hub mounting surface is provided with a reverse mounting hole which is coaxially provided with a forward mounting hole, the reverse mounting of the rear wheel 5 can be realized by connecting the reverse mounting hole with the output end of the engine 42, at the moment, the center of the hub is biased towards the inner side of the ball bag vehicle, the rear wheel 5 during forward mounting can rotate under the driving of the engine 42, and the rear wheel 5 during reverse mounting can reduce the occupied space of the ball bag vehicle during folding state, so that the folding state of the ball bag vehicle is more compact.
When the upper bracket 6, the upper main pipe 3 and the lower main pipe 2 and the frame 1 are in the unfolded state, the upper lock pin 12 is locked in the outer lock hole 9-1 and the inner lock hole 8-1 which are opposite to each other in the unfolded state, and the same lower lock pin 16 is locked in the lower lock hole 1-1 which is corresponding to the unfolded state.
When the folding state is required to be switched, the wrench 7 is pressed manually, the wrench 7 pushes the upper lock pin 12 to withdraw from the inner locking hole 8-1 and the outer locking hole 9-1, the upper bracket 6 can be rotated upwards and towards the direction of the upper main pipe 3, at the moment, the wrench 7 can be loosened, the inner end of the upper lock pin 12 is attached to the outer wall of the outer sleeve 9 in the avoidance line hole 13-1 to rotate, after the upper lock pin 12 rotates into the outer locking hole 9-1 for folding locking, the upper main pipe 3 can be locked in the outer locking hole 9-1 under the action of the upper locking spring 15, the upper main pipe 3 is rotated, as the upper bracket 6 is locked with the upper main pipe 3, the upper bracket and the lower main pipe rotate downwards synchronously, namely towards the direction of the lower main pipe 2, and after the upper lock pin 12 rotates into the inner locking hole 8-1 for folding locking, namely, the upper locking spring 15 is locked in the inner locking hole 8-1, at the moment, the folding between the upper main pipe 3 and the lower main pipe 2 can be realized.
When the upper bracket 6 is folded towards the upper main pipe 3 in a rotating way, the cam pin 21 passes through the arc-shaped bulge 10-1, the arc-shaped bulge 10-1 pushes the mandrel 18 to move through the cam pin 21, when the upper lock pin 12 is locked in the outer lock hole 9-1 for folding locking, the mandrel 18 moves to drive the lower lock pin 16 to withdraw from the lower lock hole 1-1 for unfolding locking by using the pull wire 19, at the moment, the lower end of the lower main pipe 2 can be rotated to be folded forwards in the direction towards the frame 1, meanwhile, the upper main pipe 3 and the upper bracket 6 are synchronously folded with the lower main pipe 2, when the upper main pipe 3 and the lower main pipe 2 are folded in place, the cam pin 21 passes around the arc-shaped bulge 10-1, at the moment, the lower lock pin 16 is locked in the lower lock hole 1-1 for folding locking under the action of the lower lock spring 22.
And in the process of folding the lower main pipe 2, the front wheel 4 can be synchronously driven to be folded below the front end of the frame 1 through the connecting rod 24.
After the folding process is finished, if the compactness of the folded ball bag trolley is further improved, the rear wheel 5 can be detached for reverse installation.
When switching from the folded state to the unfolded state, the operation is reversed according to the above method, that is, the wrench 7 is manually pressed, the unlocking of the locked state of the upper lock pin 12 is firstly realized, at this time, the upper bracket 6 is unfolded from the upper main pipe 3, and the upper main pipe 3 is unfolded from the lower main pipe 2, while the upper bracket 6 and the upper main pipe 3 are unfolded, the cam pin 21 reversely passes through the arc-shaped protrusion 10-1, the lower lock pin 16 is pulled out from the lower locking hole 1-1 for folding locking again through the pull wire 19, at this time, the lower main pipe 2 is unfolded from the frame 1 until the upper lock pin 12 is locked in the outer locking hole 9-1 and the inner locking hole 8-1 for unfolding locking, and the lower lock pin 16 is locked in the lower locking hole 1-1 for unfolding locking, at this time, the front wheel 4 is also unfolded forward by the rotation of the lower main pipe 2 through the connecting rod 24, and the unfolding operation of the ball-type buggy is completed.
In addition, if the rear wheel 5 is in a reverse-mounted state, the rear wheel 5 may be mounted in a normal-mounted state.
The invention can realize the contact of the locking state by shifting the wrench 7, thereby realizing the synchronous folding or unfolding of the upper bracket 6, the upper main pipe 3, the lower main pipe 2 and the front wheel 4, and having simple operation and convenient use.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
